11oz Black Ceramic Mug

I am new to the application used in customizing mugs for our Inn. Raquel did a fantastic job explaining the process so I understood it, and then fine tuned all the details to get it just how I wanted it. The turnaround time was incredible. We will definitely be trying other products. If you get a chance to request Raquel, do so! she can answer all of your questions - Great experience!

very user friendly and I love the super easy chat service too!!!

Paola and Melissa did an excellent job! Took care of my order quickly and turned out exactly as I planned. Thank you!

I search for a while for a perfect mug for the new diner. We are opening and these are perfect love how the logo came out would recommend!

Polite, knowledgeable customer service. Good prices.

Process was easy, and the product arrived early! Mario checked in with me every step of the way. Love the way my mugs turned out! Will definitely reorder.

Overall, order of cups did not match approved design. Brenda helped to correct a third of the order, and she was excellent.

These are the nicest mugs, and our residents love them. We give them as move in gifts, paired with coffee. They are also very affordable.

Our non-profit were very happy with the ceramic loop mugs, we sold quite a few at our first event! They are such a good size and a great value!!

love the cute cups with a C handle

The person, Gabby Martinez, helped me a lot and played a crucial role in our decision to make a purchase. She was very kind and provided detailed and prompt explanations about the situation, ensuring that we could receive the product we wanted at the desired time. I am also very pleased with the product.

Roberto did an amazing job with our order! The promo bracelets were gorgeous - even better than I expected. They arrived right on time, and the process was seamless! Will definitely order here again!

Laura was great to work with and made ordering my promotional items a breeze! Definitely top notch customer service and I want to give a big THANK YOU for going above and beyond. -Gary

From start to finish, exemplary and attentive service working with Steven and the product (custom chip clips) were even better than expected.

Roberto has been working with me and my org since the beginning and has always been quick, efficient, responsive, and helpful.

I ordered several items for my small business and worked with Valeria. She was patient and efficient, and answered a lot of questions that I had. She guided me through the process and helped me make the best decisions on my products. I just received them and I'm thrilled. Each is exactly as promised, actually better than I expected in regards to quality. The entire experience was fantastic and I'll use Anypromo.com again.

Victoria has been amazing to work with and has made the order and re-order process so easy! I'll definitely be ordering more!

Laura was wonderful to work with and made sure our custom office mugs were exactly as we wanted! She was very knowledgeable, patient, and the final product came out great! Highly recommend!

I have used AnyPromo a few times, and each time a success. Eva was our most recent representative and she was attentive to the order throughout the process.

The mugs turned out great! Well done.

Eva was wonderful keeping us up to date on our order from start to finish. Our coasters turned out amazing!

Great product. Quick service!

I have been absolutely delighted with all the products we have received from AnyPromo. I love the preview option before I place my order and the fact that I'm am kept updated during the entire process about when I can expect my order.

A great advertising decision for the Institute! I would have liked it to have more color options. The secretaries loved them to say the least! It is very well made and printed. It is a little smaller than I expected.

Everything was handled very professionally. I Loved during business with you. I'd highly recommend the product. Excellent value and high quality.

Great! the reason I keep coming back to AnyPromo is the service. Rosa is simply the best. If I don't call for a year- he remembers me and our past dealings, and puts a lot into each orders success. Fantastic quality. Great job.

Thanks!

Everything great

As always AnyPromo gets the job done right every time. If I have questions or issues, my Customer Care Specialist takes care of everything. Pricing is right, products are shipped fast and look great.

Your super easy to order from. Thank you.

Raquel was amazing to work with. Thank you AnyPromo for quick, efficient and quality support.

website is very easy to navigate

This is perfect to hand out to our highschool teachers and counselors for an event for high schoolers.

Roberto was a pleasure to work with in getting our company tote bags quickly. We love them, thank you!

We are so happy we received the order on time and the material of the product and design was amazing for the jar openers and coasters I ordered for my daughters quinceañera. The price was excellent and I want to say thank you Eva and the company for your service and attention, with love Claudia.

I would like to see a mock up option on my screen when ordering. This would allow me to see and have more control over the size and placement of my artwork. It would also give me the option to change any product or artwork colors as I am ordering. It sends me to the checkout blind to my product which makes me really hesitate before clicking to finalize and commit.

Looks great!

This is the 2nd time I have ordered our business key chains from AnyPromo. As always, they do an exceptional job as well as checking in and making sure you are happy with their product. Victoria has been a delight throughout the whole process. We will most definitely be ordering again once we run out!!

Great item to have on hand to give away. Lots of people love them. I reordered them already twice. Will order again.

easy to use

Great quality. The imprint is nice and crisp, although it is white and not engraved (probably an oversite on my part). There are so many of these exact bottle openers to select from and I fully recommend this particular one.

Excellent

Wasn't sure how the wording will actually look on bottle opener, with logo. Just want it to be centered and straight :0)

very nice.................................................................................................

The quality is excellent, the graphics are clear and easy to read, the service was wonderful, they were delivered quickly and the price was great.

It is just what I ordered and it came so quickly. The color is great and my logo fit perfectly. Great price, too!

Great customer service by Eva Andrade! Items made & delivered quickly. Before approval, AnyPromo offered suggestions on imprint color to improve the overall look. Great suggestion.

Love this little bottle opener!! The red is a nice bright candy apple red. The lettering came out perfect. Good product!

There was just a small window when the product had to be received on time. AnyPromo understood the urgency and they were received within a week.

These looked very nice. Ordered the green with white imprint. Very happy with this item. Would order again.

Looks perfect. Process went smoothly and product delivered on time. Would recommend for promotional products.

They are great!

I've purchased this product in the past. It was so easy and quick to reorder, even with changing the color of the product. I am very satisfied with the outcome. Thank you!

These are popular items with our customers. Good value for the money spent.

For the price, this could be the best buy. This is not plastic, this is aluminum and should have years and years of life to it...all for well under $1 each. The logo is not printed on, it's etched in, meaning it will not fade over time. So glad we made this purchase.

Great product, Awesome customer service!!! Will be shopping here again!!!

We grabbed these goodies to hand out at a Business Expo. Our aim is to always offer stuff that's enjoyable yet practical, avoiding the instant landfill fate – and these items totally hit the mark

Johana was great to work with. She answered my questions promptly and kept me up to date with the status of my order.

Great pricing, easy to order.

great!! the product was provided as ordered. we are extremly happy with the purchase. would reccommend to others.

Always a hit! We give away more of these than any other promo item. We have to usually explain what it is but once we do...gone! Practical, colorful, fun.

I love AnyPromo. It is the only place I shop for promo items. They have an amazing variety of merchandise to chose from and offer so many price points. Even when I don;t know exactly what I want, I check AnyPromo and always come away with an idea that our customers love! I have never had an issue with any of their work -- quite the opposite! Their quality is fantastic. Eva, who is my contact there, is wonderful at communicating and, if she sees something on my order or the printing that isn't really working, she contacts me and gives me a chance to weigh before the order is printed. AnyPromo delivers an excellent experience!

We like multi-taskers and this is one of those. Opens bottles and works as a coaster too. Fun color. Fun promo item. We did a white logo on an orange coaster and pops.

I was very happy with this order. The design turned out clear and Chris Top. Customer service was wonderful, and I will definitely shop with you again. Space Awesome product! Thank you

For my next order i will do two lines. I didn't realize we had more space to add San Jose Police Department and then the website information. Overall it looks great.

Great Service!

Quality was a little less than expected but otherwise looks good. Yessenia with AnyPromo was easy to work with.

Ava is absolutely fabulous!!!

As ALWAYS on point!! Thank you for the quality products over the years and AMAZING customer service!!!!!!

Not the best quality. Received other 4oz cotton samples from other companies but this one arrived way thinner than expected and a lot of thread hanging off.

Overall, the experience was excellent. Communication via email was prompt. Product preview was a bit off setting, but when the product arrived, the logo print was a bit bigger than we saw it on the preview. Which is great! Greatly appreciated for their services.

Great response time

The printing was great along with the turnaround. The bag itself was a little thinned material than expected but will serve the purpose.

The ordering process was quick and very clear!

Very pleased with bags and perfect as giveaways for our Grand Opening

Mario was extremely helpful with my order - thank you!

Everything looks good. The canvas fabric was a little but lighter weight than I expected but it will work fine.

JOHANA did an amazing job. It was so easy to order from you all! Thank you!

We use them for our Move-in packages to new tenants, they are thinner than anticipated, but the handles are a lovely length.

Kudos to Carlos Marroquin and Denys for being so patient with me. Carlos deserves a promotion and a raise, he is a very professional and patient employee, Carlos went out of his way to find me the exact picture I wanted with high resolution to ensure a clear and professional picture. Thank you again for a wonderful experience. Maria Verna

Product arrived quickly and accurate. Ordering was easy and Roberto was a pleasure to work with! Thanks for such great service. We will defintely come back to Any Promo for our future needs!

I ordered canvas bags from Victoria Alanis and she was very courteous and prompt with her replies to my queries. She helped me get a better price on the product I wanted.

The print quality is really nice. I was hoping for a thicker material, it is quite thin and weak, but overall I am happy with the purchase for what we are using it for.

Very please with these tote bags and Anypromo. Bags are good quality, the graphics came out great and the turn around time was excellent

Website is easy to use and prices are good.

Website is easy to navigate.

Riley and the Graphics Department made the whole process very smooth. I've always been pleased with my AnyPromo products, and they are my "go to" company for any promotional items we need at Flying Fur!

The tote bag looks nice, but the handle is too long, I wish it was 5 inches shorter. Akira was very helpful in keeping me updated on the order status. Thanks!

Timely and courteous as usual. The white on the black back is solid, not thin like you get from other places.

great site. easy to use

Great bags! Great quality! Exactly what we were looking for. We received the order just in time and the customer service here is top notch.

We continue to order products from AnyPromo because the have the best variety for the best prices always. Meera made sure we were satisfied with our products and goes above and beyond to communicate with us over any concerns. Thanks AnyPromo! You have a customer for life from us!

Beautifully printed on a sturdy canvas bag - they even matched our custom brand color perfectly! Will be shopping with AnyPromo again.

At first I was disappointed that we didn’t have enough time for a 3-color print but it looks fabulous in one color (black). It’s a perfect bag for what we wanted. Perfect size and lightweight.

The bag is much thinner than I expected. But they did a great job with the logo and the color is vibrant.

It's cotton, and is in good shape when it arrives. A little smaller and thinner than I thought it would be, but it wasn't a deal-breaker. The customer service people have been very responsive if I've had questions.

These were fantastic and worked great as Welcome Bags for the wedding I planned this past weekend! AnyPromo was a great help in designing and getting these shipped out right away!

The bags look nice but the fabric is very thin. I guess that is to be expected for the price. Overall, satisfied.

The price was affordable for what we needed and the bright royal blue was great! This was so much better than using plastic bags, especially since they are reusable.

We always enjoy our promo totes from AnyPromo and the customers love them!

These are not canvas, they are a very thin fabric, very cheap. .....

Turned out great! The bag was medium quality but the logo really did make it overall a lot better.

Bag is well constructed, but narrow

The material was to weak or flimsy. But the artwork and the service ANYPROMO has provided has been exceptional!!!

Great Prices, quick shipping, great customer service!

Our bags came in quickly and they look great! We can't wait to fill them for guests to enjoy during our wedding weekend!

The artwork and the screen printing are superb. Great job, AnyPromo. However, that is what bumps this up from 2 stars to 3. "Cotton Canvas" is a term of art, and a certain weight and density is inherent in the term. These bags are cotton, and woven, but they are not canvas. The fabric is so thin, that holding the double-layer of a bag up to the light, you can see right through it. Only order this bag if it is not intended to carry any weight. Once again, great artwork and screen printing, but the description of this bag should be "Lightweight Cotton...Tote"

Looks great! Turned out perfectly.

material is very thin. bags don't seem durable at all.

Was in need of a "gift" for an important dinner but under a very tight deadline. Worked with the most amazing customer service rep Laura who went above and beyond to find items that would work within the necessary production time line. It was great to receive such amazing service! Thank you Laura and Abel!

We used these for our Grandparents Day. They loved it.

We have ordered with AnyPromo twice now and have had a great experience from ordering, graphics approval and delivery.

Working with AnyPromo is always such a fantastic variety of products and easy customer service! Eva is terrific!

It was a good size and sturdy plastic. Not flimsy at all. I will reorder when I run out. Designing team was very helpful at getting the design done on time. Really appreciate that! Thank you.

Great product and easy to work with artist to get design correct!

I always receive exceptional customer service when ordering through AnyPromo. Thank you Ana Le for all your assistance. I will be ordering again.

Product is of great quality. I got my order super fast and was very satisfied with the service I received. Would definitely order from AnyPromo again.

I thought it would be cheaper plastic, but it was hard plastic, sturdy and just the right size! I'm impressed!

These were better than I expected! I LOVE them and I hope my customers do as well. Their customer service was phenomenal. I would definitely purchase from this company again.

This is a high quality product! Sturdy and really great that it has the smaller measurements on the flip side.

We had ordered these before. This time the white letters against the red color stands out and our logo came out perfect. Thank you.

These turned out great! We got them and customized for our church on Mother's Day with a cute message to every mom, "you can't measure moms love"

These are perfect for our event. The artwork process was swift and easy even when the art needed modifications. The imprint is crisp and the logo looks great. being able to get a sample first definitely made a difference.

These multi-use spoons are one of the most popular participant incentives that I distribute when I facilitate nutrition presentations. I really like them because of the four different measurements. I've ordered them in the past and I will continue to order them as my stock runs low. Thank you!

Easy to order. AnyPromo communications worked great. Product arrived as promised in a timely fashion. Product also looked great as did our logo. Hoping everyone at our show loves them as much as we do!

This worked out perfectly for the give-away for participants! The versatility of the product and ease of creating the logo, getting it approved and getting the product delivered was streamlined. This is the second time we have used this service. No complaints.

My customers love getting this free gift! These measuring spoons are a good quality and the custom printing is very clear. Fun way to market our cake supply store! Ordering is very easy, we have and will continue to reorder.

I wish the markings of 1/2t, 1t etc. was in black ink so you could read it easier on which measurement is which.
