Customer service rep killed it!
Not only are the towels great, we had a mix up on the shipping side and the towels weren’t going to make it for our event. Our customer service rep had them print a second set of towels and shipped them straight to the location… could not be more happy with the level of service she provided.

Love the cooling towels
I like the fact that they are light weight. Some reviews have stated they thought quality of the towel was not optimal, but I would think a heavy terrycloth type of towel would be 'not cooling' & not easy to put around ones neck, etc.....thus we are very pleased with the type of material and product overall.

They were fine. The quality looked a little lower than I was expecting but all in all they will work for what we need them for. Thanks Anypromo for helping us out with replacing this lost order!
