I wonder if it would make sense to have told me you would do that? I could have then predicted the bank's action.

The finish is not as matte as I expected. They don't have a matte finish, just no finish at all. I wish that would have been better described in the product description or title.

They need to improve customer service communications systems so that there is consistency in handling problems. Some staff hard a hard time answering technical questions. Pleased with the Tritan Flair Bottle. Good quality. Only thing I didn't like was that our logo which was printed on the bottle, was in a different spot on each water bottle. So depending on the tread of the lid, some bottles had an upside down logo when drinking, while others were right side up.
