RainShield Poncho with Mesh Pouch

Karen Guardado was so helpful with my questions about my design. She made sure everything was ordered the correct way to ensure my order was perfect, and it was!

Received order quickly and great service from Eva Andrade!

We love our poncho ball key chains. They are the perfect promo item along with our cooling towels from AnyPromo, for our tailgate trade show. Thank you to Leslie our Account Manager for all you do! YOU ROCK!

The product is great. You have all been really good. Great item, the look and color was spectacular.

What I like most about the product was the quality and the graphic design.

Rose was a huge help with getting the layout and colors done. Her help was instantaneous. Nice quality, great imprinting.

Its compact and solid color design is attractive. This highlighted our company's logo, which was printed quite satisfactorily. We are amazed with the great service provided!

Very good quality and exactly what we asked for. I would recommend them to everyone looking for an inexpensive gift for clients or potential clients. Very fast service.

All of them came out wonderfullly. We loved the merchandise and loved the customer service we received.

Excellent! Quick delivery. We were amazed by the quality of this product. Great price for this product.

Appreciate your prompt follow up and great prices! I like the product and the service.

Customer service was very good and super accomedating with my event date. Can't wait to pass these away!

Alot better than I thought! Good Quality....a lot better than I'd anticipated for any promotional item.

Very Pleased with the umbrellas, the logo came out perfectly.

Customer Service was phenomenal. I had a dedicated rep Mario Martinez sending emails every step of the way. Even when I thought I had lost my package - he was still helping me. We got a 30 oz tumbler that has a handle on the lid and a straw. Will be reaching out to order more. Thank you Mario!

The items I ordered were good quality. I also had a wonderful customer Service Rep. Victoria Alanis, that stayed on top of things.

Received "can do" service from Jeannette and the Art Department for getting my order placed and ready for production. The cord keepers were imprinted and then delivered on time for my exhibit! Thank you team!!

Jeannette was a pleasure to work with, she was able to edit our design with ease to ensure the best looking print on our tumblers we purchased!

I originally ordered 1000 potholders and 1000 wooden spoons, but after our art was flagged as potentially not being printed correctly on the spoons I decided to go with another 1000 potholders. I was worried they would not arrive in time for our event, but our rep Johana came through big! She changed our order and expedited our potholders into production so they would arrive on time. I have nothing but good things to say about my experience and will use Anypromo in the future, thank you!!

Working with Mike Duenas helped us get our corporate order to us on time - thanks!

The items arrived exactly as I envisioned them. Eva Andrade helped make sure the process went smooth and that I got my items in time being it was a short turn around so I really appreciated that.

This was my first time ordering from AnyPromo. After an initial mix up, I have to say I was so very impressed with the customer service we received and in working with our rep Johana. She truly made me feel like she was hand delivering my messages and order changes, all to make it right. Our brand looks amazing and the items were all delivered on time. I like the frequent buyer program and also sample previewing options. The online proofing system and checkpoint are also spot on. Thank you (Johana) for a job well done, we will be back.

Roberto did a great job fulfilling the order correctly and quickly!

Jazmin is terrific. Very outgoing and friendly. Very eager to help. That is exactly what you want in a customer service person. You should more people like her. :) Binyamin Haims\ Supreme Lighting Design, LLC

Mario is a great promotional product specialist. He made an extra effort to make sure our large order was exactly what we were looking for and the turn-around time from ordering to delivery was very fast!

Beautifully made. Logo came out clear! High quality material. I’ve ordered different things from this site , over 7 in the last couple years and each time it’s awesome customer service thank you!

Nice quality and the logo looks great that you put on it. Our coaches will love this gift. Thank you

Great product. Working with anypromo.com made it easy to get what I wanted. They were quick and very professional.

Product turned out great! We will certainly use AnyPromo again in the future for our promotional needs.

Great weight, nice width and color. The only negative is the painted wood handle. Many of them have little ships in the paint. They would have looked even better with just a natural wood handle!

They are exactly what we expected and quick turn around. Thank you very much! We purchased these for elementary school pick up line.

beautiful, great quality, arrived right on time even though we ordered a little late! lots of compliments. Will definitely use AnyPromo again!

Was an easy purchase on line and we got what we expected

The umbrella was a great price and nice quality. It went through production quickly and shipped quickly to make my deadline. The logo design looks great! Customer service was friendly and helpful. I'm very happy with this purchase.

These umbrellas are huge and of good quality, and the design turned out exactly as I expected! Perfect!

These were fantastic. The printing and overall look was great (did red and black). The quality was better than expected and the price was nearly half of what I've found elsewhere. In fact, we loved it so much, we ordered a second batch before the first was totally gone!

We love this product. It's a well made, big umbrella. We gave it as Christmas presents for our staff. Then everybody wanted one, so we turned it into a fundraiser. Quick order turn around is a plus.

Very good quality for the price and popular with everyone so far. Customer service gets high marks and production was a breeze. The metal ring that some have flagged is really pointless as it doesn't hold the ends of each spine (which aren't long enough to reach the ring) when closed and the top of the ring is fairly sharp, but that's the only drawback I've found. I'm already considering a reorder.

These are HUGE! The value is great. My only somewhat negative comment is that there is a weird ring that I think is supposed to hold the points of the umbrella when it is in the closed position. The edge of this ring is very sharp and really the ring seems unnecessary. Minor issue though and has nothing to do with AnyPromo (as it is a manufacturing flaw). Turn around time is amazing, quality and customer service was too.

Great item for our employees. The artwork was perfect!

I am very disappointed in these umbrellas. The painted handles are chipped and the metal ring right above the handle is rusted on a majority of the umbrellas.

these are nice, but the white is not exactly white. would have been a 5 star rating if the white was brighter

very professional

Absolutely love the umbrellas! Great quality and a great promo item. I really like that you can add multiple images onto the umbrella!

The umbrellas were a good quality for the price.

Even after I purchased the items, I received emails from the sales rep asking if I received the invoice or talking about "when you pay" when I already had. Seems like your systems are slow in reporting purchase info and that was the only frustrating thing when I was ordering.

Exactly what we needed for our campus tours.

Everyone loves these but only when its raining

Looks awkward, metal point is too long. Some do not open smoothly. I will not order these again, have to look for a better quality umbrella next time.

The umbrellas are of very nice quality. The handle feels soft, and the umbrellas easily open with the press of a button. Mike patiently worked with me as I made adjustments to our logo. We are excited to hand these out as promotional items.

Everything went well. I was able to see the proof before any payment was deducted. My items came on time and were well-packed. I had no issues that required customer assistance. The items looked just as the proof had.

Johana was a great help with our order! They came quickly and though we had a small issue with original emails going to our spam email folder, Johana was able to help us put our order back on track! We will be using AnyPromo again.

Decent fabric and quality for the price. Button push to open.

Great quality, extremely fast production and shipping, couldn't be happier, Lorraine was amazing to work with!

Came out fantastic!!! Production and shipping was so quick and Lorraine was amazing to work with! :)

Karen was very helpful in finding the promo items we needed for our clients' trade show. When one was out of stock she provide 3 options immediately and helped us choose a replacement. Thanks Karen!

These are amazing....great quality umbrella ...exceeded expectation and super fast delivery time!! Thank you AnyPromo!!!

Thank you to Roberto for making the ordering process simple and quick. I'll definitely work with him again for all future orders!

This is the second time I have used AnyPromo.com, and they are exceptional. The customer service is great, especially from Yareli Campuzano. She made the process extremely easy, even in my reorder. The prices are great, the printing is professional, and the products are high quality. I honestly don't know why I'd ever need to use my local printer again.
