Creating the proof was super simple, and it was ready to review within the expected timeline. Challenges with Hurricane Beryl in Houston left me without a way to check on the proofs once they were ready, but Victoria reached out via email and even gave me a call to make sure that I saw the proofs before the order expired. She was able to place my order on hold until I could approve for production, which was a HUGE help! The products arrived looking exactly as I had hoped and on the date that I expected them.
