The mugs are great. My only issue is they wanted to charge me extra for shipping protection so the mugs wouldn't break in transit. I felt that should've been disclosed up front not after I placed the order.

I wasn't sure if our logo was going to be OK, as it was white over red, but when I received the mugs I was impressed! They looked perfect and even better than I had expected!
