The time from ordering to receiving the item was amazing! We love the look of our logo on the cup. The cup items is a softer plastic material and has a small amount of give to it if squeezed.

It wasn't what I expected. I thought it would be more ridged and firm. But, so far, it seems to be a fine product and was significantly less expensive then other options. It will certainly work for what we got them for.

A softer plastic that is not what was expected. Also it had condensation on the outside of the cup when used with cold water. Insulated cup should not do so.

The printing was great and the anypromo employees were very easy to work with. The cup itself was a little flimsier than I expected but it served my purpose well as an end of year Banquet gift. One case of 60 arrived on time. The other case arrived three days later,which was a little too close to my deadline for comfort. My only critique is that the company offers various discounts, such as repeat customer, that suggests it can be applied to the tumblers. I used the laser engraving, so the logo shows up as silver. So the more boldly colored your tumbler, the better it looks against the silver.

These mugs really do rival the ultra-expensive brand they look like. I did a LOT of research prior to landing on these. We've had people come back days later gushing over how they went to drink their coffee after several hours (6 was the most that was mentioned) and it was still hot. In terms of customer service, the anypromo team was wonderful. We had actually ordered some similar tumblers from a different company first, and they come with identical imperfections in each one (little scratches as if they had something in their machine)....it turned out to be a blessing in disguise as these anypromo mugs showed up looking much better anyway! We ended up having some lids that stuck quite a bit, and Eva Andrade was incredibly helpful from start to finish. Rayo Sedano jumped in at the end as well to make sure that issue was taken care of. It was definitely worth upgrading from the screenprint to the laser engraving. We own a coffee shop and we will be repeat customers here for sure

Ordered the 20 oz. Himalayan tumblers in matte black. Ordering was easy and submitting the logo was seamless. Got proof back in under 24 hours. The tumblers look and work great. Did a test and they kept ice cube for 4+ hours and held coffee hot for 4 hours.

Very happy with the quick turnaround time and the final product. Our logo looks crisp & stands out using a white imprint on a navy sleeve. A few sleeves have a slightly crooked imprint, but all are acceptable and the majority are great.

Great product. I have ordered from AnyPromo a couple other times and the shipping was outrageous. Somehow, the shipping was about 84% cheaper than the last two times I ordered, which was wonderful. Took a long time for the art work to get finalized and had to go back and forth several times to get it right. Also, the printing on the koozie is not aligned well on many of them.

Happy that they arrived in a timely manner but the ink they used were b the screen was very thin causing the black koozie to bleed through the logo. We ordered magenta on Black and the units came out looking like a dark purple over black. Something to keep in mind when ordering these the ink is not as defined as the photos depict.

Overall experience was positive. I was disappointed that AnyPromo's printer could not guarantee no fill in with the fine details of the artwork to be printed on the Koozies. We chose to print them in-house and had AnyPromo send us the blanks instead. Customer service regarding this issue was good with constant communication and we received our blanks in time to complete the order in house.

The print was just as expected from the proof. Haven't passed them out yet, A little concerned that they may not be very durable. A little bit lighter weight than I hoped for. If it tears up after just one or two uses, then I will not buy again. If it holds up, then I will buy again!
