Natural 14 oz Satin Finish Ceramic Mug

These tumblers turned out AWESOME! Love the cup and our employees love the look! Our logo looks great against the white background and they were reasonably priced!

We just received our tumblers for the golf tournament and we love them! The colors are just what I wanted. We've ordered other items from your company and have been pleased, but these are my favorite!! Thanks so much!

These really stand out! And our vendors love them. We have these for another company and they hold up well and they withstand the dishwasher

Very Pleased. They look beautiful. Haven't used one yet but they look like they will do a great job.

Beautiful bright blue, so shiny it almost looks mirrored. We got the laser engrave logo and it really pops nicely!

Our service rep, Johana, was wonderful to work with. She followed up and kept us informed every step of the way. The ease of the website and the finished product were great too!

Easy navigation

This is the second time we have ordered these cups and we have been very pleased both times. Good quality for the price.

steven helped out alot

I have ordered a few times from AnyPromo and the products are always great. I worked with Roberto recently and he was so helpful and easy to work with!

Excellent! Our staff and PTSO families love the tumblers. A great incentive to our folks to join without breaking the bank! Riley Haynie was a pleasure to work with, and he and Albert made the process a breeze. Thank you!

Our staff and families love these tumblers! Thank you for great service, and an economical product we can offer to our PTSO members!

The product and service - excellent! Thank you for creating the perfect logo! So easy, super fast, and fantastic product! Will definitely order from y’all again!

the cups are very nice, I like the lids but the imprint area is way smaller than I expected, I also ordered bigger cups and if the imprint is the same size its going to look way too small. they should make the imprint area more relative to the size of the cup.

Alyssa Kleinpell was excellent to work with on our order. She was very professional, responsive, and followed through. We are very happy with our experience!

BRIANA WAS VERY A EASY TO WORK WITH VERY HELPFUL.

My customers love the product, but problem with the delivery. We had three broken lids from our last order. The tumblers that had broken lids we not in wrapped up fully.

Chat session was good and rush shipping is what made me use you.

Customer service rep was very helpful!

Taffy Smith was exceptionally patient and kind from the the beginning of the call all the way through finalizing the order. She is the reason I will recommend AnyPromo in the future! Thanks!

Love the travel mugs that were customized with our logo. For my first time ever doing this they turned out better than I expected

These laser engraved insulated tumblers completed our holiday gift package. Many Thanks AnyPromo, you've done it again!

Easy to find, design, and order!

A+

We pressed the budget and purchased this Tumbler! The quality is outstanding. Best Pricing on the internet! Use for hot or cold drinks stainless inside and out! Our logo done in black looks very classy

Haven’t given them out yet. The shipment was quick. Looks great. Hoping the printing stays on the tumbler. Would definitely order with anypromo again. Thank you

Best Promo company out here!

Fast and great service. Your people were easy to deal with.

great!

Great user experience

Great product. Brenda was super helpful every step of the way and we are extremely happy with the way our tumblers turned out.

Met expectations and well received. The color and logo reproduction was very clear and acceptable to all.

I am always pleased with the quality of merchandise and level of service from anypromos.com. For this reason, I return again and again to keep our branded items in stock.

These turned out perfect!

I ordered lightweight metal camping mugs for a January 14th bridal shower/party for my son & daughter-in-law. They live in Montana and the mugs seemed perfect for the "outdoorsy" vibe. Abel helped me put together my order and stayed with me during the design phase. The mugs arrived on time and are very attractive. Just what I wanted! Some pieces of the order had imperfections and Laura in Customer Service was quite impressive in her responsiveness to my concerns. Overall I am very pleased with my experience with AnyPromo.com. I would recommend them.

Got these for our wedding party breakfast on the morning of our wedding and they look adorable! Thank you!!

The logo looks great, its large and printed perfectly!

All Good

Our logo is nice and big looks real nice.

This was our 2nd tumbler - and this one is about 1/4th the price of our last one. We are very happy with the quality and the printing. The price was a steal - and it allows us to place more frequent orders. Well done, AnyPromo!

Very pleased with our order! Communication was great, shipping was fast, and the tumblers look great with a clearly printed logo.

These have been such a hit in the office!! love them!

Cups look GREAT!

The quality of the tumblers that I ordered is great and so is the style. I ordered these with our business logo on them in 3 different colors: Stainless Steel, Dark Blue and Black. They were on sale and the price was really good for the amount of cups and the logo. The customer service that I received was great as well and made my experience smooth and stress free.

Everything looked really good, ordering was easy, and the dleivery came ahead of time!

It is a really nice quality cup. The color is vibrant and its very dureable.

Such nice cups! Very fast shipping and amazing customer service to help me get the right design! We love the cups! Thank you for a great experience!

bought for an employee event. very pleased with quality

Quick and easy. I was wondering if the I would be able to see the proof before production started and the very next section gave me the answer I wanted.

We recently had branded cups made, and we couldn't be happier with the outcome! The quality turned out amazing, and the entire process was seamless from start to finish. A big shoutout to Mario, who went above and beyond to assist us. His communication was fantastic—clear, quick, and super helpful. Not only did the cups turn out perfect, but the turnaround time was incredibly fast. It’s rare to find a company that delivers both exceptional products and top-notch service, but they nailed it. Highly recommend working with them if you're looking for a reliable partner for your branding needs!

The whole process from searching for the items I needed, uploading my logo, the online proof, and consistent follow-up from Raquel was phenomenal! Production and shipping were super fast and the branded earplugs were perfect for what I needed. I will definitely order more promo items in the future from this company.

I would like to recognize Johana for her exceptional work in assisting with my orders. Throughout the process, she demonstrated strong attention to detail and effective communication, ensuring that all specifications were met and that the orders were processed smoothly. Johana was proactive in addressing any potential issues and provided timely updates, which made the experience seamless and efficient. Her commitment to ensuring the quality of the promotional materials, along with her dedication to meeting our timelines, was impressive. I appreciate her professionalism and would be happy to collaborate with her again on future projects. Thank you, Johana, for your outstanding support! :)

The staff was highly responsive. Johana was there every step of the way. The design and feedback, as well as the proofs and explanations, made the process very easy. The ordering was quick, as well as the turnaround time. I could not be happier. Will defiantly use them for my promotional items in the future!

The product arrived quickly and looked great. Raquel immediately followed up making sure everything went well and asked if there was anything she could do. Great customer service! I definitely recommend this company!

Karen was very helpful and responsive

Great company for promotional products or anything you may need to put your logo on. I’ve ordered promotional products with my business logo on it and everything came out perfect. They always let me approve the design before going to production which gives you a peace of mind. This will now be my go to company for my promotional products. Victoria was the rep who helped me and she has been responsive and helpful through the process.

Paola was great to work with! Will plan to do business with her again. Thanks to Walter for the design work. Everything was just what we were hoping for.

These turned out great! The navy almost a matte look to them and the white logo really stands out. These are perfect for employee appreciation gifts.

Mario was such a great help to me throughout the entire process. He ensured my order was accurate and complete with the best communication I have ever received from an online company. He’s a 5 star employee, for sure!

Most affordable, printed beautifully, and super quick turnaround/shipping. We will definitely be using them again.

These are great. The dark navy blue looks really good

I ordered tumblers as well as keychains from here for client gifts. The quality is amazing and I will be purchasing again.

Wonderful support and fast response time, Juanita was very responsive and helpful!

My orders not only came in faster than anticipated, the products turned out great and the customer service was wonderful.

Perfect! Thank you for the fast turn around and excellent product. The bags are well made and exactly as described. This is our third time ordering this bag. We will order again.

Great quality tote bag. Turned out well. Thanks for the quick turnaround time!

Great Job on our logo...

Calvin H. was great to work with from the beginning of my custom order, right up to the delivery day. He kept me updated, as this was sponsorship items for an extremely important event for our company. Although, it was a small order, Calvin H. made sure production and delivery met our required due date. Will be using them for other promo items.

Yessenia and Albert were helpful in making this process quick and painless! We had a few changes throughout the order process and they helped me with them. Additionally, they kept me updated on shipping info and got the product to me in time.

Oscar Zapeda was phenomenal to work with. He was most professional, provide answers to all it my questions, made appropriate suggestions and made my experience exceptional. Thank you so very much Oscar!!

This bag is durable and everyone wants one! It is a very well used and needed item for everyone these days.

The bags did not take long at all to come in. The bags are beautiful and the logo came out exactly as we wanted!!

I ordered a sample which, with the layout of the website, was mildly confusing. Cynthia ensured that my order was processed correctly, and that I was satisfied with the product. She even helped me place another order! I will definitely look to Anypromo for future needs!

Website was a little tricky. Took me 3 tries to put my order through. But, price is right.

Had a great experience - good value on the vinyl stadium-compliant tote bags. The process to submit artwork/approve/pay was relatively easy. Recommend reaching out to customer service prior to requesting a quote. We wound up saving a few bucks on shipping by purchasing a membership. Vanessa, our service rep, was very responsive and helpful through the process.

RECEIVED OUR MERCHANDISE AND THE FANS LOVED THE BAGS WE ORDERED. WE PLACE A 2ND ORDER AS WELL.

THANK YOU SO MUCH EVA ANDRADE. YOU GUYS WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND TO GET OUR BOOSTER CLUB OUR CLEAR STADIUM BAGS JUST IN TIME FOR OUR FIRST HOME GAME. THE BAGS ARE A BIG HIT AND WE ARE ORDERING OUR SECOND BATCH AS WE SPEAK. THANK YOU..

AnyPromo, Many thanks for a site that is easy to navigate with clear descriptions of affordable products. The Stadium compliant bags I ordered are Perfect! So little in life is, but these are!! They will be great give-aways at our family reunion and will have an "after-life" at many a sporting event where clear bags are required. Thank you, also, for the tracking e-mails and your follow-up interest. Thank you!

It was fine.

I've loved the website interface, very straightforward and easy to use. I'm excited to see how they turn out!

I haven't done this before so, it was pretty easy. The proof was very helpful and the product was as expected..

very easy

Fast and good quality products

Bags looked great! Easy to order, easy to make changes and after working with another company that didn't seem to care about my order and put me on a month wait list, just to put me on an additional month wait list--Anypromo was awesome!

Ordering was quick and easy.

This is our 3rd order with Anypromo and they exceed expectations every time. Great customer service and fast shipping every time!

We love these totes! Unique clear style, different swag giveaway, and useful for recipients for stadium events. We were happy with the quality of the vinyl.

this is awesome!

Enjoyed the quick and helpful feedback! :)

They worked out great. We have a clear bag policy for our warehouse and these fit the need perfectly. They are very sturdy and the blue makes it look like a nice bag.

This item was previously order the same bag and the employee think it is great it is used daily by all..

Great item and fast turn around. We are very pleased with this purchase. Will definitely be a return customer.

We were hesitant about the color combination because we were hoping for navy, purple, or orange straps. But our logo looks great with the black straps!

I appreciate the professional service of your company we found the artwork and design to be very well designed. The bags were very nice. They are a little smaller than expected but overall we are pleased! Thank you

They turned out great! The turnaround time was exceptional! We will be ordering from AnyPromo again in the near future.

Koozie is good. but the print area is smaller than expected

Overall, I was very satisfied with my order. Thank you. Love the imprinted logo Nothing liked least. antastic product! The laser engraving adds that one extra special touch!

It labored perfectly for which I desired. I was delightfully impressed. The quality of the finished product exceeded my expectations! Thank you. Printing looks very professional and works great!

What I liked most was that Rosy was able to help me design the ornament. Since I was having problems with the online design. She was able to design the ornament to exactly what I wanted.

This can be a great item and various from others that I've come across. Also they wound up being less costly. Top quality printing.

High quality. Feel and look great. We used these as holiday gifts and they were a hit.

The product had a fast turn-around and it was very affordable! Impressed with the quality and ideal customer service.

Love how big the imprint area is. I was 100% satisfied with the written text.

The service was great. Very effective. Thank you very much!

As ALWAYS on point!! Thank you for the quality products over the years and AMAZING customer service!!!!!!

Not the best quality. Received other 4oz cotton samples from other companies but this one arrived way thinner than expected and a lot of thread hanging off.

Overall, the experience was excellent. Communication via email was prompt. Product preview was a bit off setting, but when the product arrived, the logo print was a bit bigger than we saw it on the preview. Which is great! Greatly appreciated for their services.

Great response time

The printing was great along with the turnaround. The bag itself was a little thinned material than expected but will serve the purpose.

The ordering process was quick and very clear!

Very pleased with bags and perfect as giveaways for our Grand Opening

Mario was extremely helpful with my order - thank you!

Everything looks good. The canvas fabric was a little but lighter weight than I expected but it will work fine.

JOHANA did an amazing job. It was so easy to order from you all! Thank you!

We use them for our Move-in packages to new tenants, they are thinner than anticipated, but the handles are a lovely length.

Kudos to Carlos Marroquin and Denys for being so patient with me. Carlos deserves a promotion and a raise, he is a very professional and patient employee, Carlos went out of his way to find me the exact picture I wanted with high resolution to ensure a clear and professional picture. Thank you again for a wonderful experience. Maria Verna

Product arrived quickly and accurate. Ordering was easy and Roberto was a pleasure to work with! Thanks for such great service. We will defintely come back to Any Promo for our future needs!

I ordered canvas bags from Victoria Alanis and she was very courteous and prompt with her replies to my queries. She helped me get a better price on the product I wanted.

The print quality is really nice. I was hoping for a thicker material, it is quite thin and weak, but overall I am happy with the purchase for what we are using it for.

Very please with these tote bags and Anypromo. Bags are good quality, the graphics came out great and the turn around time was excellent

Website is easy to use and prices are good.

Website is easy to navigate.

Riley and the Graphics Department made the whole process very smooth. I've always been pleased with my AnyPromo products, and they are my "go to" company for any promotional items we need at Flying Fur!

The tote bag looks nice, but the handle is too long, I wish it was 5 inches shorter. Akira was very helpful in keeping me updated on the order status. Thanks!

Timely and courteous as usual. The white on the black back is solid, not thin like you get from other places.

great site. easy to use

Great bags! Great quality! Exactly what we were looking for. We received the order just in time and the customer service here is top notch.

We continue to order products from AnyPromo because the have the best variety for the best prices always. Meera made sure we were satisfied with our products and goes above and beyond to communicate with us over any concerns. Thanks AnyPromo! You have a customer for life from us!

Beautifully printed on a sturdy canvas bag - they even matched our custom brand color perfectly! Will be shopping with AnyPromo again.

At first I was disappointed that we didn’t have enough time for a 3-color print but it looks fabulous in one color (black). It’s a perfect bag for what we wanted. Perfect size and lightweight.

The bag is much thinner than I expected. But they did a great job with the logo and the color is vibrant.

It's cotton, and is in good shape when it arrives. A little smaller and thinner than I thought it would be, but it wasn't a deal-breaker. The customer service people have been very responsive if I've had questions.

These were fantastic and worked great as Welcome Bags for the wedding I planned this past weekend! AnyPromo was a great help in designing and getting these shipped out right away!

The bags look nice but the fabric is very thin. I guess that is to be expected for the price. Overall, satisfied.

The price was affordable for what we needed and the bright royal blue was great! This was so much better than using plastic bags, especially since they are reusable.

We always enjoy our promo totes from AnyPromo and the customers love them!

These are not canvas, they are a very thin fabric, very cheap. .....

Turned out great! The bag was medium quality but the logo really did make it overall a lot better.

Bag is well constructed, but narrow

The material was to weak or flimsy. But the artwork and the service ANYPROMO has provided has been exceptional!!!

Great Prices, quick shipping, great customer service!

Our bags came in quickly and they look great! We can't wait to fill them for guests to enjoy during our wedding weekend!

The artwork and the screen printing are superb. Great job, AnyPromo. However, that is what bumps this up from 2 stars to 3. "Cotton Canvas" is a term of art, and a certain weight and density is inherent in the term. These bags are cotton, and woven, but they are not canvas. The fabric is so thin, that holding the double-layer of a bag up to the light, you can see right through it. Only order this bag if it is not intended to carry any weight. Once again, great artwork and screen printing, but the description of this bag should be "Lightweight Cotton...Tote"

Looks great! Turned out perfectly.

material is very thin. bags don't seem durable at all.

These bags are thin, but incredibly sturdy. We have ordered large quantities of this product several times. We distribute them free as a library bag. They hold tons of books. We ordered three samples, at first, and because of how thin they seem, I was skeptical if they could hold what we need them to hold. I handed each bag to a different librarian with the instructions to "kill it!" Our staff is very creative! Imagine a librarian putting her foot in the bag and pulling the handles up as hard as she could (she is very tall and strong), because that actually happened! Another librarian put 5 or 6 hardback books in his sample test bag and swung them until he acheived centrifical force! The third bag was filled with as many hardback books as it could hold (about 8-10) and left hanging in the breakroom for a week. None of the bags suffered any damage! We've distributed hundreds of them, and never once heard of one breaking or ripping. Bonus points: they tie-dye like a boss!

The pop of color on the straps is eye catching.

Johana was excellent and helped me from start to end. She constantly communicated with me to ensure everything came out exactly how I wanted it.

Johnny was incredibly helpful today! Even with me forgetting about our web chat twice, he followed through and was able to help me with my rush order & get it completed! Thanks Johnny! Outstanding job!

I am more than pleased with the assistance Taffy Smith gave me when I called to confirm the process for completing my order correctly! I am not technically savvy and she able to clarify all for me!! Thank You Taffy!

Fabiola Zamora did a great job

Very pleased with the process and product. These will help take our Kegger to the next level! Event is/was on June 16th, 2023. For pix go to kcalfm.com!!

These are great for coffee and pint glasses. Something different from the normal koozie!

Exactly what I ordered and expected. They look great. Thank you

I love how these turned out! The print looks great and I think they'll be a big hit at the home show.

The solo cup koozies were delivered quickly and quality of material and print were both high! They are going to be perfect company swag!

I will definitely comeback to AnyPromo for our next promotional give away. Thanks again! this product is very nice. It was more solidly built than I thought it would be.

High quality, great benefits, excellent imprint and color - all printed nicely and straight. the product was secondary to the service from Alicia. She was the reason I continued to talk to Your company. She was very helpful in getting what i wanted.

It is exactly what we were looking for - no issues at all! Our order was delivered in no time. When we had to re-order it was so simple and quick. Thanks for the great customer service AnyPromo.

Gabby Martinez gave great customer service. Turn around time was fantastic! I would definitely use this company again. Thank you!

The order arrived very quickly. The bags are very nice quality and the screen printing is exactly as ordered. They look great!

My sales associate Fabiola Zamora went above and beyond to help me source the items I needed. Super fast serice and so pleasant.

It's a nice bag, durable and sturdy! I've been buying the medium jute tote, and wanted to see if the large jute tote will work for our needs, as well. Love it! Haven't used it to cart anything heavy, but it seems very sturdy and strong :)

This was my first time working with anypromo.com and I couldn't be more pleased. I was on a tight deadline and Cynthia and Dante both personally help to ensure my products would be produced correctly and arrive on time. Working with anypromo is a nice change from what many companies have become. When you call anypromo, you actually speak to a real person who speaks understandable English, and you do not have to go through a bunch of auto-attendant systems to get to that person. Then for followup, each team member has a real desk phone number and an email in which you may contact them directly. It gets so old with many companies when you call only to find yourself in the queue of the next 'agent' and then to have to tell your story again and again every time you need to call. Not so with anypromo, I was able to remain in constant communication with Cynthia and Dante the entire time. I'll definitely call on anypromo again for our promotional product needs!

These bags are well constructed and turned out very nice. Moreover though, the service I received from Cynthia and Dante was incredible. I was on a short timeline, and these two personally helped get my order into production asap and were most helpful! Working with Anypromo.com was a nice relief from what we've come to expect from many businesses. They have a phone number where you can actually speak to a real person, who speaks understandable English, without jumping through a bunch of auto-attendant systems. If you need to call back your rep, they each have their own desk number, and if they're not in, someone else can either take a message or help you themselves. I now have my 'go to' company for promotional items. Thanks again!

the opportunity to see before you buy, to place a logo on an item and instantly see how it will look right from your browser A great tool for team workshops ! Thank you AnyPromo.

They were an enormous hit inside my event! We purchased these bags and had them customized with our "logo" for employee appreciation gifts.

I've them delivered to our clients, they're happy and loved them. tetsu was great to work with. He was right there for every question that I had either by email or phone.

Loved having the top to add a line. I called with several questions and every one was answered fully and professionally.

Overall it turned out great! I wanted a different color but the black did the job as well. Good quality item. I also liked the simplicity of the product.

We'll do this again and again. Precisely what I needed.

Graphics look wonderful. They are a good idea for busy work stations. the style is perfect.

It appears very nice and extremely functional. Great giveaway.

zdrn

Great Customer Service from Riley and a big thank-you to Albert for the graphics!

The kids loved the color changing straws. Was a hit at all of the events. Not sure if i will re-order but they were a hit with the kids.

Great job!

Quick and easy! Can’t wait to see my proof!

Cynthia was awesome. Thank you

ease of use!!!

This straw is maybe a step up from a disposable straw, not what I was hoping for as far as how many times it can be used. I wouldn’t recommend this particular product, but as always the ordering process was easy and product was delivered on time. With the big push for reusable straws to help the environment, I was hoping for a lot better.

Shopping experience was quick and convenient. I hope the rest of the process is as easy!

The straw itself was very much what we hoped for, but our logo was small and not very eye catching. Our order window was tight or I might have had the designer try to stretch the logo if we had more time.

The lettering was more grey than black like the pictures, but the color changing works great. I would recommend.

Wasn't a fan because it was not a "reusable heavy-duty plastic straw," as they claimed. I was able to chew and bend the straw very easily. Would probably use it 2-3 times before throwing out. The laser engraving ink also came out as a metallic gold instead of black from the virtual proof. The color changing aspect however was a neat detail.

TERRIBLE! I am SO disappointed in the product and the false advertising. They are described as heavy-duty REUSABLE straws, so I expected them to live up to that standard. They are NOT the plastic reusable straws you would expect. These are standard one-use straws, a waste to our environment.

This item was really liked by our passersby, but we found that it took "ice" or iced water to change the color, simply cold water didn't do the trick. Ones hand also changes it back instantly.

Thank you; I love my purchase and the communications to ensure it was correct were great!

They are great! exactly what we wanted and shipped on time!
