the product was more than I expected and the customer service was outstanding. Our logo was added with no problems and the items were delivered with time to spare. I got the bag as a gift and it was just what I wanted--simple and well-designed.

The imprint area available was nice. We are not only happy with the way they look but they also work very well. this is the second year we've purchased these for all our employees, we all LOVE THEM!
