Great Coasters! Just a small disappointment out of the company's control...
The coasters are top notch and gorgeous, however I'll give just a four star rating based on the speed of crafting and delivery. I ordered these coasters on June 17th, and they only just arrived, August 16th. While the delay may have been due to factors out of the company's control, and while the order was not at all urgent or even important (I just thought it wold be a nice gift for my employees), I did expect some sort of small reimbursement for the quite long wait.
In all other respects, I am happy! The coasters meet my expectations and my employees love them, and the customer service I received was excellent, apart from the delay in delivery.
