These cold/hot packs are great! We've purchased several versions of the beaded cold/hot packs (they're great in their own way) but these gel packs just feel nicer. Instructions are printed very clearly. Our logo looks great printed on the fabric. I guess the only complaint I can...View More

- Tina K.This was my first time working with anypromo.com and I couldn't be more pleased. I was on a tight deadline and Cynthia and Dante both personally help to ensure my products would be produced correctly and arrive on time. Working with anypromo is a nice change from what many companies have become. When you call anypromo, you actually speak to a real person who speaks understandable English, and you do not have to go through a bunch of auto-attendant systems to get to that person. Then for followup, each team member has a real desk phone number and an email in which you may contact them directly. It gets so old with many companies when you call only to find yourself in the queue of the next 'agent' and then to have to tell your story again and again every time you need to call. Not so with anypromo, I was able to remain in constant communication with Cynthia and Dante the entire time. I'll definitely call on anypromo again for our promotional product needs!
- eric R.These bags are well constructed and turned out very nice. Moreover though, the service I received from Cynthia and Dante was incredible. I was on a short timeline, and these two personally helped get my order into production asap and were most helpful! Working with Anypromo.com was a nice relief from what we've come to expect from many businesses. They have a phone number where you can actually speak to a real person, who speaks understandable English, without jumping through a bunch of auto-attendant systems. If you need to call back your rep, they each have their own desk number, and if they're not in, someone else can either take a message or help you themselves. I now have my 'go to' company for promotional items. Thanks again!
- Eric R.the opportunity to see before you buy, to place a logo on an item and instantly see how it will look right from your browser A great tool for team workshops ! Thank you AnyPromo.

- Saskia Magner M.I am happy almost all where good but 4 bags were smired with white paint on the back and 1 have black ink on part of the white logo we managed to fixed them this time.
- Patricia J.good quality bags, fast professional service..
- robert scanlon S.I didn't realize the hand sanitizer was clear and the white logo, so it's very hard to see. It would have been nice for someone to maybe mention it to me that it won't show up so I'd recommend advising customers of this so they are aware and can choose something different if they want. I somehow thought I was doing full color of my logo, not white. The product itself is great, but it is just hard to see my logo, which is the sole reason for purchasing this product is to brand myself with my customers.

- Cathy Stillerman S.I purchased some tote bags with our company and department logo on the side - they came out perfect! These are going to be a great gift to the employees as a "thank you". Riley Haynie was my rep and he was helpful and speedy in assistance! The graphics department did an amazing job with the logo printing - I'm so thrilled and will be ordering from anypromo.com again!

- Susan Haindfield H.About two weeks ago, i ordered insulated bags with an imprint for hotel guests coming to a weekend family affair. I realized i was short some hospitality bags and reached out to my customer service rep, Brenda Cortus. I was delighted with both the service and the product. She quickly found my bag, and the original graphics, gave me a quote and it was handled that day. I received the bags 4 days later. I am thrilled with this company and its people - everyone i talked with from Anthony in graphics to Brenda in customer service and everyone else in between.
- Elisa L.This is the third time I've ordered from AnyPromo. I've been happy with all my purchases and this one is no exception.
