Juanita Zamora, My company placed an extremely large order through Juanita and the whole entire customer experience was amazing thanks to her. She was extremely responsive and always kept me "in the loop". I will be purchasing other things through Juanita in the future. She gave truly the best service. ~Jen Potter

Very nice, compact umbrellas and the logo looks great on them! These will be very handy without taking up a bunch of space!

I needed some custom umbrellas in a hurry and AnyPromo came through! Briana made sure I got what I wanted and in the quickest way possible! I am thrilled with the product!

Good Experience so far

I wish you guys took electronic checks

Easy!

Never had any complication with placing the order. Everything went smoothly. thank You so very much!

The color turned out to be great. The greatest advantage is that the order was processed rapidly after I provided the logo design. We like the ultimate product! Product was perfect! Great customer service too!

Great item and useful. Cheap but practical giveaway item. Serves its purpose. The items within the pouch arrived a number of colors that the students loved. Good quality at good price.

Beautifully made. Logo came out clear! High quality material. I’ve ordered different things from this site , over 7 in the last couple years and each time it’s awesome customer service thank you!

Nice quality and the logo looks great that you put on it. Our coaches will love this gift. Thank you

Great product. Working with anypromo.com made it easy to get what I wanted. They were quick and very professional.

Product turned out great! We will certainly use AnyPromo again in the future for our promotional needs.

Great weight, nice width and color. The only negative is the painted wood handle. Many of them have little ships in the paint. They would have looked even better with just a natural wood handle!

They are exactly what we expected and quick turn around. Thank you very much! We purchased these for elementary school pick up line.

beautiful, great quality, arrived right on time even though we ordered a little late! lots of compliments. Will definitely use AnyPromo again!

Was an easy purchase on line and we got what we expected

The umbrella was a great price and nice quality. It went through production quickly and shipped quickly to make my deadline. The logo design looks great! Customer service was friendly and helpful. I'm very happy with this purchase.

These umbrellas are huge and of good quality, and the design turned out exactly as I expected! Perfect!

These were fantastic. The printing and overall look was great (did red and black). The quality was better than expected and the price was nearly half of what I've found elsewhere. In fact, we loved it so much, we ordered a second batch before the first was totally gone!

We love this product. It's a well made, big umbrella. We gave it as Christmas presents for our staff. Then everybody wanted one, so we turned it into a fundraiser. Quick order turn around is a plus.

Very good quality for the price and popular with everyone so far. Customer service gets high marks and production was a breeze. The metal ring that some have flagged is really pointless as it doesn't hold the ends of each spine (which aren't long enough to reach the ring) when closed and the top of the ring is fairly sharp, but that's the only drawback I've found. I'm already considering a reorder.

These are HUGE! The value is great. My only somewhat negative comment is that there is a weird ring that I think is supposed to hold the points of the umbrella when it is in the closed position. The edge of this ring is very sharp and really the ring seems unnecessary. Minor issue though and has nothing to do with AnyPromo (as it is a manufacturing flaw). Turn around time is amazing, quality and customer service was too.

Great item for our employees. The artwork was perfect!

I am very disappointed in these umbrellas. The painted handles are chipped and the metal ring right above the handle is rusted on a majority of the umbrellas.

these are nice, but the white is not exactly white. would have been a 5 star rating if the white was brighter

very professional

Absolutely love the umbrellas! Great quality and a great promo item. I really like that you can add multiple images onto the umbrella!

The umbrellas were a good quality for the price.

Even after I purchased the items, I received emails from the sales rep asking if I received the invoice or talking about "when you pay" when I already had. Seems like your systems are slow in reporting purchase info and that was the only frustrating thing when I was ordering.

Exactly what we needed for our campus tours.

Everyone loves these but only when its raining

Looks awkward, metal point is too long. Some do not open smoothly. I will not order these again, have to look for a better quality umbrella next time.

Wonderful assistance throughout!

Perfect, Thank you! :) These will be a big hit at our company golf outing! Can't wait to see the rest of out order!!

Fast and professional and very helpful! Jose was a huge help to me and made my purchases stress free!!

We are a religious entity and a exempt tax number was provided. However the taxes have not be credited back. We usually do not provide need to provide a tax exempt Certificate. The order was shipped to Muhammad's Mosque.

My experience ordering these umbrellas from the first chat I had with customer service to the day I received my beautiful umbrellas was Amazing. The quick response with my proof, the updates of where my order was in the order process and the quick delivery time was far more than expected. I came here in panic after another company had issues with my logo and never notified me that they were not working on my order until the day of expected delivery that I called in and requested an update because my order was still in "production". AnyPromo far exceeded my expectations and I will be using them again, the price is great and the quality even better. Thank you for saving my company the headache of not having a gift for our employees as we do every year.

I really like them. I think they turned out great with my logo design. Amazing quality products. Etching was spot on, included all the detail of distress on my logo. Very impressed.

Everyone likes it. It was proved to be very popular. Thank you! I purchased this light as a gift for my clients. I have received great feedback from everyone who has received one. Everybody loves it! The color is superb.

the service was fast and complete. Everyone likes this. the product was just what we had in mind.

The umbrella was great, but I do not suggest doing a rush order on the printing. The printing appeared to not have time to dry and transferred to other parts of the umbrella. The company was great in processing a return and helping us get replacements.

All of the detail within our logo design arrived perfectly!! Love this product! Great value, lots of bang for the buck. Durable, useful, enjoyable.

this is a great product!! I have purchased it in the past and I always have co-workers ask me to get them one as well. Practical and useful freebie. The color looked great with our logo.
