I love them! The laser engraving is subtle but very nice. We plan to use as a sponsor gift for an Irish-themed event with airline-sized bottles of Irish cream liqueur and Irish whiskey--It's an irish coffee kit! I ordered on Saturday morning and received the finished product on Tuesday afternoon.

Not the quality I thought they would be for the price I paid. The lids are hard to open too. They look nothing like they do in the picture. They don't have a matte finish but more of a glassy finish.

3rd time we've ordered. Always a quality product and well packaged to avoid shipping damage. My only critique is that the company offers various discounts, such as repeat customer, that suggests it can be applied to the tumblers. But, the company denies those discounts on this item saying it doesn't qualify. Ads need to be more clear.

I used the laser engraving, so the logo shows up as silver. So the more boldly colored your tumbler, the better it looks against the silver.

Nice item, the colors were perfect and the printing was exactly what the customer wanted. The new tumblers put their previous mugs to shame.

These mugs really do rival the ultra-expensive brand they look like. I did a LOT of research prior to landing on these. We've had people come back days later gushing over how they went to drink their coffee after several hours (6 was the most that was mentioned) and it was still hot. In terms of customer service, the anypromo team was wonderful. We had actually ordered some similar tumblers from a different company first, and they come with identical imperfections in each one (little scratches as if they had something in their machine)....it turned out to be a blessing in disguise as these anypromo mugs showed up looking much better anyway! We ended up having some lids that stuck quite a bit, and Eva Andrade was incredibly helpful from start to finish. Rayo Sedano jumped in at the end as well to make sure that issue was taken care of. It was definitely worth upgrading from the screenprint to the laser engraving. We own a coffee shop and we will be repeat customers here for sure

My kids use it for water and I use it for my coffee. We did experience delays in receiving our order due to Hurricane Irma, however the customer service team stayed in contact letting us know how it was effecting our order and when we could expect to receive it. Ordered the 20 oz. Himalayan tumblers in matte black. Ordering was easy and submitting the logo was seamless. Got proof back in under 24 hours. The tumblers look and work great. Did a test and they kept ice cube for 4+ hours and held coffee hot for 4 hours.

Ana was very prompt and helpful. The fast service exceeded expectations. The tumbler with the logo looks great. I compared this tumbler with a Yeti and found the Yeti kept ice frozen approximately 2 hours longer. That is the only reason I'm giving this product a 4 star vs. 5.

The imprint looks great. We chose a black bad with a pink imprint and it stands out . The simple design helped by keeping it easy to read. The quality is better than I expected at the price point. I hope that they will last!

They look great! We are using them for an upcoming event as marketing. They are perfect for our needs.

The material is lighter than paper. Really poor quality - highly disappointed. Also, the picture makes it look like the bag can stand up with a wide base, but in fact the bags do not have the ability to stand up even when filled. Quality is really poor.

These bags are great give-a-way items for events. They hold a lot of weight. The artwork turned out great and the company was very easy to work with figuring out exactly how I wanted the artwork to look.

The only reason I hesitate to order is that they do not send samples for review. Despite large orders the rep would not mail me an inexpensive tote bag without charging shipping. It is difficult to judge dimensions and quality based on online description alone.

We ordered these bags as a way to promote our business. We wanted a bag that would be functional, durable, appealing and affordable. This bag definitely met our expectations, it stands out from all of the other grocery bags! It is a "tote" which makes it wider and bigger than the regular square bags. The quality is good for the price and the graphics came out bright and clear. I will be reordering these as soon as we run out.

I love the products, the prices are great and the finished items look sharp. The order process was fairly easy to maneuver and the orders went out and were delivered within the time frame promised. Sadly I had to have it delivered to an address in the US, which was a bit of a pain since I'm in Canada, but I managed.

It looks great!! And I loved the logo that was created for me. The letters and spacing were perfect. Only thing I would add is a cardboard bottom to make it more sturdy. I don't remember if it was available and I didn't order it, or if it wasn't available.

AnyPromo was prompt and helpful! Two things that would have improved our experience: the ability to upload a graphic on the website and see a preview of the graphic on the product immediately, and a wider range of colors (we really wanted more of a crimson than plain red). We received the products when we needed them, and they were successful as marketing tools!

The products came out nicely and in a timely manner (I was not in a rush to get them, things might be different if I needed them quickly). Customer Service was a bit cold during the final approval correspondence.

Love this product for the price! Only improvement could be if it had a plastic bottom insert to help it hold it's shape. Bottom is 7-1/2" x 12" so we just put a piece of 8-1/2" x 11" card stock in each bag for a bottom.

The bags I ordered were much better than I expected. The shipping was super fast and as promised were delivered on time. I liked the status updates every step of the way! I would order from this company again without hesitation.

I like that these bags are lightweight and the printing area is sufficient to accommodate my logo and imprinting. It is large enough to be used to actually carry something does not feel like I was giving something just to get my name out, but was thoughtful enough to bring something of value to my clients. The artist rendering of my logo was wonderful and they are to be commended for turning a photograph into a graphic!

It has been a very good experience working with you. The only thing I had trouble with was finding where to change a credit card and the wrong one was charged. Not a big deal but not 100% smooth :)) All is well.

Design to Delivery everything was well coordinated. The only reason I gave four is being in CA the delivery was bit late. Other than that I would recommend AnyPromo to one and all.

The only complaint I have is that when I placed my order, until I hit "submit", I thought I would receive the product sooner than I did. It was still within my needed time frame, but for a moment, the two week delay felt a bit like a bait and switch. Still happy with the results and the product, but it might be something to think about moving forward.

The bags were just what I was looking for in a budget bag. The color (I ordered the purple) were the same as shown in the picture. The logo we provided was on point and the color was exactly what we wanted. I'm pleased with how they turned out.

I really liked the bag. The picture shown must have something in the bottom of the bag, as it appears taller than it actually is. It works great for my purposes and will probably do another order when my group sees them.

Fast, easy, exactly as pictured

The tote bag is exactly what I expected. AnyPromo did an excellent job putting the logo I provided on the bag. The price was awesome at under $1.00 each and they don't charge a set up fee, making it possible for small not for profit groups to put their name out in the community without breaking the budget. We are giving the tote bags away at the local farmers market so the community gets to know who we are and what we do. Very affordable way to advertise!

The swag bags turned out great!
