The bag and print came out great, but over time the bag got worn down and many of them ripped. I would go with a thicker bag than this one.

The material is lighter than paper. Really poor quality - highly disappointed. Also, the picture makes it look like the bag can stand up with a wide base, but in fact the bags do not have the ability to stand up even when filled. Quality is really poor.

These bags are great give-a-way items for events. They hold a lot of weight. The artwork turned out great and the company was very easy to work with figuring out exactly how I wanted the artwork to look.

We ordered these bags as a way to promote our business. We wanted a bag that would be functional, durable, appealing and affordable. This bag definitely met our expectations, it stands out from all of the other grocery bags! It is a "tote" which makes it wider and bigger than the regular square bags. The quality is good for the price and the graphics came out bright and clear. I will be reordering these as soon as we run out.

Sadly I had to have it delivered to an address in the US, which was a bit of a pain since I'm in Canada, but I managed.

AnyPromo was prompt and helpful! Two things that would have improved our experience: the ability to upload a graphic on the website and see a preview of the graphic on the product immediately, and a wider range of colors (we really wanted more of a crimson than plain red). We received the products when we needed them, and they were successful as marketing tools!

The products came out nicely and in a timely manner (I was not in a rush to get them, things might be different if I needed them quickly). Customer Service was a bit cold during the final approval correspondence.

Love this product for the price! Only improvement could be if it had a plastic bottom insert to help it hold it's shape. Bottom is 7-1/2" x 12" so we just put a piece of 8-1/2" x 11" card stock in each bag for a bottom.

I like that these bags are lightweight and the printing area is sufficient to accommodate my logo and imprinting. The artist rendering of my logo was wonderful and they are to be commended for turning a photograph into a graphic!

Design to Delivery everything was well coordinated. The only reason I gave four is being in CA the delivery was bit late. Other than that I would recommend AnyPromo to one and all.

The only complaint I have is that when I placed my order, until I hit "submit", I thought I would receive the product sooner than I did. It was still within my needed time frame, but for a moment, the two week delay felt a bit like a bait and switch. Still happy with the results and the product, but it might be something to think about moving forward.

Very happy with the quick turnaround time and the final product. Our logo looks crisp & stands out using a white imprint on a navy sleeve. A few sleeves have a slightly crooked imprint, but all are acceptable and the majority are great.

Great product. I have ordered from AnyPromo a couple other times and the shipping was outrageous. Somehow, the shipping was about 84% cheaper than the last two times I ordered, which was wonderful. Took a long time for the art work to get finalized and had to go back and forth several times to get it right. Also, the printing on the koozie is not aligned well on many of them.

Happy that they arrived in a timely manner but the ink they used were b the screen was very thin causing the black koozie to bleed through the logo. We ordered magenta on Black and the units came out looking like a dark purple over black. Something to keep in mind when ordering these the ink is not as defined as the photos depict.

Overall experience was positive. I was disappointed that AnyPromo's printer could not guarantee no fill in with the fine details of the artwork to be printed on the Koozies. We chose to print them in-house and had AnyPromo send us the blanks instead. Customer service regarding this issue was good with constant communication and we received our blanks in time to complete the order in house.

The print was just as expected from the proof. Haven't passed them out yet, A little concerned that they may not be very durable. A little bit lighter weight than I hoped for. If it tears up after just one or two uses, then I will not buy again. If it holds up, then I will buy again!
