W expected clear cups, according to the digital proof, but when the cups arrived they were a foggy plastic that looks cheaper. Now we have a LOT of cups for our church that we don't really want to use as gifts like we planned. It's just unfortunate that they aren't what we thought. Customer service was great, just not this product for us.
