Have made multiple orders over the last few years and we always have a good experience. Customer Service reps are super easy to work with (especially Johana and Madelin) and the turnaround is fast. When we've had flaws in the items we receive, they have also been stellar at sending replacements and taking good care of us. Plenty of color choices and the quality of the foam seems good. These are a great affordable alternative to the various special shaped stress balls that cost more.

The stress balls were cool. I liked them, but didn't love them. Some were hard to squeeze and some were soft. The inconsistency does make me a bit hesitant in placing another order.

Pleased with the stress balls we received - the logo is clear and shows well. I ordered two different colors - purple and lavender - and the texture of the balls is different between the 2 colors. The lavender balls are easy to squeeze, whereas the purple ones are very firm. It looks like lavender has been removed as a color, so perhaps they were old and no longer as firm as they should have been, although I actually prefer them to the purple.

These are nice promotional items that we give out to the public. The only we had was the white font on the yellow ball is very hard to see and the ball firmness was different from color to color.

There is a very sloppy/chunky "lip" at the circumference of the ball, where the two hemispheres met to press the foam into a ball shape. The "seam" is very defined and not cleaned up/off and it makes the balls look terrible. The foam is fine and is what you'd expect though.

The writing was very small and some balls were shinier than others but overall the quality seemed good and people at the trade show really liked them!
