The red water bottles are beautiful and the imprint was perfect! I’m very pleased with the final product. I’ve already gotten compliments and look forward to giving them out as gifts to friends at an event in two weeks. The bottles arrived timely and on the date promised. I was a little concerned that the individual bottles were not packed in any type of wrapping paper and clanged against each other; fortunately, they were not damaged in the shipment.

Overall, we are happy with our order! The bottles were delivered on time and look exactly like the proof that was sent over. With this product, you get what you pay for, so while these bottles were low in cost, the durability isn't great, but that is to be expected! A couple of small dents here and there and some prints were a little smudged, but nothing that we are upset about. All in all I would give a 5/5 for the customer service and ease of ordering these! The 4/5 rating is purely for the quality of the product itself.

Poorly made. Many of the bottles had leaks. The size is awkward. We tried to save money with this more economical option. But it ended up being a waste of money because no one wanted to use them. We should have invested in a better quality bottle.

The product is attractive, light-weight, beautiful green color and logo imprint. The ridged edges of the lip where the top screws in felt a bit rough to the touch. The blue containers we ordered are a really pretty blue! We love the color. Top is easy to remove and a quick few turns to reclose. Love the carabiner on top. A nice addition in case you want to attach the bottle to something.

This straw is maybe a step up from a disposable straw, not what I was hoping for as far as how many times it can be used. I wouldn’t recommend this particular product, but as always the ordering process was easy and product was delivered on time. With the big push for reusable straws to help the environment, I was hoping for a lot better.

The straw itself was very much what we hoped for, but our logo was small and not very eye catching. Our order window was tight or I might have had the designer try to stretch the logo if we had more time.

The lettering was more grey than black like the pictures, but the color changing works great. I would recommend.

Wasn't a fan because it was not a "reusable heavy-duty plastic straw," as they claimed. I was able to chew and bend the straw very easily. Would probably use it 2-3 times before throwing out. The laser engraving ink also came out as a metallic gold instead of black from the virtual proof. The color changing aspect however was a neat detail.

TERRIBLE! I am SO disappointed in the product and the false advertising. They are described as heavy-duty REUSABLE straws, so I expected them to live up to that standard. They are NOT the plastic reusable straws you would expect. These are standard one-use straws, a waste to our environment.

Jackie and Wilson were great! My order arrived on time, and the process was easy from start to finish. Any questions I had received prompt answers. The only issue I had was with UPS, who continued to try to deliver the order outside of business hours.

I placed an order (400 total) for clear tote bags with our logo. The order arrived 2 days earlier than expected. Our logo was in our selected color and appeared exactly how the virtual proof represented. Jeannette ensured every step of the way was as easy as possible. I would have loved having our logo bigger, but the product I selected didn't allow for it (not a complaint, but something for customers to pay attention to). They look very nice. The process was simple and the price was right. When a dog comes in for boarding with can food, I just send a lid home with them. Keeps my name on their brain every time they feed their dog. Thank you

I've tested it on many different cans of different sizes and it fit all of them securely! Some other 3 Step lids from other companies simply didn't have tight fits.

The lids came out beautifully! Really clear and easy to read and my logo looks awesome!!! They are much better quality than I expected for the price. I can't wait to start handing them out at my first event.

These folks did a wonderful job on my lid project. Their web site walked me through the entire process. I was especially glad that I was able to send my artwork in a PDF form instead of trying to figure out how to convert the graphic to some form my computer programs did not support. My lids arrived in about a week. They are gorgeous!
