She answered any questions in a timely manner, sent me the workup of the artwork to be placed on my article and worked with me until I was completely satisfied with it and also kept me up-to-date with information when I could expect the order since the article was on back order. She contacted me as soon as she knew the article was in stock and then also contacted me with shipment information. I received my order in plenty of time and it was even better than I expected.
