Just what I expected and able to get it FAST with customized printing. Will the print last "forever" on this item? Probably not. But an affordable give-away that I needed within a week. Worked perfect for my needs.

This is a little different letter opener than what I had ordered from a company about 10 years ago. I think the opener is fine and my logo looks great.
FYI, My opener from years ago was red but had a white insert for your logo.
I think it made my logo pop out more.
