My overall experience was good. The process moved along in a timely manner and I received my order by the estimated date. The glasses were a little smaller than I expected and are made of hard plastic, which is why I took off one star. I did not recall reading in the description that they were plastic. It isn’t a huge deal since I had another party favor to go with the glasses. Eva, the rep assigned to my order was helpful and responsive to my inquiries. I would definitely order from here again
