Gabby did an excellent job helping me when some of our umbrellas came damaged. She was very quick with her responses and once I sent her the info and pictures she was able to refund us for the 3 damaged pieces.

Really simple process from beginning to end! The graphic came out just as I imagined. I was contacted by a rep throughout the process never wondering about my order, which was much appreciated.

Very cute give away and people liked it. It's a little larger than I thought it would be but still small enough to clip on a bag or purse when going to an event with rain in the forecast. It is about the size of a Christmas ornament.
