we liked the cost of the product. there was nothing we did not like Rosa is very helpful in keeping you updated on the process of the order as it is in productions, mailing etc... It's what I expected it to be… Excellent!

Nicely designed, not too big. They are very lightweight and probably quite thinly walled but it still keeps coffee hot for almost an hour. I like that it's stainless INSIDE as well. No plastic taste.
