Getting pricing and a digital proof was very quick and easy. The customer service is terrific. That being said, I wish I had requested a physical proof instead of a digital one but I was under a deadline that would not allow this. I would pick a bolder or heavier font if I had to do this over again. My finished rulers look nice, but on some of the thinner font the print is not clean/crisp. Overall, I am happy with my finished product - it is exactly what I ordered and will work perfectly for the craft project it was intended for.
