Product is awesome! some came broken
Honestly the product is a 5 star! The mugs have a few scuffs but they are white & ceramic so I expected that. But after being mildly harassed with emails from multiple sales reps who clearly don’t communicate with each other while my company waited a few days before placing the created order, I have received no response about replacing the broken items. I understand that things are crazy and work is hard to keep up with. But I received emails nearly every hour before placing the order, I hoped I would receive a more timely response for error correction.
