Unfortunately the imprint on this item wasn't to typical AnyPromo standards, BUT their customer service team responded immediately and have provided us with a sound solution. On a side note, I personally wouldn't recommend the actual cup though (NOT a reflection on AnyPromo in any way). We went for the lowest price and didn't request a sample first and it's just a little "cheaper" quality than I wanted. There isn't anything particularly wrong with it, so if you really truly need the cheapest (mass give-away), then I recommend.

I have been so pleased working with AnyPromo and Meera! When my package arrived I was beyond excited. When I opened the box however one of my cups was cracked and unusable :( I wasn't sure what if anything could be done since Im sure it happened during shipping. I reached out just see and Meera went above and beyond to get me a replacement. I have used another promotions company for years but never received this level of service. The quality of the cup was excellent but MOST OF ALL, the quality of the customer service I received from Akira was perfection. She was responsive, understanding, prompt, and considerate. My only complaint is the color of the lettering (red on black) wasn't as bright as the proof or appearance online. The tumblers are much thinner than I expected when I ordered them. They are not hard plastic but a thin, flimsy plastic. They also need straws but did not include them. They are, at least, inexpensive.

12 oz doesn’t hold ice and contents of a 12 oz can. I should have known that! These are great, but smaller than expected. They have held up well in the dishwasher. Printing is perfect. 16 or 20oz suits our needs better.

Cup is perfect, the size is perfect for wine and mixed drinks and might entail a few extra trips back to the keg but that might help slow down drinking! The graphics turned out beautiful. People were really blown away by what a perfect accessory this was to the wedding. I was worried about how the metallic gold would show up on the cup, but it is just perfect. I have to say the cups came out really nice, but I overlooked the comments about the size and ordered too small. I had a frosted cup from another brand and loved it, but when I measured it for water, I filled it to a natural level instead of to the brim. So that when it says 12 oz it literally means filling it to the very top (not that anyone would ever do this mind you) but if you are looking to get an accurate depiction - you need to fill to the top. I ordered 12 oz and should have ordered 16 oz (which you would put 12 oz of fluid into).

The product is great and the process is easy, just make sure you know what size you’re getting! 12 ounce cup is surprisingly small! It’s perfect for a cup of water for a child, maybe cup of juice for an adult but it’s not big enough for a cocktail, unless you’re just drinking something straight. Once you get ice in there, not much room for anything else. Of course there is room, filled to the very top for a 12 Oz beverage, but to account for foam or ice, go for the 16 Oz. Customer service was great, cup is good quality, I recommend to others, just be sure on the size you’re ordering.
