Overall it was a good experience shopping with AnyPromo and we really like the finished product that we received. My one issue was that the quote and artwork proof that I requested expired by a couple days before I was ready to place the order which meant I had to resubmit the concept and then wait the few days for the quote and artwork to be drawn up again. We are a nonprofit and had to wait for the funds to make the purchase which was why there was a lapse between quote issuance and purchase time. I understand having an expiration on a quoted price, but your customer service reps should be able to bring up an expired quote/artwork and reinstate it if the price has not changed. This would have allowed my order to go through faster. Other than this one issue, the product is great quality and the conversation that I did have with customer service was brief and courteous.
