We were very pleased with the customer service and the ease with ordering. Also, we received the pens in a timely fashion and they were exactly what we ordered. Love the pens. Thank you for helping to make my job easier.

This is the second time that we have used AnyPromo.com and we are very glad to recommend this company. Everything from the response time of the service representatives, to the shipping time, quality of the product and price of the product is beyond great.

the sample we received looked sturdy and the actual product with our logo better. For people looking for a cost-effective choice...this one will work great! the prices reasonable, shipping received within days, representatives very professional. I have recommended AnyPromo to family, friends, and coworkers that has seen your product and was impressed. My boss was very impressed with the quality and also the promptness involved with taking care of our order.

Just precisely what we purchased. the product exceeded my expectations in terms of quality.

the service at AnyPromo was phenomenally good. Printed very nice and the color selection was made properly. I appreciate the customer service rep's suggestion. I appreciate all the assistance and timeliness in delivery as well.

Purchased one, our logo surely stands out! Arrive in good condition.

Great product. Clients loved it. Our audience were raving about them. They're useful, eye catching, and get our website name out there to many people.

People just carry it everywhere! And the AnyPromo experience has my two thumbs up! I had these customized for my wedding a month ago, and everybody loved the special attention to details, especially since the imprint came in color.

The Pens turned out great. Sturdy, comfortable and smooth to write with. Highly recommend especially for the price.

These pens look nice and worked perfectly for an affordable handout at our upcoming Earth Day event. The online ordering, approval and tracking process were super easy. AnyPromo staff were friendly and easy to work with. Thank you!

I absolutely love the product. From ordering, shipping and receiving, very professionally delivered. I would recommend your company to anyone that might be interested in ordering any like products from you. Thank you

Thank you! The customer service and timely manner in which I received the pens was great.

The product worked well and the imprinted logo looked great.

This is a great pen, for a wonderful price. I was amazed with the quality of the imprinted logo.

We loved the how well the logo turned out and the quality of the pen.

It's a very attractive pen.

Love the design, quality and look. Really appreciate all the help from my rep Mauricio Martinez to get the re-order processed. There was a couple questions on this order and he cleared it up right away. Typically re-ordering is super simple. I love how the artwork and order is saved just a push of a button and re-stocking is checked off my list. Thanks!

We reached out to obtain pens for an event we were having in just a few weeks and Eva Andrade was very quick to help us find what we needed and get them to us in time. We are very happy with them! Top notch service!

They were in contact each step of the order and the pens are perfect! Super, Super fast production time.

The pens are fantastic! And Lorraine was so helpful with the ordering and proof process I will definitely use AnyPromo for my next order.

Better than I expected. Pens can be fickle and these do not disappoint. Write well, fits nicely in the hand, quality construction… very happy with this purchase!

These pens are wonderful, but the printing isn't always done so well. It can take 2-3 tries to get it right. This time at least, they got it right on the first try. Be very careful with the proofs -- out of our last four orders, the art department has made two mistakes.

Love these pens! They are a great value for our tradeshows, and the customers love them. This is my third order!

Another great experience with Rosa Martin and the team at AnyPromo. Quality product and service all around!

Great customer service! Quick response, easy to order and pricing was excellent. Will make a great addition to our trade shows.

Very easy shopping experience. Confident that the product will be done very well.

We needed pens for a tradeshow, and the Javelin "hit the mark". Economic and writes fantastically. We love them!

Excellent!!!!

:)

Easy process and good pricing.

Great price. Hope it's worth the product.

The pens look great and meet my expectations. I will come back to order again in the future. Keep up the good work!

I had these pens before from another vendor, and found them on anypromo.com. They are a quality pen, and the review/notification process and speed of delivery with anypromo.com exceeded my expectations.

Thank you for getting these to me quickly and having the correct item I ordered! AnyPromo has made it easy to get what I need when I need it!

Pens are what I expected - imprint is great - it is a large amount of text plus logo and it all got onto the pen barrel legibly... Thanks

Pens are just fine - I had a lot of text to be imprinted and you guys did a great job. This wasn't my first order with AnyPromo and I'm sure I'll be purchasing again

Good quality for a good price. The ordering process was easy and the product was delivered quickly..

They look really nice, we are happy with our purchase. We may think to get something else in the future. Also, all AnyPromo's representative i talked to were really helpful, nice and patient. Thanks!

Customer service was excellent. Pen logo is too small. Not good for advertising. Writes well. But logo phone number and website don't show well. I am sad my old pen was discontinued and I was forced to change to a new pen

Great pricing, fast shipping and top-notch customer service! Eva Andrade helped make sure my logo printed just right on my pens and they arrived quickly. They write beautifully and I am very pleased with the purchase. I look forward to creating more promotional items with AnyPromo in the future!

Then Pens turned out awesome! Thank you for all your hard work. These are exactly what we needed.

This website has some of the best prices that I have found available for promo items. The order process is easy, and their customer service checks in with updates on your order throughout the process; Rosa Martin did an great job making sure we were clued in and satisfied with the progress. Also, the products we have received from them have been very good, we are thoroughly impressed with how everything we have ordered has turned out. Thank you, AnyPromo!

Logo was printed correctly and on brand the quality of product and surprisingly quick feedback/communication is unmatchable in my years of dealing with school orders! thanks to Rosa for making my ordering process as smooth as possible.

The ordering process was extremely easy and there were no issues with the communication or shipping. Will order again.

I think they write great for such a inexpensive cost! This was ok... And the members of the group liked it.

Great quality, with a perfect print just like i wanted!

Pens are exactly what I expected! The maroon pen with the silver writing is lovely! Just what we wanted.

Thank you Eva! Awesome communication and quick turn around time, Eva was excellent and sent me updates every step of the way. Will be returning to Anypromo.com for future orders.

This is our 4th time reordering these pens. They write great and the stylus is a bonus! Riley H. was very helpful too!

Just as described , long-lasting, utilitarian, basic, and the same as our previous order- quick and consistent!

Nice website; easy to navigate

these are the best pens ever, I thing our clients come to meetings just to steal the pens! the prince and the way they write are always a crowd pleaser!

there is really nothing ab out this product that we just don't like. this pen really helps us to maintain the environmental image of our company.

I am a new business owner and I have purchased all my give-aways with AnyPromo. The quality of the merchandise is very good and the shopping experience has been great. They can expect more of my business in the future.

AnyPromo.com shaves 60% off the traditional order process. Product is of great quality and will work very well for our conference.

My company is now on it's third or fourth order of these. They are REALLY nice products for a decent price!

this product is heavy duty and made of really good quality. The print job was fabulous. I was very impressed with how legible the printing was, very professional job! Quality and purpose.

Excellent quality overall. The product was well received. Everybody wanted them. We all like the products! It was better than I expected! The entire staff at Nitro High loved them.

Good quality at a low price compared to other companies Very attractive and simple to use. This is just what we needed. It's well priced, not too expensive. Great service.

Wished that they were less if one ordered more. Love the color. Everybody that has seen them really loves them.

Love how I was treated and taking care of. Thanks very much. It has an easy grip and the colors available are quirky and fun. The design itself is quite cute.

I will order the product again. We'll certainly be using Anypromo with our next order! I was very happy with this product and will be ordering one more!

We go to AnyPromo for all our promotional needs. Fast and efficient and affordable. Great gift for the clients.

Rosy was awesome thanks for all your help!! this was a good promotional item for our event.

Seem like quality product. The cost is extremely affordable. It is exactly what I was looking for.

I love the bag size and quality. The products are always of good quality.

My sales rep made everything so simple and I received my order very quickly. This is among the best products we have purchased.

Eva Andrade was awesome! She answered every question, helped put in my order and then helped with the payment process which can be difficult for me. I received emails along every step of the process. Great experience and superb customer service. They are now my go to promotion company.

Leslie E. was a tremendous help to me throughout the whole process. We received our products well ahead of schedule and could not be more pleased with the out come.

good

Our organization was happy with this particular item. Can't say anything bad about it thats for sure. Price was good also. Great value

Everyone loved this item - great job with the logo. I got a lot of compliments.

Paola was so great to work with! She had helped me the previous year, so reordering was a breeze. The product design by Jose was exactly what we were looking for, and our promotional pens are always a must-have item when we have guests and visitors in our football office!

Victoria did a great job getting our order processed quickly and efficiently.

Excellent service, friendly, affordable, and received quickly!

this is our second time order, our team love this pen, bright color, good quality. fast production good item and good service!

Nice color and printing at a very low price. Small surface means it won't fit some logos because the text will be too small, but that's probably an issue with any pen.

Adorable and great give-a-ways...we liked the fun colors that we could choose from. Our item looked great! this pen does write very well and we enjoy the color very much. This item turned out to be great. They look and feel great. All of our customer really enjoy them.

The imprint was done beautifully. We were very happy with the results.

Pens work out wonderful as give-a-ways at our campus and they look great!

Everyone loves these pens, the way they fit and write are perfect. And, for the price, it can not be beat!

This is an attractive, affordable personalized pen that feels good to write with. Very pleased!

Worked out well, thanks for the verfy quick turnaround

This is a wonderful pen and writes very well. Most important is the price! I highly recommend this pen for business owners.

These are great pens. Sit well in the hand and are of good quality.

It's a very attractive and functional premium gift. I knew these were going to be great, everyone likes them. High quality! Looks great with our logo.

It is an extremely popular "give-away" item. Excellent cost, printed just as we specified and the order shipped very rapidly. Love the way this item looks!

They showed up just as I'd wished after I initially purchased them. Affordable and top quality for that cost! The printing was very clear. Happy with the quality and also the timelyness.

Great to work with. I needed a bunch of samples to see before picking for conferences in 2026 and they were very helpful in getting me samples to see.

My local bank uses these pens and I asked them where they were ordered from because I love how easy they are to write with! Once I discovered how to purchase them I placed an order with my business logo and they turned out great! The design team was very patient with me as I had several questions and so I highly recommend them to anyone looking for promotional products!

TAFFY SMITH WAS AWESOME ..... BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE .... GREAT PERSONALITY AND EASY TO WORK WITH

Product writes very smooth. The craftsmanship was great. We ordered the green one, the color is very bright and just we expected.

these were great giveaways. They looked nice and stuck well! Our customers tell us they would make an excellent gift for Christmas.

Kudos on a great job by Harim Gonzalez. He was professional and extremely kind. Great experience with your company. Great customer service......

Eva was so helpful with my project! I really had a specific need and she was fast and responsive. This has helped my business look great and hit my deadline. This has taken a huge burden off my shoulders.

Customer service was excellent and very patient with order process. Provided me other options to better help me. Only thing that needs improvement is having Ink color options on the specifications

Rosa was the best, she guided me through the entire process and made followup calls until the order was shipped. You can't find that kind of service any more. Excellent price, excellent quality and excellent service...you can't ask for more than that!!

It's a very nice-looking and feeling pen. It has a better feel than our last pens and a better-quality feel. We will see how they hold up. The came quickly as well.

We had a great experience ordering our promo items from Laura! Great communication and fast shipping! Thank you!

I wanted to change an order and Karen went above and beyond to assist. In little to no time, I had a new order placed without any hassles. It's people like this that keep me believing in great customer service. :)

The emerald green is beautiful and makes a white logo really shine. These are very attractive pens, with a nice, smooth ink flow.

It was what I expected but I wish I chose the white for the writing on the pen and not black (really my fault), white would have made it pop more. The service was great and ordering was very easy.

Easy to order ..

Very happy with the Javelin Stylus Pen. Nice color and the graphics were exactly as I asked for them. Customer Service was Excellent!

Taffy Smith was extremely helpful and professional. Being in Customer Service myself, I appreciate her friendly attitude and knowledge of the products. She made it so easy

I’ve ordered many items and have always been pleased however I was disappointed in the masks in my last order but Briana was very helpful in keeping me a happy customer! I will be back!

Decent pen for promotional give away items. Stylus rips after a bit of use but the pen works ok. Not flashy but ok

Exceptional customer service! We ordered pens for our company and after we received them we realized our website was misspelled. I reached out to customer service and they reprinted them for me at no additional charge. Thank you to Eva Andrade and the other team members who helped correct this issue with ease. We will definitely use AnyPromo again in the future!

Quick response to questions.

Thank you Rosa, the order is perfect. You had fast and easy ordering and great communication with me during the whole order.

Fabiola provided great customer service and answered all of the questions I had regarding sample items and the shipping costs associated with them. She was great over the phone and responded quickly to emails.

For the price point, you would have a hard time finding a better pen. Yes, it's cheap, plastic and not the studiest but it has a great metallic sheen giving it an appearance like a metal pen. Also has a functional stylus, makes a great give away for the hospitality industry.

Easy to shop and customize

NEED TO SEE THE RESULT...

Very nice pens. They were received on time as promised. These pens are awesome to write with and you can’t beat the price and quality.

easy to use website!!

Riley Haynie and The Graphics Department provided excellent customer service and product. Thank you!!! I will definitely order from AnyPromo again!

Service and selection of items is truly 5 stars. Rarely an issue and when there has been, it is resolved immediately to our complete satisfaction.

Ana has been working with me every step of the way to make sure all of the promo items not only look perfect, but arrive in time for our conference. Thanks again Ana!

The pens are perfect and we are very happy with the product. We will definitely purchase more in the future!

Everything has been pretty easy with step by step instructions.

Expected the blue metallic ink to show up better like it does on our other promo items. Disappointed and will change to regular ink next time for this item.

Disappointed that the online chat is not active. Also sent an email, with no response. Hopefully the order will be completed ontime

shipping is too high

Very uncomplicated process.

This was the first time using and I had a great experience. Riley Haynie - Customer Service Representative did an amazing job and was there every step of the way. He continued to communicate and follow through at each stage of the ordering/tracking/delivery process. I could not have asked for a better representative. Your team is fantastic! Thank you! Matthew B. Software Consultant Resaleworld.com

Good quality at a low cost. Printing looks great on it. The pen is a touch smaller, so it's good for small hands.

Love the pens and my patients love them too. Durable and dependable. Great service and fast delivery, good pricing.

Brianna was the bedt🤗. She followed up. Detail oriented and very kind.

Great site - easy to use.

Our client's LOVE these pens. After hours of searching for the lowest price point for Javelin Stylus pens, AnyPromo was hands down the cheapest. If you haven't used a Javelin Stylus pen, you dont know what you're missing. The logo came out great. I ordered the black pens and had our logo printed in gold. Looks great, but i just wish the "gold" actually looked more gold and less of a rusty orange. However, I knew before I placed the order that a more genuine gold was not available, and the proofs were an accurate representation of the final product.

No nonsense shopping. I like that!

Easy to order and upload documents, fast page loading and checkout.

Customer service was very easy to work with and very patient with all changes I made with pen inscription.

The pens are better than I expected, and I can't believe the price - thanks so much for your help and great service!

We are repeat customers of AnyPromo and this stylus pen - sleek looking, comfortable to use, the ink cartridge is top notch - no skipping or ink globs. We'll be back!!

Great as always!

Good service, only issue was they were out of the color for the imprint on my order, had to change to different color. Quality pens, fast service.

Love the pens! Our logo looks great and the pens write beautifully! I would highly recommend this product.

It's a re-order for us. Perfect give-away for trade shows, sales calls, and the staff loves them! Nice looking and a great smooth writing cartridge

This is my favorite pen. HUB was giving these away at an ASI or NBM Show a couple years ago and I loved it so much that we have steered all of our customers to the 331 Javalina ever since. We typically buy from HUB and this is our first experience with AnyPromo.

LOVE THE PENS

Products are great!

Many possitive comments about this product. I was very impressed with this product and they were a hit with our clients!

LaTrina was one of the nicest and sweetest customer care representatives I have ever spoken to. She was extremely professional, had great follow-up and was determined to help us find a product that suited our needs. She was willing to find out the answer to any question, even if she didn't know and always went the extra mile. She was fantastic!

Perfect!!! This is a great product. We would def order again for Anypromo. This was the first time.

Great looking and great writing pen. Highly recommend.

These are great pens. The logo looks great and these make a great giveaway item at trade shows.
