I was a little concerned that the individual bottles were not packed in any type of wrapping paper and clanged against each other; fortunately, they were not damaged in the shipment.

Overall, we are happy with our order! The bottles were delivered on time and look exactly like the proof that was sent over. With this product, you get what you pay for, so while these bottles were low in cost, the durability isn't great, but that is to be expected! A couple of small dents here and there and some prints were a little smudged, but nothing that we are upset about. All in all I would give a 5/5 for the customer service and ease of ordering these! The 4/5 rating is purely for the quality of the product itself.

I ordered the white Koozies with a digital graphic logo on one side. I'm a graphic designer with very high standards, and the koozies looked great. The color match was perfect and there is enough detail in the printing to read the smaller print (12 pt) in the logo. Additionally, Eva Andrade was my customer service rep, and did a great job helping me navigate the ordering & proofing process.
