The products are great! But one of my items was shipped late and it arrived two days after my event.

I love the pens. The colors are great.

Mario was super great at helping me. He made suggestions and definitely helped me complete the order that was a last minute need for my place of business. Everything we received was wonderful and top tier! Appreciate all that Mario did for me. 10/10 Recommend!

The order process was simple, and I really appreciated them sending a mockup of the items for approval prior to fulfilling the order. Shipping was also really quick.

Easy process.

The pens came out great. We order the bule pens w/black lettering. It works great!!

Very nice products to choose from online.

Ordering process was easy and Madelin helped me select quality products within my busget and provided excellent customer service. Definitely recommend!!!

All was good

These pens turned out really well. They feel like a nice quality and I feel they will represent my brand well at a trade show.

We received great quality pens for a good price. Ordering online was a breeze and applying our tax exemption afterward was seamless, since this was our first order. Johana kept us updated throughout the process.

This was our first experience with Any Promo, so we were a bit nervous, but Eva Andrade and her team exceeded my expectations. The design we wanted to print was challenging. We had approved the artwork, knowing the type would print smaller than usual. We knew we were taking a bit of a risk but approved the artwork. Her team checked in with us after we gave the approval. They answered a few questions, and we came to a better version. We were incredibly impressed by the thoughtfulness and fantastic customer service this company has shown. The pens came out beautiful and are of great quality. All around, this was an excellent experience. Thank you! - Marketing & Design Team

Good

The pens turned out great! The process blue is striking! I will buy again. Highly recommend these pens. Came quickly too.

Eva Andrade kept me up to date on all phases of my order. She was very personable and efficient. Thank you.

on february 27 i ordered 500 pens i had some issues with my order, but at after all they call me and resolve all whats happens and fix everything very professional

Top notch customer service from Victoria A and Gabby S! My initial order had a mild imprint issue that had my logo slightly crooked on all of my pens. Submitted a request for review and I within about a week, a full set of corrected replacements showed up. Great experience and pens seem of good quality too.

I love the pens I ordered from AnyPromo!! DJ Coleman was absolutely wonderful to work with and quick to respond to my questions! Thank you so much for everything, DJ!!!

Exactly as my proof showed. Very pleased with the completed product. Colors are spot on and perfect.

Victoria was awesome with our order of printed pens. She had great communication and was quick to help us with a design. I will be ordering with her again!

The ink kept running out. Some of these pens lasted a week and then stopped writing. Others lasted a long time. It could be that they were old.

Alexias Barajas, is a wonderful representative to work with. She provided excellent communication on my order from start to finish. Even with several requests to edit the way the name on our pens was displayed, Alexias made placing this order an enjoyable experience. I look forward to ordering additional journals and pens In the near future.

These pens where so very well made. Love the way they write too, so smooth. The process is very easy to order too.

I didn't realize the hand sanitizer was clear and the white logo, so it's very hard to see. It would have been nice for someone to maybe mention it to me that it won't show up so I'd recommend advising customers of this so they are aware and can choose something different if they want. I somehow thought I was doing full color of my logo, not white. The product itself is great, but it is just hard to see my logo, which is the sole reason for purchasing this product is to brand myself with my customers.

I have been very happy with their service and product

Cynthia was amazing and sent me sample pens. Very kind and quick responses.

Really nice pen. This gives our organization a great reflection! We will definitely use this company again for our promotional products.

Thank you Riley, Abel and Pedro for a great job. I love my pens and will reorder again.

So far, so good. Order just placed.

I love my new pens! look very expensive and they were not! Order was shipped timely and I was notified each step of the way. thank you

Eva Andrade helped me so much throughout my design process. The customer service is unmatched! And I love my product on top of that! Thank you, Eva!

Very good so far

Eva is the best!!! She responded to my request right away and shipped my order earlier. She saved me! I would definitely order more because of her!! Thanks a million Eva!

Easy to do online order

Huge selection, Good Prices, and easy to use ordering software. Received order in timely manner and I love my pens!!

very easy to work with. everyone who works at this busines is great with detail, and if something is not working will call your attention to it.

They look great and write great will probably buy more in other colors, just bought one color this time to make sure they were good.

anypro worked with me to get the printing just right. it came out great, and I appreciated their attention to detail.

You people always want comments!!!! Stop!!!! It's anoying!!!

My overall experience was the best! Your customer service is EXCELLENT!!! They were very courteous, patient and professional. It’s not very often that you get to experience this. The pens were a hit, everyone loved them and the quality is exceptional. Thank you so much for your great work, especially Dante.

The pens more than met my expectations. The pens arrived ahead of schedule leaving a lt of worry behind. Will definately re-order as well as look at other items. Best of all prices were reasonable.

We have ordered our business pens from them already in the past and we had to restock. The process is always easy and simple, the shipping is very fast. Eva Andrade always checks up to make sure the order was made to your liking. And the pricing I don't feel you can beat. Great experience, they have earned our business for years to come!

We had a great experience with AnyPromo.com. Our pen order came in within a couple of weeks and the finished product looks great! I also appreciate the customer service touch; Dante Jackson reached out afterward to ensure we were happy with our order. It was nice to receive an email from an actual person instead of an automated check-in. We will definitely use AnyPromo.com again!

Looking forward to handing out my pens to clients. Pens are great to give because everyone needs one. Thanks for your help Eva Andrade!

I would highly reccommend this company. I ordered 500 logo pens, and their website was clear, and easy to navigate. They sent regular updates, not junk mail, and were responsive when I had questions. Eva Andrade was my super helpful service rep. The pens turned out great, would order from here again!

They look better than the picture. Printing looks great. Pens are very comfortable to hold. Great item for the price.

Great products, affordable prices! Got some pens and Akira was amazing to work with. She kept reaching out to ensure I was happy with my proofs/order. The artists were very helpful as well. One call took care of the job! Will be using again as long as the outcomes are like this!

Brenda, my customer service rep, was very helpful! Promo items came in on time, as promised... and the items look great.

I continue to purchase these pens over and over for my clients! People expect branded pens to be cheap, poorly made, with poor ink quality. But these are well made, the ink is wonderful and smooth, and I have clients who routinely call me and ask me to send them more pens. From a marketing standpoint, this is fantastic. I'm associated with quality, with usefulness, and genuine support, and because they are using my branded product, I'm always top of mind.

The pens turned out absolutely AMAZING! Everyone LOVES these pens and our logo we uploaded is crystal clear and looks perfect! They sent us proofs of all items we ordered and helped us with the design on one. GREAT QUALITY AND SERVICE! I would 100% recommend AnyPromo to everyone!

Karen worked with us to make sure we love the printed logo on these pens; they are a customer favorite!

Very happy with the BIC Intensity Clic Gel Pen. It writes smoothly and feels great! I also like the variety of colors and the option of black or blue ink. You can't go wrong with ordering this pen!

Mario has been wonderful through the whole process

Any Promo has been great to work with! They were so helpful & patient in helping us design the right product for our marketing. Karen Guardado was fantastic! We will be ordering again.

Process was easy and product came in on time! Thanks!

The process was easy and the communication was great. The logo on the pens doesn't look as great as we hoped it would, but it is decent. The pens are great pens though!

Cart process is confusing Representative that assisted me was 5 star!!

Quick turnaround time and good quality products!

Helpful with options.

Logo looks fantastic!

Pen writes excellent, thick grip and quality gel ink. The logo was printed nicely.

Writes great, was delivered super fast and great service. The white plastic isn't as shiny/pearly colored as I hoped, but it's still great.

Just what I wanted. Everything is wonderful . Excellent no issues. Purple with neon green lettering.

They are perfect and exactly what I wanted! The pen writes great and the logo matches perfectly! Thank you so much!

My all time favorite pen! Customers ask me to bring them these pens, because they love them, too! I will order again!

These pens are exactly what I was looking for. They glide nicely and the imprint is printed very well.

I've looked at several, and yours is the most easy website on which to order these items, and provides print options several other sites I visited do not.

Just wanted to drop a note to thank you for the great product and quality work. The only thing better was the great customer service. I am new to this so getting the artwork set right was somewhat of a challenge to me. Eva B. was amazing to work with and helped me through the entire process. She contacted me when the item shipped and even after the product was delivered, she followed up to make sure we were happy with the results. Will definitely purchase here again and will try to get Eva to assist me again. Thank you, Jeff H

The customer service you receive at AnyPromo is Excellent. Even though my excellent Account Manager, Leslie Estrada is no longer with the AnyPromo Team, John Pierazek and the new Customer Care Rep, Vanessa Avila have been a pleasure to work with. Thank you for always meeting our deadlines.

They are a little pricey but a very nice pen. We have had several employees say that the pen has exploded on them though.

These pens are expensive, but they are excellent for writing, and their presentation is supremely attractive. They are a huge upgrade to my brand!

These pens write nice and are a very popular item. We order them in black and blue ink. We love them. Thank you.

These are nice pens to have at any trade show/conference. They write nice and are inexpensive. Thank you to Leslie for finding them and the speedy turnaround time.

This order was placed because our staff fell in love with these pens when we previously ordered them for an event. We all use them exclusively now. They are in every hand at our staff meetings. I don’t want to be dramatic but we are obsessed with these pens and will order and use them until the end of time. Nothing but compliments from all who are given one.

We bought these to give out to doctors and they are loving them! They are a great product and will be ordered again.

We are very pleased to get these in and our clients will love them, The ink is beautiful and smooth.

LOVE THESE!!! Our whole staff loves them and everyone we gave them to at a recent conference was raving about them. They have become daily writers for all of us. Couldn't say better things about the cost, speed, and quality.

WE LOVE THEM AND WILL BE ORDERING MORE IN THE FUTURE, WE GIVE THESE TO ALL OF OUR CLIENTS AND THEY HAVE TOLD US THAT THESE HAVE BEEN THE BEST PENS THEY HAVE EVER RECEIVED,

Pens are lovely, they look amazing and we can't wait to send these to our clients. They will love them,.

The pen works fine. We also like that it has a finer tip. The whole reason we ordered it is the auto retract when clipped onto the pocket, kind of like a new age pocket protector.

I love these pens! AnyPromo is very helpful and they print beautifully. I will definitely be using them in the future for my swag pen purchases.

Awesome pens!

Everyone loves these pens, but they run out of ink super quickly.

Our favorite Pens!

These pens are great. I've reordered them three times.

Pens write great.

The writing on the pen is a bit small. The point does not come out as far as I would like it when you are writing with it.

No matter the color, this pen is so elegant. Nice weight and the laser cut looks so good!

It was great, as always.

Oscar & Javier are so helpful! I''ve worked with Oscar a couple of times now & it''s always a great experience. Our items look great & usually arrive earlier than expected.

The site was easy to use and find everything I wanted. Customer service was amazing when I had a question. They quickly explained the process and helped answer my questions.

These are an easy winner. They are high quality. Great colors.

Always easy to order and always good quality items.

Better quality than expected!

Sales rep name Paola was outstanding and always keeping me informed with my order status. I was not happy with the outcome of my order font size and logo on the pens. Seems to be smaller than previous describe. Thank you,

Items turned out how I expected them to and Gabby Martinez was super helpful and patient with me throughout the process.

Any Promo is a world class company for all your "swag" needs. The level of engagement far surpassed my expectations. The quality of the products is top notch. I would like to send a special note of thanks to our resolutions specialist, Jazmin for working with us on a major project and quickly fixing minor issues that came up along the way. We highly recommend Any Promo and will use them going forward.

We have been ordering these pens for years. Hands down the best for writing and overall quality. Fun colors, but overall, they are useful and do not smudge when writing. I grab one of these over any of my other pen. The printing quality also comes out great!

Favorite swag pens ever! I have ordered these multiple times and for multiple organizations. The hybrid ink is quicker to dry (has less smearing) and the body of the pen feels like a G2.

I have been ordering these pens for quite a while, they are the absolute best and a favorite of everyone we give them to. They write nicely, do not smudge, and look and feel great! Get giveaways.

These are our go to pens, great quality for writing, does not smear and everyone loves them as a giveaway! Can't go wrong with these pens for the price. The print is crisp for our logo and url. I have ordered multiple times and never had any problems with them. The blue is our favorite color.

I really like how the pens writes, the printing on the pen could of been bigger or at least wider, it for sure does not look like there Ad Print

Ever since one of our employees brought back this pen from some promo thingy they have become our go to pens. They write amazing, look great and are a great price.

Site is easy to use

Excellent service, delivery and products! Thank you!!

I received my items from Any Promo so quickly and love them! My customer service representative (Mario) was top notch. He was attentive and followed through with each step of my order, through delivery. My satisfaction was top priority for him. He was excellent.

This is the second time ordering this pen. I'm obsessed with how smooth it writes and I love how our brand looks!

LOVE THEM

Great pens with nice, smooth ink. They are not expensive but they feel like a good quality pen. Clients like them.

This is not my first time ordering with your company. I love that you have shipping estimate in the beginning and that you can ask for quote prior to ordering. Your turnaround time is the fastest!

They look great and write oh so smoothly! xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx

Had some pens made with our company logo and they turned out great! My customer service rep. Roberto did a great job assuring that our artwork would fit on the available print space and still be legible.

I was worried that our logo wouldn't be large enough or our phone numbers legible on our pens. But it turned out great and looks so professional!

We loved our first order so much we ordered the same thing again!! Thanks for another great experience!!

Good service, speedy delivery. Would recommend!

These make great gifts as well as a lot of my customers are happy with these. They write very smooth and i would probably order these again!

Love Love these pens! They write amazing and last forever. Briana was amazing to work with. Will order many more from AnyPromo.com

I love the pens. They are the most fluid, easy writing pens I've ever used...which is why I purchased them. I do wish the logo was larger and easier to read, but the pens are great!

easy

Best writing pen EVER and the price is unbeatable. My customers LOVE them. However, the 100 character minimum for review is discouraging.

Everyone loves them! People beg for these pens! They write beautifully! Color matches my company’s color perfectly.

The product was great. Eva Andrade was awesome to work with. She made sure that we were fully satisfied with the product we ordered.I would recommend this product to anyone who is looking for some really good pens.

The reorder feature was great and saved me time-The only feedback I have is that I wish they would not come with the plastic tip cover. It is time consuming to remove and place out for customers use.

Would order from them again."........""............................ .................................

We had a great experience! Our items were just what we expected and the whole process was seamless. Thank you Riley!

Easy to order, nice experience!

lovin it

Thank you Vanessa for great customer service. I appreciate we were able to get everything situated quickly over email. The pens were ordered are perfect, I love the colors and the printing is excellent. When we run low we will be ordering again!

Love these pens, and so does the public! We always have people asking us for one or a couple for their personal use.

Website and order form is user friendly

Look GREAT and write even better. My customers LOVE these pens and usually come back to grab more...

Marci had been super helpful. I wanted a price quote, was able to chat with her online and than off line. She made is simple and straight forward

I like that there is customer service assistance available, but when navigating through the website, once a customer clicks on a link for topic clarification or to see a sample, (which is nice to have), going back to the original order page is challenging as that page kept "disappearing" and I had to start the entire order process over 3 x before it finally took.

Quick setup and payment experience.

These pens are the best!! I specifically ordered them because I’d received some as a freebie at a convention. They write so smoothly. And the logo I requested turned out perfect! Great customer service and communication, too.
