I've ordered many of items from AnyPromo and have had all good experiences, however one of the products came in with some defects and I needed to get it replaced. I worked with Juanita Zamora and she was exceptional in assisting with this. The items were replaced and look great and I didn't have any problems with the returns/replacements. Great customer service is hard to find these days, but AnyPromo and Juanita Zamora still have it. - Lynda Karez C.

AnyPromo was lovely to work with to create branded stadium bags for an upcoming college tailgate. Jeannette helped me understand the product and make sure our artwork was displayed exactly as we had in mind. We received or bags ahead of schedule and can't wait to share them at our event! Thank you!
- Emily A.Raquel Sosa offered superb customer service. She made sure to keep me updated through the entire process, from order received, in production, shipped, to delivered. I received delivery notification from her, and she even followed up the next day to ensure everything was up to par and provided resources in the event something went awry so that I could be one step ahead.
- Sam DeWitt A.Once again, our order was perfect, and Rebeca was super helpful answering our questions and keeping us up to date on our order. The bags we ordered were as we expected. Thank you for all of your help!

- Ben Greenzweig A.I think the golfers at my tournament are going to love these ponchos that they can clip onto their golf bags!
- Nancy C.Very cute give away and people liked it. It's a little larger than I thought it would be but still small enough to clip on a bag or purse when going to an event with rain in the forecast. It is about the size of a Christmas ornament.

- Shahidah Mustafa M.My experience ordering these umbrellas from the first chat I had with customer service to the day I received my beautiful umbrellas was Amazing. The quick response with my proof, the updates of where my order was in the order process and the quick delivery time was far more than expected. I came here in panic after another company had issues with my logo and never notified me that they were not working on my order until the day of expected delivery that I called in and requested an update because my order was still in "production". AnyPromo far exceeded my expectations and I will be using them again, the price is great and the quality even better. Thank you for saving my company the headache of not having a gift for our employees as we do every year.
- Elizabeth L.I really like them. I think they turned out great with my logo design. Amazing quality products. Etching was spot on, included all the detail of distress on my logo. Very impressed.

- Luke A.the service was fast and complete. Everyone likes this. the product was just what we had in mind.
- George A.The umbrella was great, but I do not suggest doing a rush order on the printing. The printing appeared to not have time to dry and transferred to other parts of the umbrella. The company was great in processing a return and helping us get replacements.
- Piper G.All of the detail within our logo design arrived perfectly!! Love this product! Great value, lots of bang for the buck. Durable, useful, enjoyable.
- Cameron A.this is a great product!! I have purchased it in the past and I always have co-workers ask me to get them one as well. Practical and useful freebie. The color looked great with our logo.

Customer Service was phenomenal. I had a dedicated rep Mario Martinez sending emails every step of the way. Even when I thought I had lost my package - he was still helping me. We got a 30 oz tumbler that has a handle on the lid and a straw. Will be reaching out to order more. Thank you Mario!
- Katherine A.The items I ordered were good quality. I also had a wonderful customer Service Rep. Victoria Alanis, that stayed on top of things.
- V. Black A.Received "can do" service from Jeannette and the Art Department for getting my order placed and ready for production. The cord keepers were imprinted and then delivered on time for my exhibit! Thank you team!!
- Laura Rydberg A.Jeannette was a pleasure to work with, she was able to edit our design with ease to ensure the best looking print on our tumblers we purchased!
- Shelby A.I originally ordered 1000 potholders and 1000 wooden spoons, but after our art was flagged as potentially not being printed correctly on the spoons I decided to go with another 1000 potholders. I was worried they would not arrive in time for our event, but our rep Johana came through big! She changed our order and expedited our potholders into production so they would arrive on time. I have nothing but good things to say about my experience and will use Anypromo in the future, thank you!!
- Stefan A.Working with Mike Duenas helped us get our corporate order to us on time - thanks!
- Hector A.The items arrived exactly as I envisioned them. Eva Andrade helped make sure the process went smooth and that I got my items in time being it was a short turn around so I really appreciated that.
- Emily Poulson A.This was my first time ordering from AnyPromo. After an initial mix up, I have to say I was so very impressed with the customer service we received and in working with our rep Johana. She truly made me feel like she was hand delivering my messages and order changes, all to make it right. Our brand looks amazing and the items were all delivered on time. I like the frequent buyer program and also sample previewing options. The online proofing system and checkpoint are also spot on. Thank you (Johana) for a job well done, we will be back.
- Morgan A.Roberto did a great job fulfilling the order correctly and quickly!

Beautifully made. Logo came out clear! High quality material. I’ve ordered different things from this site , over 7 in the last couple years and each time it’s awesome customer service thank you!
- Sadia S.Nice quality and the logo looks great that you put on it. Our coaches will love this gift. Thank you
- Janet S.Great product. Working with anypromo.com made it easy to get what I wanted. They were quick and very professional.
- Lyn T.Product turned out great! We will certainly use AnyPromo again in the future for our promotional needs.
- Tom A.Great weight, nice width and color. The only negative is the painted wood handle. Many of them have little ships in the paint. They would have looked even better with just a natural wood handle!
- Colin B.They are exactly what we expected and quick turn around. Thank you very much! We purchased these for elementary school pick up line.
- Christi S.beautiful, great quality, arrived right on time even though we ordered a little late! lots of compliments. Will definitely use AnyPromo again!
- Kristin B.Was an easy purchase on line and we got what we expected
- Henry Funeral Home H.The umbrella was a great price and nice quality. It went through production quickly and shipped quickly to make my deadline. The logo design looks great! Customer service was friendly and helpful. I'm very happy with this purchase.
- Kirstin W.These umbrellas are huge and of good quality, and the design turned out exactly as I expected! Perfect!
- Dawn S.These were fantastic. The printing and overall look was great (did red and black). The quality was better than expected and the price was nearly half of what I've found elsewhere. In fact, we loved it so much, we ordered a second batch before the first was totally gone!
- Heidi W.We love this product. It's a well made, big umbrella. We gave it as Christmas presents for our staff. Then everybody wanted one, so we turned it into a fundraiser. Quick order turn around is a plus.
- Chandler L.Very good quality for the price and popular with everyone so far. Customer service gets high marks and production was a breeze. The metal ring that some have flagged is really pointless as it doesn't hold the ends of each spine (which aren't long enough to reach the ring) when closed and the top of the ring is fairly sharp, but that's the only drawback I've found. I'm already considering a reorder.
- Steve O.These are HUGE! The value is great. My only somewhat negative comment is that there is a weird ring that I think is supposed to hold the points of the umbrella when it is in the closed position. The edge of this ring is very sharp and really the ring seems unnecessary. Minor issue though and has nothing to do with AnyPromo (as it is a manufacturing flaw). Turn around time is amazing, quality and customer service was too.
- Charity J.Great item for our employees. The artwork was perfect!
- JENNY V.I am very disappointed in these umbrellas. The painted handles are chipped and the metal ring right above the handle is rusted on a majority of the umbrellas.
- Christine D.these are nice, but the white is not exactly white. would have been a 5 star rating if the white was brighter
- monica W.very professional
- no name please G.Absolutely love the umbrellas! Great quality and a great promo item. I really like that you can add multiple images onto the umbrella!
- Ron L.The umbrellas were a good quality for the price.
- First Covenant Churc M.Even after I purchased the items, I received emails from the sales rep asking if I received the invoice or talking about "when you pay" when I already had. Seems like your systems are slow in reporting purchase info and that was the only frustrating thing when I was ordering.
- Jacque D.Exactly what we needed for our campus tours.
- Kay E.Everyone loves these but only when its raining
- Cindy M.Looks awkward, metal point is too long. Some do not open smoothly. I will not order these again, have to look for a better quality umbrella next time.
