10 oz Vitrified Mug

Ordering from AnyPromo was so easy and the product turned out great! Turnaround time for the proof and the order was so quick. Mario was our production specialist. He was very helpful and communicative throughout the whole process. We had ordered a set of 48 mugs and once they got here we realized we needed more, I emailed Mario to see if we could get another set done and ordered and he had another order in within 24 hours. I would HIGHLY recommend AnyPromo!

I ordered a couple of samples for items for a tradeshow. Tania immediately answered my request and will be shipping samples shortly. I look forward to getting them and reviewing samples with my team. Thanks to Tania for responding so fast!!

Our company is hosting an event this week, we were a bit nervous with the short time frame in placing an order but everything was processed very quickly from the quote to the artwork. Thank you, Raquel for a great experience with Anypromo! It was our first order and I will definitely keep your company in mind for our other promotional needs.

Johana was very nice and answered my questions each time. We also love our spatulas!

We had a great experience with AnyPromo. Jackie was our account rep and she was extremely responsive. Didi, the artist, implemented all of our edits in a speedy manner as well. I would buy from AnyPromo again.

Gerson was more than helpful to work with during this process. He was very understanding and I got the product that I wanted. I will order from them again.

You guys are awesome! Thank you Johana for the great service and exceptional communication! I was very impressed with the entire process! Easy ordering, prompt communication, and fast shipping!!

Mario was so great and even checked in once it was delivered!!

We had a great experience with Any Promo! Laura was so helpful in facilitating the whole process in a timely manner for us. It made the process enjoyable!

Our organization has ordered with AnyPromo a number of times for various products. Each time the final product is great, but what we appreciate most is the open communication in-between with any reviews, edits, etc. Our representative, Victoria Alanis, has been amazing to work with each time.

Roberto and the team at AnyPromo is fantastic! They were incredibly accommodating to all the requests we made and our mugs turned out perfect in the end. Will definitely be using them again!

We would give 20 stars!!! The mugs turned out INCREDIBLE!!! We are so happy with Mauricio and his team. Quick delivery and follow-up were appreciated. Can't wait to order more items.

It is always a great experience to work with this company! Switching from our previous mug supplier to AnyPromo saved us money and gave us more flexibility (double-sided!) in our design choices.

Perfect mug with smooth finish and awesome lettering! We'll definitely return again to purchase other items in the near future.

We were looking for something to give away at a trade show. These fit the bill and were reasonably priced.

quality is very good. service was very good. price was reasonable.

Awesome & affordable!

The print on the mug was great and very bright but I think I missed what the actual size of the mug was going to be.

Very pleased with how these turned out!

It was a very easy process and my account rep, Roberto Polanco, was very helpful. Has some issues with the credit card and he corrected it right away. The product we received was amazing and the pricing was great as well.

These traditional mugs were just what we needed for our office and to give away to guests. Our logo turned out perfectly.

Very Easy

Easy to navigate the site, good prices, and the vip membership sweetened the deal!

All of the customer service reps that I dealt with were very professional and very helpful.

Excellent quality. Our logo looks great and we are very satisfied. Can’t wait to use these at our convention in April.

Have used Anypromo.com several times for our promotional items and the company never disappoints. Our latest order of coffee mugs came out beautifully and was completed and delivered in record time (especially considering the current COVID-19 situation). Honorable mention to Taylor who was excellent in keeping us updated on the progress and status of our order.

Eva Andrade made it so simple to order and was a quick turn around. Will definitely use them again and again!

Price was great, service by Briana Reed was awesome, and shipping was quick! My mugs came with a few days to spare before my event!

Great service, great product. Quick and easy.

Great job everyone! They look great. The guy that helped me with my order was amazing. Very patient and made sure I got exactly what I was asking for. We couldn't be happier.

Quick and easy.

Rosa Martin was great to work with,.......Loved the product

fast and easy

Our Lathrop Strong group want to thank Anypromo for awesome customer service and expertise on handling corrections

The logo is high and low on both sides and the telephone number is so small you can hardly read it. The proof showed everything being of correct size. The mug has many imperfections in it as well.

ALWAYS SIMPLE AND EASY WEBSITE TO PLACE ORDERS.

I ordered 10 different promo products and this mug is one of them. I ordered 300 mugs and it came out looking very cheap.

These were just perfect! The designer worked diligently to design the perfect mug. Shipping was very fast! Would definitely order again.

very easy ordering! I have faith that it will turn out as i want.

EASY ORDERING PROCESS!

Great quality, exactly as pictured! Will definitely buy again. Ana was super helpful during the design and purchasing process!

easy to place orders

This is the 2nd year our school's PTSA has ordered items from anypromo.com for our teacher and staff appreciation event. We ordered the 11-oz ceramic mugs and they were delivered in great condition. Our sales rep, Dante Jackson, is easy to work with and provides great customer service.

Overall great experience!

Very pleased with the cups size, quality and the price! I've just opened one box and a few of them have residual ink spots around the rim. Not big and horrible, but still there. Hoping it was just a few.

Product as described! Good quality and packaged extremely well. Would use this company again in the future!

Site is a bit non-intuitive. Could be better designed

great selection of mugs and cups

Great experience placing a large order for custom mugs from AnyPromo. Akira & Team were always readily available to answer questions. The mugs arrived on time and all in perfect condition!

AnyPromo is always easy to work with. They communicate very well and have many products to choose from. We have always been satisfied with the items we order. Definitely would recommend.

aLWAYS GREAT SERVICE

Taylor was extremely helpful in fulfilling my order and the mugs turned out great. This is one of many products I've now had made at anypromo and I haven't had an issue. THanks!

I love these mugs! They are true to their color and durability. They are the perfect size for a real cup of coffee and a perfect fit for our subscription box company!

Briana was great in providing me with a variety of options, including both proofs and quotes, to meet my promotional item needs.

Website is very easy to use and upload images. I look forward to seeing how the products I ordered turn out!

This is a great Quality Mug. I love the options to change settings on the lights so that they do not blink constantly. It would be a little better if the logo was on the other side, but that could have been an option I missed when ordering. Otherwise, everything was perfect. Fast shipping.

Great products at a great value! Briana Reed was very responsive and helpful!

Easy to order! Excited to see our promotional products in person!

Easy to complete order and the products are always quality.

Would definitely recommend these . Our coasters came in quickly and product quality was really nice.

Easy process so far

Easy process so far

Great value and came out exactly how I wanted and fast! Can't wait to pass them out at our next event!

Like the logo. Product was exactly what I ordered.

A big hit! Pricing and quality was excellent.

Quality construction, helpful and nice design. Everything was so nice. Rosa, our represntative, was SO helpful. The products are beautiful. I can't say enough about the product and the logo.

bottle openers are fun to give. I had a lot of male customers line up just to receive these at my booth!

The pieces came out exactly like the mock-up! They were exactly as described and heavier than expected. My only complaint is that they took longer to arrive than expected, we got the rush processing but it took them over a week and a half to ship it. Other than that the experience was great and we will be sure to order again.

Great product overall. We will be purchasing more asap! Thanks for the great product. We also purchased 10" Custom Folding Flyer Frisbee they were not very good quality. I was very surprised after receiving these.

Helped me smile that I had selected something very cool that many people loved :-) Veronica! She was so patient and understanding with me. I like the opener overall.

Reusable shpopping bags made from 100% recycled material made from leftover/remnant fabric -- SO completely guilt-free, and even the hang tags are recycleable. Great supplier, great quality, looking forward to seeing how many washes the design can last if turned inside-out before wash.

I worked with Milton and I hope I have the pleasure of working with him in the future. He was professional, prompt and a pure delight. He's the reason I'll be using this company again.

Derrett was very friendly and helped place my order quickly and with no issues!

Marisol Vela went above and beyond my expectations and truly gave me exceptional customer service. She should indefinitely be promoted to a higher level as she has shown true leadership, quick thinking, product expertise, and always had a wonderful and pleasant demeanor. Thank YOU so much Marisol!

Leo Lopez was very friendly and courteous. Always a pleasure to speak with. Thanks, Mario

Beautiful and great quality

They came out amazing! The etching is clean and detailed. Love the raw look of the slate. Will definitely be ordering more for client baskets.

Mario was extremely pleasant to work with, very responsive!

Good quality and great customer service! Raquel was extremely helpful and responsive. At first it didn't look like these customized items would be here in time for my event but after speaking with Raquel, they arrived a week earlier than the estimated delivery date!

I was very satisfied with the customer service provided by Any Promo. I initially spoke with Mauricio as well as Marvin and Ivanna. The level of customer service was consistently friendly, helpful, and accommodating.

Mario was super helpful in making sure that my order was perfect and arrived on time!

Mario was awesome from start to finish. Other companies could look a lot from Mario's customer service. I also like the custom fidget spinners and the speed of print to delivery. Thank you.

My CSR, Gerson Lobos, was amazing. My client needed more than usual changes and Gerson took care of them quickly with his production team. Needed 2 orders by a specific date and they arrived on time and were Perfect. My client was thrilled. Have been very happy with all of my orders.

The items came as promised and looked great!

I received the handy plastic bags today from AnyPromo. They are the perfect, exactly what we needed for our patients dental home care products. Raquel was so helpful with feedback & helping me select the correct size and type of bag!

This is our go-to site for promo items. The staff is professional, ordering is easy, and delivery is on time!

Not much to say other than they are fantastic. The process was seamless and arrived on time.

Higher quality than I expected, logo looks great.

Definitely exceeded our expectations! We love it!

So far ordering was easy, except I was not able to change the color of the item.

Exactly what we were wanting. Perfect quality. Very short time between order, approval and arrival. Will be ordering more soon.

I was building a cart on anypromo for my first-ever order for a large conference. As I was building the cart, I got a call from Juanita Zamora at anypromo. She told me "I can see you are getting ready to make an order, can I help you?" I was BLOWN AWAY! A REAL person was cued up to call me. She patiently walked me through the process and answered all my questions. And, I had a lot of them. She ensured my products had the exact logo placement I wanted and secured delivery times that met might tight turnaround. Only going with anypromo from here on out!

Great customer service, easy to work with, very fast production and shipping. Great overall experience. Thank you!

This was my first time ordering from this company. I ordered some swag for event booths for 2026. The first order that arrived didn't have the magnets on the product as order, so of course I was thinking, ohh no. But I reached out and they fixed the mistake the same day. Wonderful customer service. Today I received one of my other orders, it is perfect!!

They look great. Fast and excellent service

We handed these out at our Senior Expo and people loved them.

Roberto was helpful in making sure I had everything I needed. Seamless process. All product arrived on time and was as advertised.

I was very pleased with these individually wrapped bag clips. The order was shipped fast, the clips were packed nicely and the printing was sharp and clear. I was updated via email every step of the ordering process and after receipt of the product to verify that everything was acceptable. I would recommend this product as well as this company from my experience.

Kept up with the entire process, helped throughout the process. I changed color, was not a problem, product looks great.

Love that these are individually wrapped, and they have a nice big magnet on the back. Came quickly, we love it

Great job. A very high quality clip and you gave me good advice on the color of the printing. When I need more, I will get them from you.

Good value and look. I wished the magnets had been stronger, as they do hold one or two pieces of paper to the file or fridge, but not much more.

Easy to use and we got what we wanted when promised.

printing came out well

Thank you! The item came exactly as requested and the quality is excellent. AnyPromo's customer service are the best I have ever dealt with. We will definitely be coming back for any future needs.

These more than met my expectations! The quality is great and the imprint area generous. These are a big hit!

WE LOVE THESE! We ordered them to as "throws" for our first year as a Krewe in our Mardi Gras parade! So excited to share these with the people in New Orleans this month! #kreweofdolly.

very pleased with product and image

The communication was consistent, no waiting period! I knew every step that was being taken. They were very pleasant and professional in their correspondence.

Planning a wedding and sourcing bags for the guests. I’ve received several samples over the past few weeks but the one I received from AnyPromo is my favorite. The reason for the review though, is the customer service from Karen and Tania. I asked about the imprint process because the sample had a different look to the logo. They replied immediately and not only answered my question but offered to send me a sample with the other imprint process so I could compare. THAT’s SERVICE!!

I really like the way the tote came out - the printing was clear and exactly what I ordered. For the price, this is an amazing giveaway. thank you

Bags turned out great, this was our second order of them! They seem very durable and logo was perfect!

Graphic is clear and product is as expected. It's a great promo item for the small office. Reasonable price, too.

Great customer service keeping me updated as to the status of my order. When it was looking a little close for the event that I was printing for, I chatted with my rep DJ Coleman several times and he was fantastic. Definitely will order with them again. Thanks, DJ!

Hello, Fernanda was very very helpful. She is very perceptive, patient and detail oriented.

Bags look great. We are using them for a painting craft. They are the perfect size to include information on the painter for Black History Month.

Very pleased with the bags! This was a much better way to give out company Christmas presents than to give throw away bags. Much more cost effective!

I am very grateful for the professional assistance of Alyssa Kleinpell and the AnyPromo team for the quality product and service they have provided for us. Thanks! Anne Frederick, PA for Stewardship at St. John the Baptist Catholic Church, Covington WA

Taffy was GREAT!!! She even called me back after I hung up. She went above and beyond by helping me find the items for my order within my budget she even contacted the second production warehouse to ensure that I get my order within the time frame that I needed it in. This girl is awesome. She was pleasant. and made my day better. I was frustrated from the work at work her voice and her willingness to help me get my items in a timely fashion just made my day. Call centers are a tough job and for her to have a great attitude like she did was unbelievable. Best agent ive ever talked to

I enjoyed having many items to choose from. The process was easy to order items,

It was easy to design and I'm looking forward to seeing my proof!

I sent a request for a quote and needed it sooner than the 24 turn around time. So I tried the toll fee number and got Taffy Smith. She was very pleasant, helpful and knowledgeable. I was grateful to get her as she made my urgency for my order a priority. She went above and beyond to help me and she is the reason I now have a AnyPromo membership and I will continue to do business with you guys. Please let Taffy see this praise as she deserves every great thing coming to her. God Bless. Thank you. Michelle DeRaedt (HyperActive Gaming)

I am a new agent in need of promo items. I searched the internet for something I can afford, since I haven't made any money yet, but something I would be proud to hand out to potential clients. I ran across your website and was thrilled when I saw what great products you have at a fair price. I have to admit that I was worried that wouldn't meet my expectations once I received them. However, I am very happy to say the tote bags I ordered exceeded my expectations. I can't believe how awesome they are. Thank you AnyPromo.com for making great products that new Realtor's can afford! I will definitely keep you in mind for future needs.
