Mini Sharp Mark® Permanent Markers With Key Ring Cap

Great experience with this product. My rep Eva Andrade made sure that I was confident in the proof, and followed up as soon as the item was delivered to make sure everything met my expectations.

We received these sharpies as a giveaway for a trade show we will be attending in May. The product is good, our logo clear and legible. The words do not scratch off easy. The tip of the marker is rounded and not as sharp as the typical sharpie but it is still easy to write with. The staff were very helpful with answering any questions we had (which were a lot). The only hiccup we had was when we finally were ready to place the order. I had been told a different price for shipping, only to find out we were going to be charged more. The manager quickly resolved this issue for us. Then there was an issue when we were trying to approve our logo. The link they sent wouldn't work to approve, so I sent an e-mail approval as well as called, only to find out days later that that was not good enough. Got that solved finally. Then they called and said our card didn't go through (they had our correct info). That got solved after I confirmed. Overall- good product, good effort to solve our issues.

Great product at a good price. The markers write well and our logo looks terrific. The entire order process was easy with great communication. Thank you!
