My experience ordering these umbrellas from the first chat I had with customer service to the day I received my beautiful umbrellas was Amazing. The quick response with my proof, the updates of where my order was in the order process and the quick delivery time was far more than expected. I came here in panic after another company had issues with my logo and never notified me that they were not working on my order until the day of expected delivery that I called in and requested an update because my order was still in "production".
