Robert was so far above and beyond what I would expect via a company representative from a company I've never purchased from before! I called the general company number because I received a second notice for an order I had already (I thought) approved. He verified I needed to approve still and said he would let Briana know about my call. He then called me back and said he checked the system and it didn't appear I'd approved still--he waited for me to re-access the link and told me where I needed to click to add my initials. He's a godsend for taking such personal care to check the system and personally call me to ensure my order was being processed! I mean--who even cares enough to do that! I would have been very messed up at work if Robert weren't as attentive and thorough in ensuring my order completion. He gets 1M stars from me!

Thank you I received my red journals today and they are good quality. My only issue is that my message isn't centered and that the metallic gold doesn't show up on the red as well as it did on the proof. But I would order this item again. Print was too small and I needed to add the address and phone number but since it was my first time out, I blew it. Learned a lot from this experience.

I ordered 500 customized sticky books, and the first set arrived in terrible condition - all scratched up, as if they’d been in the bottom of someone’s purse for a year! I thought I was stuck because our event was just a few days away by the time the items arrived. Fortunately, Fabiola Zamora was able to get her warehouse to reproduce and sent a new, undamaged set to me within 48 hours, free of additional charge. It was great customer service and I was really grateful to her!! She definitely made me willing to order from this company again, despite the poor first impression of their products!
