Sales and expedition team were amazing. Response great. Products very nice. I'll see how they hold up.

Good products and excellent customer service. Victoria Alanis processed my orders quickly and provided continual communication regarding the status. I am a repeat customer and have never had a complaint.

Quick and easy. Cups look great!

We've always had a good, professional experience using AnyPromo. I appreciate the communications sent to us from their Customer Service Rep (Mario Martinez), informing us of the status of the order and when it ships. The products have always been well made.

Good product for good price. Delivery and customer service were great. Mario Martinez followed up before and after delivery. His service was great.

Easy company to work with for anything promotional. Laura was my rep and she followed up throughout the entire process. Product came in quick and right.

Terracon Consultants ordered Merchandise for Trade Shows! Laura M. was fast and communicated extremely well for all of the different items purchased! We are a Repeat Customer and will continue using their products!!

Jeannette was very quick and responsive with my questions on the order. Everything was done correctly and the order turned out great!

I love the combs I've received with Roberto's help at AnyPromo.com. They're engraved as ordered and will be a great swag item to hand out at conferences.

We received our order well within our time frame. Laura was so helpful in walking me through the process and making sure I was pleased with the results. Will definitely order again.

Eva A. was an excellent sales rep and Gabby S. did an excellent job resolving the issue we had with shipping damage to a small portion of our order. She resolved it quickly and satisfactorily. We are happy customers who will return to AnyPromo again. Thank you all!

There is plenty of quick and efficient communication with Any Promo, however it can be difficult/confusing to have to reply to more than one sales rep at a time. The products are great. Wide Variety. Minimal issues with shipping and/or breakage. Broken Items always replaced in a timely manner. The Prices are good. Any Promo worked closely with us to keep us within our budget. We thank you!

We were pleased with the etched old fashion glasses overall but were a little bit disappointed with how deep the etching was. In the sample picture it looked like it would be a little bit deeper but we are still very happy with the glasses and excited to hand them out to our sponsors!

We unfortunately received some etched whiskey glasses and the logo was not correct. We have purchased these for other clients in the past and LOVE them. Well, we got in touch with customer service right away, and within 3 days they had these mugs re-done and en route for a client event. You know how that is, can't miss an event date!!! Well Fabiola Zamora worked her magic, and wa-la, the glasses were sent! (I saw a picture so we are praying all looks good when they arrive - they pack these glasses super well, so I am not anticipating any challenge)

The glasses look awesome. This is a great product - the weight of the glass is so nice, as well as the etching! We have purchased for another client before and would purchase again!!

Great customer service! Great variety! High quality! Fast delivery! What more could you ask for? Riley Haynie provides superior customer service too.

I only needed a dozen old fashion glasses with our logo and this was the best price I could find for exactly what we needed. When they arrived, there was one broken glass. AnyPromo replaced the broken glass very quickly, and even sent an extra with the replacement glass. I'm very pleased with my purchase and the service received.

High quality for great price. Very quick turn around time. Veronica should be commended for their politeness, professionalism and efficiency. we love AnyPromo and trust their products/service vs other similar companies. your customer service is excellent and easy to reach.

Very nice and was as represented on your shopping site. I was very impresed with the way the printing looked. It had been great - I ought to have purchased a couple of more - everybody wanted one.

It's a giveaway that individuals would take and use without throwing away. the company produces and delivers exactly what they promise. We had a very pleasant past experience and are placing another order today. Only took one try to get it right.

Quick and Easy

So fast and helpful, thank you so much!

These are great quality. The only reason I gave it a 4 star is because i wish the logo space could be bigger.

I ordered 75 branded coasters and they turned out great! Raquel was super helpful and checked in multiple times to ensure everything went through correctly!

Thanks for making it so easy. I tried ordeering off a few site before this one and it was by far the simplist.

My sales associate Fabiola Zamora went above and beyond to help me source the items I needed. Super fast serice and so pleasant.

It's a nice bag, durable and sturdy! I've been buying the medium jute tote, and wanted to see if the large jute tote will work for our needs, as well. Love it! Haven't used it to cart anything heavy, but it seems very sturdy and strong :)

This was my first time working with anypromo.com and I couldn't be more pleased. I was on a tight deadline and Cynthia and Dante both personally help to ensure my products would be produced correctly and arrive on time. Working with anypromo is a nice change from what many companies have become. When you call anypromo, you actually speak to a real person who speaks understandable English, and you do not have to go through a bunch of auto-attendant systems to get to that person. Then for followup, each team member has a real desk phone number and an email in which you may contact them directly. It gets so old with many companies when you call only to find yourself in the queue of the next 'agent' and then to have to tell your story again and again every time you need to call. Not so with anypromo, I was able to remain in constant communication with Cynthia and Dante the entire time. I'll definitely call on anypromo again for our promotional product needs!

These bags are well constructed and turned out very nice. Moreover though, the service I received from Cynthia and Dante was incredible. I was on a short timeline, and these two personally helped get my order into production asap and were most helpful! Working with Anypromo.com was a nice relief from what we've come to expect from many businesses. They have a phone number where you can actually speak to a real person, who speaks understandable English, without jumping through a bunch of auto-attendant systems. If you need to call back your rep, they each have their own desk number, and if they're not in, someone else can either take a message or help you themselves. I now have my 'go to' company for promotional items. Thanks again!

the opportunity to see before you buy, to place a logo on an item and instantly see how it will look right from your browser A great tool for team workshops ! Thank you AnyPromo.

They were an enormous hit inside my event! We purchased these bags and had them customized with our "logo" for employee appreciation gifts.

I've them delivered to our clients, they're happy and loved them. tetsu was great to work with. He was right there for every question that I had either by email or phone.

Loved having the top to add a line. I called with several questions and every one was answered fully and professionally.

Overall it turned out great! I wanted a different color but the black did the job as well. Good quality item. I also liked the simplicity of the product.

We'll do this again and again. Precisely what I needed.

Great customer service and great promotional items!

Amazing customer service. I have ordered customized products many times and am very happy with the results. I get the same Customer Service Representative each time - Victoria - and she is amazing! She makes adjustments I need and responds to emails promptly. It takes away the scariness of ordering customized products online! Thank you Victoria!

6 out of 5 stars! Raquel was quick to respond to any questions/concerns I had with the ordering process. She followed up on everything without pestering and was so kind and easy to talk to! And I was exceptionally surprised at the quality of the pens with our logo!

The products appear to be of good quality but what I was most impressed with was the communication and follow-up from Victoria Alanis. This type of customer service is hard to find in today's world and I will order again because of it.

Gabriela Solis was fantastic and very helpful. She was a great help and took care of all of my needs.

Fatima Murgas was very helpful in placing a reorder. Love this company and it's products. Thank you

I ordered custom wooden wine stoppers and the process was very quick and easy. Once the proof was emailed to me, I reached out to Johana and asked her personal opinion on the font size. I took her suggestions to modify the design. The items were delivered very quickly and look beautiful. Thank you!

Was in need of a "gift" for an important dinner but under a very tight deadline. Worked with the most amazing customer service rep Laura who went above and beyond to find items that would work within the necessary production time line. It was great to receive such amazing service! Thank you Laura and Abel!

Used AnyPromo for the first time and found it a really easy process. Our contact, Juanita was very responsive and helpful. Changes were made easily and products were arrived on time.

Reusable shpopping bags made from 100% recycled material made from leftover/remnant fabric -- SO completely guilt-free, and even the hang tags are recycleable. Great supplier, great quality, looking forward to seeing how many washes the design can last if turned inside-out before wash.

I worked with Milton and I hope I have the pleasure of working with him in the future. He was professional, prompt and a pure delight. He's the reason I'll be using this company again.

Derrett was very friendly and helped place my order quickly and with no issues!

Marisol Vela went above and beyond my expectations and truly gave me exceptional customer service. She should indefinitely be promoted to a higher level as she has shown true leadership, quick thinking, product expertise, and always had a wonderful and pleasant demeanor. Thank YOU so much Marisol!

Leo Lopez was very friendly and courteous. Always a pleasure to speak with. Thanks, Mario

Roberto was very helpful, and easy to communicate with.

Erin did an excellent job of following thru on my order. The imprint on my coasters and colors are spot on. She kept in touch with me until the end. Awesome to work with!

Extremely pleased with my personalized cork coasters. Great product, Ana was most helpful from the point of my order all the way through deliver. Excellent product, excellent service!

Fast service and my logo looks awesome!

Great overall service and quality products. Ana and the Art Dept were OUTSTANDING and were exceptionally good and helpful.

Super easy to work with.

I've ordered a lot of stuff through AnyPromo over the last few months, and I have yet to be disappointed by the level of customer service I have received. Recently, I had an order come in that was scratched up, and my resolution specialist, Riley Haynie, did everything he could to make sure that my problem was taken care of to my satisfaction in a timely manner. He's the type of service rep that everyone hopes they get when they're having a problem. Great service!

Customers really like them.. this is my third order from AnyPromo. The service is great and their products are the best!!!
