Happy it was made in the USA, great printing, fantastic value. The packaging allowed for a few crushed bottles; an additional layer of cardboard around the side might have prevented it. Super easy to deal with. Will do business with them again.

Pleased with the Tritan Flair Bottle. Good quality. Only thing I didn't like was that our logo which was printed on the bottle, was in a different spot on each water bottle. So depending on the tread of the lid, some bottles had an upside down logo when drinking, while others were right side up.

When you call anypromo, you actually speak to a real person who speaks understandable English, and you do not have to go through a bunch of auto-attendant systems to get to that person. Then for followup, each team member has a real desk phone number and an email in which you may contact them directly. It gets so old with many companies when you call only to find yourself in the queue of the next 'agent' and then to have to tell your story again and again every time you need to call. Not so with anypromo, I was able to remain in constant communication with Cynthia and Dante the entire time. I'll definitely call on anypromo again for our promotional product needs!

I didn't realize the hand sanitizer was clear and the white logo, so it's very hard to see. It would have been nice for someone to maybe mention it to me that it won't show up so I'd recommend advising customers of this so they are aware and can choose something different if they want. I somehow thought I was doing full color of my logo, not white. The product itself is great, but it is just hard to see my logo, which is the sole reason for purchasing this product is to brand myself with my customers.

Everything went smooth. The only thing I noticed was when inspecting the virtual proof, the link seemed to link to an older version, and a different time it combined the updated version with an old version ... taking aspects of each and then combining them. Very strange.

About two weeks ago, i ordered insulated bags with an imprint for hotel guests coming to a weekend family affair. I realized i was short some hospitality bags and reached out to my customer service rep, Brenda Cortus. I was delighted with both the service and the product. She quickly found my bag, and the original graphics, gave me a quote and it was handled that day. I received the bags 4 days later. I am thrilled with this company and its people - everyone i talked with from Anthony in graphics to Brenda in customer service and everyone else in between.

This is the third time I've ordered from AnyPromo. I've been happy with all my purchases and this one is no exception. My only slight criticism is that some of the bags were a little smushed. But the quality of the bags themselves are exactly what I was expecting and the graphics look exactly like the proof.
