Monaco 16 oz Stackable Ceramic Coffee Mug - Gray/Black

Ordering from AnyPromo was so easy and the product turned out great! Turnaround time for the proof and the order was so quick. Mario was our production specialist. He was very helpful and communicative throughout the whole process. We had ordered a set of 48 mugs and once they got here we realized we needed more, I emailed Mario to see if we could get another set done and ordered and he had another order in within 24 hours. I would HIGHLY recommend AnyPromo!

I ordered a couple of samples for items for a tradeshow. Tania immediately answered my request and will be shipping samples shortly. I look forward to getting them and reviewing samples with my team. Thanks to Tania for responding so fast!!

Our company is hosting an event this week, we were a bit nervous with the short time frame in placing an order but everything was processed very quickly from the quote to the artwork. Thank you, Raquel for a great experience with Anypromo! It was our first order and I will definitely keep your company in mind for our other promotional needs.

Johana was very nice and answered my questions each time. We also love our spatulas!

We had a great experience with AnyPromo. Jackie was our account rep and she was extremely responsive. Didi, the artist, implemented all of our edits in a speedy manner as well. I would buy from AnyPromo again.

Gerson was more than helpful to work with during this process. He was very understanding and I got the product that I wanted. I will order from them again.

You guys are awesome! Thank you Johana for the great service and exceptional communication! I was very impressed with the entire process! Easy ordering, prompt communication, and fast shipping!!

Mario was so great and even checked in once it was delivered!!

We had a great experience with Any Promo! Laura was so helpful in facilitating the whole process in a timely manner for us. It made the process enjoyable!

Our organization has ordered with AnyPromo a number of times for various products. Each time the final product is great, but what we appreciate most is the open communication in-between with any reviews, edits, etc. Our representative, Victoria Alanis, has been amazing to work with each time.

Roberto and the team at AnyPromo is fantastic! They were incredibly accommodating to all the requests we made and our mugs turned out perfect in the end. Will definitely be using them again!

I enjoyed the products and the shopping experience. Job well done.

Cups came out great! We liked how the white logo looks on the black cup. Can't wait to distribute to staff at our event!

Great customer service, patient, fast order but quality items. Highly recommend and will use in the future as well.

Exactly what I wanted, they came quick, great quality and people are loving them already. Thank you so much!

Needed some technical guidance, and Gabriela Solis was kind enough to help me out quickly. Thank you!

I needed an order for an event with a quick turn around and this process was seamless.I thoroughly enjoyed my experience with Paola. Upon placing my order, Paola immediately contacted me, answered my questions and made recommendations for my product. Didi did a great job on the designs too and made needed changes look great.

Raquel was amazing. She helped me get the vision into a reality quickly and efficiently.

Mario provides such great customer service. This is why I keep coming back to AnyPromo!

This was our first time ordering through AnyPromo and it was a very pleasant experience, from ordering to the staff checking in our us. Our rep Rebeca followed us through the whole process and even followed up with us after the order arrived which is usually unheard of, but we greatly appreciate it! We will definitely be ordering their products again in the future!

Jeanette was great to work with. Made our lives so easy. We love the lunch bags

I love that I can easily reorder items. No need to reupload the artwork if it stays the same. Mario was super helpful. The order was filled and shipped quickly.

Roberto did a great job communicating and getting our product sent over FAST. Thanks Roberto!

Mario was great to work with. He got a proof to me immediately and processed the order as soon as I approved the proof. He even followed up to make sure everything arrived in good condition and as expected.

I love this coffee mug. High quality enamel iron mug which I recommend for promoting your company or service.

Very pleased with the item quality, order process, quick proofing, production, and shipping time. Ordered and in hands in a week! Will definitely order again.

These campfire mugs are wonderful, we ordered the Hunter Green, Blue Reflex, Lime Green and Cobalt Blue, they are all great colors and they are a thick ceramic, they will fly off of the shelves for sure... Highly recommend them!

AnyPromo has outstanding customer service! Shout out to Mike. I ordered a bunch of mugs for our wedding, and needed them rushed by a particular date. Mike/AnyPromo were able to make it happen right on time. The mugs are super high quality and the printing is also high quality and high resolution. Amazing value.

These came out great. Only found one less than perfect mug out of 75 and it was something from before the mug was glazed and not a printing issue so the mug still looked good with its funny little glazed chip.

Ordering was easy. The mugs are top quality and they arrived very fast. This is my second time ordering and the product has surpassed my expectation . Thankk you!!!

Ordered them in the dark green with white logo. It looks really nice together. The white plays off the specks in the mug. The mugs are very sturdy and high quality. Would definitely recomment.

My experience with ordering from promotional companies has been both positive and negative, sometimes the product is not nearly the quality that you would hoped it would be. That is not the case with these ceramic mugs that I purchased, they are outstanding. Definitely exceeded my expectations and we will be purchasing through them again soon.

Great product great prices

Product was just as I hoped it would be. Very nicely done!

The selection has been great, prices reasonable, and design straightforward.

Incredible quality as usually. Heavy duty mugs and the print quality is amazing. Will order again

seems easy. hope proof looks good.

I just love ordering with AnyPromo. They are fast, communicative and their printing quality is great. I''ll be ordering again!

I ordered a bulk set of mugs and though the quality was good there was minor visual defect. Mario was quick to email me back and ultimately we were able to come to a quick resolution. Happy with the level of customer service.

We love this mug! Feels great! Looks great! Super fast service!

Loved working with Eva Andrade to find the perfect recognition gift for our volunteers. They will be surprised and appreciate when they receive the Campfire mug with our logo on it!

I appreciate that I can fill out a form without having to log in. It bogs the process down so much.

Very happy with our order! Representative Mike Duenas was helpful every step of the way, finding answers to my questions and getting our products shipped in a timely manner. We are beyond thrilled with our "bonus" enamelware-style campfire mugs, too. They look great and they're sure to be a welcome thank-you gift for our valued patients and referrers. Nice job, AnyPromo :)

Received order in timely manner. The mugs with logo look great and the customer service experience was very positive.

Ordering from AnyPromo is so easy. The products are top notch and and the logos come out crisp and neat. We ordered campfire mugs for our faculty and a tooth magnet for our clinic patients. We will order more swag soon for other events we have coming up. Our Rep was Mike Duenas and he was very helpful and got back to me quickly and shared the proofs too. Overall the quality and service is great! I highly recommend.

The mugs are super nice, generously sized and the imprint looks great. Our patrons will be excited to get these!

I love AnyPromo! They literally have everything I could think of to slap a logo on and website is super straight forward and easy to navigate.

Great final product, even though the original color was out of stock. Quick turn around, but gave plenty of time for order. Astrid Barillas helped us a lot!

Our imprinted coffee mugs turned out great and got here in no time. Thank you for your quick turn around.

Love the mugs with our logo. They have a nice weight to them. The ordering was easy and Eva helped with adjustments. Great item for the price!

I've ordered from AnyPromo.com several times. The Campfire Ceramic Mug is my latest order. Quality Ceramic mug, Logo is perfect, as always. Highly recommend this item

Very nice mug! I thought that it was going to be more of a metal material, but it is ceramic. It's very nicely made.

The mugs look great!!! They were nicely packaged for shipping (and storing!) too! We’ll be ordering more, I’m sure, once these sell!!!

All went well during ordering on a weekday.

The product is great, we had lots of trouble with getting them here unbroken.

The color is really nice in person. Much better than on the website. The shape and design of the mug are nice. This is my second order of this exact same mug. We really enjoy them.

nice quality but I am going to quit responding to review requests if I have to type long descriptions. I just want to rate!!

These mugs are terrific. The only downfall is that they are ceramic, so we found that a lot of our clients didn't want to put them in their luggage at the conferences. The tin ones would have been ideal as giveaways, but were twice as expensive. These are best if you are traveling to the client at their office.

So far, so good. Order just placed.

Great options at good prices!

My only thought is I wish you had red mugs in this style

Derrett Coleman was very helpful and courteous. He surpassed my expectations and answered my questions clearly.

I am very pleased with the way my campfire mugs look. Everybody wants one! I’m sure I’ll be reordering real soon!

Taffy was wonderful. She walked us through every step and was so helpful. She made this process personal and easy. Thank you so much Taffy!!

Great

Great.

AnyPromo has had the best selection, price and turn-around time of all the promo companies I have used! Victoria Alanis has been a great help keeping update on our orders! Thank you!

Nice-looking product at a reasonable price, interesting design. Everything was handled very professionally. Is perfect.

cost, quality, and the size of my ad message I like talking and ordering with the same person each time. This order showed that the supplier had some in stock and I had to wait longer then usual to receive the order. Rose kept me informed all the way.

Nice size and they appear very durable. Will definitely keep in mind for the next time I need something like that. they look great on desks. The customer will keep them long after pens and other novelties hit the trash. Rosa helped me to achieve what I wanted while remaining within an affordability range.

Our client was very happy it! We've received several items throughout the last couple of years and have always been very satisified. It was a great weight and looked very good.

We used them at our Vacation Bible School, handed them to everybody. I am sure our clients will like it and use it for a very long time. Shows the name of my company very outstanding.

the price for the quality of the product was great. looks great, prints very good, price is fine

They appear nice in addition to sturdy. Very economical plus they look great!

Got great suggestions for alternative products. Fast delivery and great printing.

the product is great and exceeded expectations.the logo looking great, so yay. good value

Imprint looks great nice and big. Great Product! Awesome Customer Service!

The products were great!!! It was a hit with customers visiting our booth.

Printing can also be very perfect, everyone wants it. Item is of good quality.

Beautiful and great quality

They came out amazing! The etching is clean and detailed. Love the raw look of the slate. Will definitely be ordering more for client baskets.

Loved the finished product!! The tissue boxes looked fantastic, and clients loved them. Customer service was also on point. Will re-order in the future. Best CADAS

Mario was extremely pleasant to work with, very responsive!

Good quality and great customer service! Raquel was extremely helpful and responsive. At first it didn't look like these customized items would be here in time for my event but after speaking with Raquel, they arrived a week earlier than the estimated delivery date!

I was very satisfied with the customer service provided by Any Promo. I initially spoke with Mauricio as well as Marvin and Ivanna. The level of customer service was consistently friendly, helpful, and accommodating.

Mario was super helpful in making sure that my order was perfect and arrived on time!

Mario was awesome from start to finish. Other companies could look a lot from Mario's customer service. I also like the custom fidget spinners and the speed of print to delivery. Thank you.

My CSR, Gerson Lobos, was amazing. My client needed more than usual changes and Gerson took care of them quickly with his production team. Needed 2 orders by a specific date and they arrived on time and were Perfect. My client was thrilled. Have been very happy with all of my orders.

The items came as promised and looked great!

I received the handy plastic bags today from AnyPromo. They are the perfect, exactly what we needed for our patients dental home care products. Raquel was so helpful with feedback & helping me select the correct size and type of bag!

Great customer service. Carol Huff

Alejandro, Lynette, and everyone that I have worked with has gone above and beyond to help me and continued to answer questions. Alejandro was super fast to respond and kept helping with all my questions. I look forward to ordering more from you in the future.

Great product. Quick service!

I have been absolutely delighted with all the products we have received from AnyPromo. I love the preview option before I place my order and the fact that I'm am kept updated during the entire process about when I can expect my order.

A great advertising decision for the Institute! I would have liked it to have more color options. The secretaries loved them to say the least! It is very well made and printed. It is a little smaller than I expected.

Everything was handled very professionally. I Loved during business with you. I'd highly recommend the product. Excellent value and high quality.

Great! the reason I keep coming back to AnyPromo is the service. Rosa is simply the best. If I don't call for a year- he remembers me and our past dealings, and puts a lot into each orders success. Fantastic quality. Great job.

fast, good customer service

Michelle was wonderful to work with on our re-order. She made it quick and simple and helped me find a new product that I couldn''t seem to find on my own... boomer status here. Love this company for our promo products!

We love these bags and so do our customers! We gave them out at our Grand Opening with goodies inside and everyone was talking about them

Good quality and good service.

So easy! Looks great! Came quickly!

Helpful, fast and just what I wanted. Worked with Maria G

Raquel was so great to work with, and our product turned out great!

Gerson was exceptionally wonderful in fulfilling my Order.

Maria was patience, Calm, reassuring and pleasant.

We needed calendars for our yearly handout and Victoria Alanis made sure they were perfect and got them to us fast. Thanks Victoria!

Very pleased with the lola customized bags we ordered, they are exactly what we ordered. Thank you

Mario Helped me order my tote bags for my office and i love them they are a great set of bags! He was a great help!

We love our small bags. They are the first things to go from our table. Your service was awesome and the bags came very quickly.

I love the full guidance and the ability to talk to a real person and graphic designer - Johanna is great! The products are clean, the process is easy, and the delivery is quite fast. I appreciate the full customer service. We're treated the way we want our own customers/clients to be treated

Mario M. made the whole process easy and smooth! Product was exactly what we were hoping for!

Steven was great to work with. He was super prompt with his responses and when I needed a specific color for our logo, he made it happen. The printing and shipping was quick and we are very happy with our new bags!

We grabbed these goodies to hand out at a Business Expo. Our aim is to always offer stuff that's enjoyable yet practical, avoiding the instant landfill fate – and these items totally hit the mark

Johana was great to work with. She answered my questions promptly and kept me up to date with the status of my order.

Great pricing, easy to order.

great!! the product was provided as ordered. we are extremly happy with the purchase. would reccommend to others.

Always a hit! We give away more of these than any other promo item. We have to usually explain what it is but once we do...gone! Practical, colorful, fun.

I love AnyPromo. It is the only place I shop for promo items. They have an amazing variety of merchandise to chose from and offer so many price points. Even when I don;t know exactly what I want, I check AnyPromo and always come away with an idea that our customers love! I have never had an issue with any of their work -- quite the opposite! Their quality is fantastic. Eva, who is my contact there, is wonderful at communicating and, if she sees something on my order or the printing that isn't really working, she contacts me and gives me a chance to weigh before the order is printed. AnyPromo delivers an excellent experience!

We like multi-taskers and this is one of those. Opens bottles and works as a coaster too. Fun color. Fun promo item. We did a white logo on an orange coaster and pops.

I was very happy with this order. The design turned out clear and Chris Top. Customer service was wonderful, and I will definitely shop with you again. Space Awesome product! Thank you

The price of these made me a bit leery of what to expect, but we were amazed at them when they arrived! Such a great company to do business with - ordering was simple, delivery was speedy, and follow-up was exceptional! AnyPromo will definitely be my go-to for promotional products!

The paddle bottle opener is sturdy, I did the laser engraving of our design and it came out great! Very satisfied with this product!

Happy with these bottle openers. Logo looks great and I’m happy with the purchase.

Choosing an item and working through the order form was a breeze! I am happy that I will receive a proof prior to production and someone will work with me to make sure the items are exactly like I want.

Javier provides us with excellent customer service and follow-up.

The company was quick to get in contact with design ideas and incredibly quick to ship. We worked with Victoria as our Customer Service Representative, and she was wonderful. Would use this site again!

I have always been pleased with the ordering process and custom products each time I have ordered with AnyPromo. Most recently, Gabriela Solis helped me with a complicated custom order with variables. Would definitely recommend!

Great product and shipped quickly. Everything was packaged nicely and my logo turned out great. Mario provided excellent customer service and followed up with me to make sure my items arrived and in good condition. Would definitely recommend and will order from AnyPromo in the future.

We recently had branded cups made, and we couldn't be happier with the outcome! The quality turned out amazing, and the entire process was seamless from start to finish. A big shoutout to Mario, who went above and beyond to assist us. His communication was fantastic—clear, quick, and super helpful. Not only did the cups turn out perfect, but the turnaround time was incredibly fast. It’s rare to find a company that delivers both exceptional products and top-notch service, but they nailed it. Highly recommend working with them if you're looking for a reliable partner for your branding needs!

Our items arrived very quickly and were of good quality. Both Victoria and Marvin were great to work with and very responsive. We are very happy with our experience.

Substantial, stainless steel church key! They are larger than I realized they'd be which is actually great! Very quick shipping as well.

Jeannette was great!! She was very kind, knowledgable, and helped me with every step in a timely manner!!

Delivered quickly and just as we specified it. We had run out of these items that we use as a follow-up gift/mail-stuffer. Receiving a custom-imprint item in just over two weeks was excellent. AnyPromo kept us informed each step of the way and assigned us a specific customer care rep with whom we could check-in with at any time.

Any Promo always makes it EZ 2 order

Many products to choose from. Going through the items gave me ideas for future branded items for my customers.

We are so happy we received the order on time and the material of the product and design was amazing for the jar openers and coasters I ordered for my daughters quinceañera. The price was excellent and I want to say thank you Eva and the company for your service and attention, with love Claudia.

I would like to see a mock up option on my screen when ordering. This would allow me to see and have more control over the size and placement of my artwork. It would also give me the option to change any product or artwork colors as I am ordering. It sends me to the checkout blind to my product which makes me really hesitate before clicking to finalize and commit.

Looks great!

Raquel was amazing to deal with when I had a concern regarding the pricing on a recent order. She understood my issue and took care of it immediately. It is nice to encounter customer service like this.

Leo and Paul did a wonderful job, great product!

The totes themselves are really cute and just as expected. I took away one star because the printing on several of the bags is very off center; a couple even almost look diagonal on the bag. I will say, however, that the most pleasant part of the experience was Mario M. who handled the order from start to finish. Also, not having to pay a set-up fee is a primary reason I will use this company again and again. The price points are so much better than others I have dealt with

Perfect little swag bag for a marketing event. Good quality bag that looks exactly like the art they sent. Victoria, our customer service rep was great.

was great

perfect size not too big or too small!

Cute bags. Perfect size for what I wanted. Got an assortment of the colors. I personally liked the blue the best. Came quickly. Edgardo did a nice job of keeping us updated on the status and taking care of hiccups that arose in the payment process

good

Abel was in constant contact with me about our order from the beginning and was very patient when we needed to decide on another option. The bags came in looking great and everyone was very pleased.

Roberto was very helpful and made the process very easy.

The bags were just what I needed and came in time for my event. It was a very rushed job but AnyPromo delivered in plenty of time for my event! Thanks everyone!

Reordering right now, we're loving this company!

Very cute mini totes. Love the color straps gives a nice touch! We are ordering more for a holiday promotion!

Great decision. Better than expected. Price is great.

Much greater quality than I was expecting! Classy look. Everyone loved it! The logo design looked great.

The person we worked with was very courteous.

great quality! loved the colors. I've gotten many compliments on the quality and color. thank you any promo

I didn't order a sample like I normally would and I was pleasantly surprised with the quality of the bag. It was a little smaller than I thought it would be but it is okay since I don't have a lot of things to put in it.

Product turned out great! Our entire staff loved them! Excellent - precisely what I had been looking for!

Great stuff that's why we keep ordering more everytime! Excellent size, high quality and elegant.

the printing clarity is great! It was perfect for what we needed it for.

the print was very nice. Good quality graphic. No dislikes.

Good size. Great item. It's perfect.

Product met expectations and AnyPromo did a great job with the imprint. turned out great just as expected from you guys.

the logo and lettering looked crisp and clean I liked your online upload and viewing of our logo placed on the product.

Easy peasy

Easy. Quick. Great product!

Ordered these for giveaways at trade shows. Everyone loved them. Now everyone in my company wants some. Well made and affordable.

Johana was a big help in providing quick feedback. We are very pleased with the car coasters that we ordered and the art was just what we asked for.

Anypromo.com has been great to work with. We have placed several orders with them and have not had any issues. Quality, price and service are outstanding. Additionally, Our representative Roberto has been fantastic to work with. Responds quickly and has been helpful in getting order processed and delivered in a timely manner.

Steven Jose Martinez was a true pleasure to work with. He was prompt in responding, heard our needs, worked with us with options. I couldn't have found a better partner for my project!! I just chose an experience date but we went back and forth for about a month. His patience was amazing. Thank you Steven - if I could have given you 10 stars I would have.

Karen was awesome to work with! She was so incredibly helpful and super kind. She made my experience with AnyPromo super great and I will definitely be a repeat customer because of it!

Exactly what we were looking for. Will make a great gift for the members of our group. Thank you!!!!

The quality of materials and clarity of the printing are good. The printing area is small, so it makes the logo items hard to read on such a small area. Otherwise, we are satisfied with the quality. The correspondence and customer service were excellent.

Gabby Martinez was an outstanding representative to work with . She carefully listened to my questions and needs, she simplified the ordering process for me by assisting with logo placement, item selection, and timely emails and responses to my request. She was able to handle a large order with numerous items flawlessly. Thank you Gabby! 🫶🏼

Great Customer Service! The products we ordered came out great and arrived quickly!

Good product!

Easy process so far

Easy process so far

Great value and came out exactly how I wanted and fast! Can't wait to pass them out at our next event!

Like the logo. Product was exactly what I ordered.

A big hit! Pricing and quality was excellent.

Quality construction, helpful and nice design. Everything was so nice. Rosa, our represntative, was SO helpful. The products are beautiful. I can't say enough about the product and the logo.

bottle openers are fun to give. I had a lot of male customers line up just to receive these at my booth!

The pieces came out exactly like the mock-up! They were exactly as described and heavier than expected. My only complaint is that they took longer to arrive than expected, we got the rush processing but it took them over a week and a half to ship it. Other than that the experience was great and we will be sure to order again.

Great product overall. We will be purchasing more asap! Thanks for the great product. We also purchased 10" Custom Folding Flyer Frisbee they were not very good quality. I was very surprised after receiving these.

Helped me smile that I had selected something very cool that many people loved :-) Veronica! She was so patient and understanding with me. I like the opener overall.
