I didn't realize the hand sanitizer was clear and the white logo, so it's very hard to see. It would have been nice for someone to maybe mention it to me that it won't show up so I'd recommend advising customers of this so they are aware and can choose something different if they want. I somehow thought I was doing full color of my logo, not white. The product itself is great, but it is just hard to see my logo, which is the sole reason for purchasing this product is to brand myself with my customers.

Everything went smooth. The only thing I noticed was when inspecting the virtual proof, the link seemed to link to an older version, and a different time it combined the updated version with an old version ... taking aspects of each and then combining them. Very strange.

About two weeks ago, i ordered insulated bags with an imprint for hotel guests coming to a weekend family affair. I realized i was short some hospitality bags and reached out to my customer service rep, Brenda Cortus. I was delighted with both the service and the product. She quickly found my bag, and the original graphics, gave me a quote and it was handled that day. I received the bags 4 days later. I am thrilled with this company and its people - everyone i talked with from Anthony in graphics to Brenda in customer service and everyone else in between.

This is the third time I've ordered from AnyPromo. I've been happy with all my purchases and this one is no exception. My only slight criticism is that some of the bags were a little smushed. But the quality of the bags themselves are exactly what I was expecting and the graphics look exactly like the proof.

Although my order was originally produced on bags of the wrong color, my customer service representative, Ana took care of the issue and had the correct color produced and shipped promptly.

I was very pleased when I opened the box. These bags were exactly what we need....can't wait to see the faces of the kids at vacation bible camp when they get them. I know where to go every year now. It has always been a hassle finding a bag for them to carry their supplies for a week and acknowledge where they spent it. Great for getting more recognition!
