So I was probably the MOST annoying customer! I had images that needed to be adjusted then right before production I noticed a mistake on our end and had to resend! Mind you we were on a deadline! I changed the shipping location b/c of timing then had to change it back! Through all of this Abel was beyond helpful and supportive! Even the last minute need to change the shipping address he made happen! The product arrived to the right location and the quality is GREAT!!! So I guess I was expecting my logo to be larger on the pad, but I am happy with them. When I selected this particular note pad, I don’t think I had the options of designs and lines of the samples, but for the price I’m good with them.

Basic box cutters hard to go wrong. They are sharp and open and close as they should. No complaints.

The overall quality seems a bit cheaper than I am used to from another vendor. The print area looks significantly smaller than approved as well.

Not a fancy pen, but it does write very nicely. I was surprised by the quality for the price. The print job also impressed me because our logo is somewhat intricate, and all of the tiny details were crisp. When I need to reorder pens, I will definitely get these again!

Pleased with speed of processing and shipment. Quality of pen was OK. I have used this style pen from other companies and thought I was getting the same pen. You can obviously see the seam in the plastic and on most of them my logo is printed right on the seam. I will order elsewhere or a different style pen next time.

The pen quality is good... not great and the print job was kind of ok, not so clear to read my Century 21 logo. For the price paid I got my money's worth but feel this could have had a better job. I would probable rate 3 stars but price was really good.

Great value for the money. Pens write smooth and ink flows immediately on the first use. My 3rd order of this style pen. Silver color combined with the sleek shape does makes the pen appear feminine. When I selected blue with black trim and white with blue trim the pen did not have a feminine appearance. Very versatile and color choices change up the appearance. Wish you had a grab bag selection of mixed color combos.

But these are well made, the ink is wonderful and smooth, and I have clients who routinely call me and ask me to send them more pens. From a marketing standpoint, this is fantastic. The pen works fine. We also like that it has a finer tip. The whole reason we ordered it is the auto retract when clipped onto the pocket, kind of like a new age pocket protector.

Due to some in house mixup my pens were shipped late. I received a notice of the arrival date which was well after the event. You were able to reverse the shipping and the product arrived at 8 am the morning of my event. Thank you for taking responsibility to correct the error. The pens were a hit!

This pen is not gray. It is more like an ugly brown. Not happy. I love the style of the pen but this color needs to go.

The pens look and feel very nice and the extra little velvety tear off sleeve makes them individually special and good looking. There was great customer service especially when it came to getting our graphic design just like we wanted it.
