These pens are a hit! All of our customers enjoy getting them and even ask for them. Great giveaways!

These pens are great. I havew ordered them in the past and I will order them again and again! Great Customer Service.

The ordering process was quick and easy, AnyPromo sent me a proof for approval before the item went into production. Best of all, our customers love the twig pens! Without a doubt we will be placing another order!

The pen itself is great and they did a great job with the name we had printed on it, however, I wish that each different part was not a different shade of color. Overall great product.

The pens were affordable and good quality. I recommend this product for anyone looking for an excellent promotional item.

Any Promo was excellent in helping me place my order. Marci Hooker went above and beyond to help me with everything I needed. I highly recommend Any Promo to other businesses and non-profits.

Thank you

Very easy to order

easy to work with.

Very pleased with the quality , my clients also love the pens. I will be ordering pens again , Love the fact that i can change the pens and always have quality

Riley Haynie was great throughout the whole process. Pedro in graphics did a great job! Very happy with our order and will definitely refer AnyPromo.

Great quality, exactly as pictured! Will definitely buy again. Ana was super helpful during the design and purchasing process!

Very prompt service!

Juanita was awesome...patient with my changes and great to offer other ideas/options! I will definitely work with her again.

Thank you Ana & Art Dept.! Great job! Great customer service! You have one happy customer.

The pens I ordered were perfect. I had a lot to stuff on the pens, and they made sure all the info was included.

The delay in shipping was a little alarming in our first purchase from Any Promo; however, Haitian Hope loves the pen and will order some again to give to our beloved donors.

These are nice little pens. One broke as soon as I began to write but no other issues so far. They were inexpensive but nice.

.

Easy to do.

So easy and great deals!! Love your promo wizard!

good

great pen. quick delivery. Very nice product. I would recommend this as a trade show give a way, but it would also accompany any notebook very nicely as well.

The pens turned out just the way I expected them to. They were packaged securely and arrived exactly on schedule.

Great product! Quick turnaround and the pens look so good.

Great! My products look great and came on time!

great

Great turnaround time. Great quality!

Turned out perfect!

I love how Johana checks in with me every step of the way. For this order I had to change the mailing address and Johana made it seem easy while other companies would have been a hassle.

Briana was fantastic - I didn't know much about the promotional product world, she answered all my questions and helped me through everything. She even checked on me after my product showed delivered!

LOTS OF PRODUCTS, USER FRIENDLY WEBSITE, CAN'T WAIT TO SEE MY FIRST ORDER!

I keep ordering from AnyPromo because the product is solid, I like the selection, everything's reasonably priced and above all I get great customer service! They are so prompt and you can talk to a real person at any time. Juanita was spot on during this last order - she answered my questions quickly and was so friendly and personable! I felt like I was ordering from my cousin, not a stoic business with people reading (badly) from scripts.

We are stuffing the bags with important items and these pens added to those items. There is a need for many of your items and we work towards using your company in the future.

Great looking pen at a reasonable cost! Will use as promotional items at local workshops and educational forums.

Our logo really sticks out. Alicia is a delite to work with. She has always been been there when we needed her. She goes above and beyond for her customers.

Bought it for my staff; very well recieved. The color was an excellent choice and very nice. Rosa went above and beyond to get the perfect product for our sketch comedy group show.He was extremely helpful and pleasant.

I like its thinness, it is a little wider than I would like, length is just right. Very sturdy and nice product. Would have liked other colors to choose from.

This highlighted our company's logo, which was printed quite satisfactorily.

Great product, I will be a return customer. Everybody who has one appears to actually like them.

I had good communication with AnyPromo as well. For that cost these were perfectly made and also the ladies we gave these to were pleased.

These were very popular at our event. Again, a giveaway that's really helpful!

Quality and purpose. We were quite satisfied with the relatively quick turnover. This was a useful giveaway in our conference recently.

Delivery was extremely fast and ordering on the internet site was super easy. Liked Most: Simplicity and how it came as a set.

Good color options and also the imprint looks excellent.

I highly recommend it! Great product. It was a prize for a school. Kids loved it. Works well. Quality construction, helpful and nice design.

High Quality within the material and also the imprint. Product was excellent! Printing was wonderful!

Good job on artwork we posted. thanks for the special offer and quality product We're pleased with the quality of the item.

It's a different unique idea for giveaways. It's a great product and I'm very pleased with your service also. Good value for price; wished there were more space for logo.

I have been extremely satisfied with my product. The quality of the product has been exceptional. We love to them greatly and thus do our clients. So pleased with the way we were able to personalize the item. Great job.

Everything came as advertised. I was actually pleasantly surprised with that. Great product! We used them at our seminar and they were a HUGE hit!

The logo design looks perfect. Got great suggestions for alternative products.

Attractive, the imprint was excellent! It is very nice and exactly as described. Not a super-deluxe model but very good quality for the money.

The pen was perfect as well as good quality for the event. It was near to description.

I was happy. High quality for that cost.

The products are great! But one of my items was shipped late and it arrived two days after my event.

I love the pens. The colors are great.

Mario was super great at helping me. He made suggestions and definitely helped me complete the order that was a last minute need for my place of business. Everything we received was wonderful and top tier! Appreciate all that Mario did for me. 10/10 Recommend!

The order process was simple, and I really appreciated them sending a mockup of the items for approval prior to fulfilling the order. Shipping was also really quick.

Easy process.

The pens came out great. We order the bule pens w/black lettering. It works great!!

Very nice products to choose from online.

Ordering process was easy and Madelin helped me select quality products within my busget and provided excellent customer service. Definitely recommend!!!

All was good

These pens turned out really well. They feel like a nice quality and I feel they will represent my brand well at a trade show.

We received great quality pens for a good price. Ordering online was a breeze and applying our tax exemption afterward was seamless, since this was our first order. Johana kept us updated throughout the process.

This was our first experience with Any Promo, so we were a bit nervous, but Eva Andrade and her team exceeded my expectations. The design we wanted to print was challenging. We had approved the artwork, knowing the type would print smaller than usual. We knew we were taking a bit of a risk but approved the artwork. Her team checked in with us after we gave the approval. They answered a few questions, and we came to a better version. We were incredibly impressed by the thoughtfulness and fantastic customer service this company has shown. The pens came out beautiful and are of great quality. All around, this was an excellent experience. Thank you! - Marketing & Design Team

Good

The pens turned out great! The process blue is striking! I will buy again. Highly recommend these pens. Came quickly too.

Eva Andrade kept me up to date on all phases of my order. She was very personable and efficient. Thank you.

on february 27 i ordered 500 pens i had some issues with my order, but at after all they call me and resolve all whats happens and fix everything very professional

Top notch customer service from Victoria A and Gabby S! My initial order had a mild imprint issue that had my logo slightly crooked on all of my pens. Submitted a request for review and I within about a week, a full set of corrected replacements showed up. Great experience and pens seem of good quality too.

I love the pens I ordered from AnyPromo!! DJ Coleman was absolutely wonderful to work with and quick to respond to my questions! Thank you so much for everything, DJ!!!

Exactly as my proof showed. Very pleased with the completed product. Colors are spot on and perfect.

Victoria was awesome with our order of printed pens. She had great communication and was quick to help us with a design. I will be ordering with her again!

The ink kept running out. Some of these pens lasted a week and then stopped writing. Others lasted a long time. It could be that they were old.

Alexias Barajas, is a wonderful representative to work with. She provided excellent communication on my order from start to finish. Even with several requests to edit the way the name on our pens was displayed, Alexias made placing this order an enjoyable experience. I look forward to ordering additional journals and pens In the near future.

These pens where so very well made. Love the way they write too, so smooth. The process is very easy to order too.

I didn't realize the hand sanitizer was clear and the white logo, so it's very hard to see. It would have been nice for someone to maybe mention it to me that it won't show up so I'd recommend advising customers of this so they are aware and can choose something different if they want. I somehow thought I was doing full color of my logo, not white. The product itself is great, but it is just hard to see my logo, which is the sole reason for purchasing this product is to brand myself with my customers.

I have been very happy with their service and product

Cynthia was amazing and sent me sample pens. Very kind and quick responses.

Really nice pen. This gives our organization a great reflection! We will definitely use this company again for our promotional products.

Thank you Riley, Abel and Pedro for a great job. I love my pens and will reorder again.

So far, so good. Order just placed.

I love my new pens! look very expensive and they were not! Order was shipped timely and I was notified each step of the way. thank you

Eva Andrade helped me so much throughout my design process. The customer service is unmatched! And I love my product on top of that! Thank you, Eva!

Very good so far

Eva is the best!!! She responded to my request right away and shipped my order earlier. She saved me! I would definitely order more because of her!! Thanks a million Eva!

You people always want comments!!!! Stop!!!! It's anoying!!!

My overall experience was the best! Your customer service is EXCELLENT!!! They were very courteous, patient and professional. It’s not very often that you get to experience this. The pens were a hit, everyone loved them and the quality is exceptional. Thank you so much for your great work, especially Dante.

The pens more than met my expectations. The pens arrived ahead of schedule leaving a lt of worry behind. Will definately re-order as well as look at other items. Best of all prices were reasonable.

We have ordered our business pens from them already in the past and we had to restock. The process is always easy and simple, the shipping is very fast. Eva Andrade always checks up to make sure the order was made to your liking. And the pricing I don't feel you can beat. Great experience, they have earned our business for years to come!

We had a great experience with AnyPromo.com. Our pen order came in within a couple of weeks and the finished product looks great! I also appreciate the customer service touch; Dante Jackson reached out afterward to ensure we were happy with our order. It was nice to receive an email from an actual person instead of an automated check-in. We will definitely use AnyPromo.com again!

Looking forward to handing out my pens to clients. Pens are great to give because everyone needs one. Thanks for your help Eva Andrade!

I would highly reccommend this company. I ordered 500 logo pens, and their website was clear, and easy to navigate. They sent regular updates, not junk mail, and were responsive when I had questions. Eva Andrade was my super helpful service rep. The pens turned out great, would order from here again!

They look better than the picture. Printing looks great. Pens are very comfortable to hold. Great item for the price.

Great products, affordable prices! Got some pens and Akira was amazing to work with. She kept reaching out to ensure I was happy with my proofs/order. The artists were very helpful as well. One call took care of the job! Will be using again as long as the outcomes are like this!

Brenda, my customer service rep, was very helpful! Promo items came in on time, as promised... and the items look great.

Great work. The pen's look nice. Communication went smooth. I love that they sent me an email to approve and to let me know they were in productions and when items had shipped. I will be doing business with AnyPromo again.

Perfect customer service Emerson Clavel for the last two years. Emerson Clavel Customer Service Rep (909) 628-9955 ext. 425 emerson@anypromo.com

Thank you

Ordering was easy and fast. My customer account rep reached out promptly and the service was good. The products I ordered arrived in the time specified without any problems.

Good promotional item.

My order process and delivery went just as expected. However, I received a box of pens for a different event that didn't belong to me and was trying to figure out how to get those to where they need to go. So very happy with what I got, but I know someone's missing something else they ordered.

Thanks for the prompt service

I am still waiting for the other half of my order. I have an event on Monday. I was assured that I would have them in time.

LOVE THEM, THANK YOU!!

Writes well. Great value!

Easy to shop. Information from our last order, 4 years ago, was still available and that further helped speed the experience.

Yessenia and Albert went above and beyond to ensure my company's needs were met. Words cannot express how pleased I am with their customer service.

Thanks for the pens!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I assumed that the accent color would match my design (as shown in the pictures on the left). However, my design is Purple; and the clicker and pointer is kelly green. They don't match. :-(

Very easy.

very helpful

They are perfect for give away's or to have in the pews for peopleto take with them. Very good price also!!.

Working with Melissa was a true pleasure. She listened well, understood my concerns, was genuinely interested in helping me. She explained in detail what I needed to do and that a proof would be sent to me so I could approve it before purchasing any pens. She gave very simple easy to follow directions and made sure that all my questions and concerns were addressed. Overall, AnyPromo with Melissa has wonderful customer service.

Taylor was such a great help to me. Thank you so much. Everything looked so great!!

Great pens for the price! Print was nice and clear on the barrel of the pen and the writing quality is nice too. I would order again.

I was assisted by Jose Polanco when I called to inquire about customizing an order. Jose was very attentive and helpful in finding out all the information I needed. I really appreciate his help!

Very easy ordering experience

Very happy with the product in the past; we keep coming back. Ordering page is a bit cumbersome, Shipping is bit pricey, and turn-around time is a bit long.

Easy to order

Excellent product quality, competitive pricing, excellent customer service!!

The pens turned out great! Great customer service and timely shipping. The design team worked with us to get them just right.

Haven't used them enough yet to know the quality, but I think they should work out just fine........

The custom two-color pens I ordered came out beautifully!!! Vibrant color, clear printing/design and color-coordinated with the pen color I chose... the pen itself writes well, too! Great deal as well... thank you!!

Amazing service and communication. Eva Andrade was awesome with making sure everything was to my satisfaction and I will be definitely placing more orders. Great pricing and great product couldn’t be more please!! I give them my STAMP OF APPROVAL!!

Excellent quality pen for the money. We often use the value click pens for job fairs and welcome bags at trade events. Always great service from the team at AnyPromo.com

Rep was easy to work with and very helpful.

Product was easy to design online, order was easy to process, was delivered as expected, and my customized pens look great - I'm so proud to give them away!

Not on all pens, but the square around LP was missing at the lower left hand corner, other than that they work great. Would recommend getting more promos from this company again. Good job and thanks for the service.

Great

it was more plain than I thought it would be, but it was ok.

It's ok

Immediate response, friendly and helpful customer service. I can't believe how quick I received my sample package! Great USA made products which are hard to come by these days. I look forward to making orders with you in the future!

Very nice quality. Nice paper.

...

Great product and customer service! Victoria was easy to communicate with and prompt in her replies. Great product, good pricing, and fast shipping. Will order again!

The notebook and pen are great. The area for printing is also wonderful. The only issue is the notes are not very sticky. Otherwise, amazing!

Perfect size to keep in purse for meeting notes, car phone calls, etc!

Love the size, not to big and not too small. The first page is my favorite part, lots of great stickies to stay focused and on task! The cover is hard plastic so it won't get bent or wet if you throw it in your backpack! Great item!

The built-in custom labels & sticky notes are neat

Mario did a great job working with me to meet our needs. He was very quick to reply and make necessary changes. The items arrived quickly and as described. Thank you, Mario!

Roberto was amazing! He helped get everything to us in time and our students loved the products!!!!

Gabby Martinez gave great customer service. Turn around time was fantastic! I would definitely use this company again. Thank you!

The order arrived very quickly. The bags are very nice quality and the screen printing is exactly as ordered. They look great!

My sales associate Fabiola Zamora went above and beyond to help me source the items I needed. Super fast serice and so pleasant.

It's a nice bag, durable and sturdy! I've been buying the medium jute tote, and wanted to see if the large jute tote will work for our needs, as well. Love it! Haven't used it to cart anything heavy, but it seems very sturdy and strong :)

This was my first time working with anypromo.com and I couldn't be more pleased. I was on a tight deadline and Cynthia and Dante both personally help to ensure my products would be produced correctly and arrive on time. Working with anypromo is a nice change from what many companies have become. When you call anypromo, you actually speak to a real person who speaks understandable English, and you do not have to go through a bunch of auto-attendant systems to get to that person. Then for followup, each team member has a real desk phone number and an email in which you may contact them directly. It gets so old with many companies when you call only to find yourself in the queue of the next 'agent' and then to have to tell your story again and again every time you need to call. Not so with anypromo, I was able to remain in constant communication with Cynthia and Dante the entire time. I'll definitely call on anypromo again for our promotional product needs!

These bags are well constructed and turned out very nice. Moreover though, the service I received from Cynthia and Dante was incredible. I was on a short timeline, and these two personally helped get my order into production asap and were most helpful! Working with Anypromo.com was a nice relief from what we've come to expect from many businesses. They have a phone number where you can actually speak to a real person, who speaks understandable English, without jumping through a bunch of auto-attendant systems. If you need to call back your rep, they each have their own desk number, and if they're not in, someone else can either take a message or help you themselves. I now have my 'go to' company for promotional items. Thanks again!

the opportunity to see before you buy, to place a logo on an item and instantly see how it will look right from your browser A great tool for team workshops ! Thank you AnyPromo.

They were an enormous hit inside my event! We purchased these bags and had them customized with our "logo" for employee appreciation gifts.

I've them delivered to our clients, they're happy and loved them. tetsu was great to work with. He was right there for every question that I had either by email or phone.

Loved having the top to add a line. I called with several questions and every one was answered fully and professionally.

Overall it turned out great! I wanted a different color but the black did the job as well. Good quality item. I also liked the simplicity of the product.

We'll do this again and again. Precisely what I needed.

Graphics look wonderful. They are a good idea for busy work stations. the style is perfect.

It appears very nice and extremely functional. Great giveaway.

The product turned out great. Great giveaway. Everyone loved them.

Very trendy item. Printing was obvious and correctly aligned on every product.

Outstanding product! I'd certainly order these again. it looks beautiful design and functionality.

All of our customers enjoy it. Everybody at our event loved them!

the logo looked great. Quality and Quality Service

Exactly what we wanted! Just a different way to keep my title on the product.

Graphic design was good quality. Our customers loved this product.

Design came out better than I had hoped!

Laura was such a pleasure to work with! Her follow-up was prompt and consistent, resulting in product that surpassed our expectations! Great experience, looking forward to another order soon!

These look great, are a nice size and quality. We are giving these out to teens for a reading program.

Super quick and easy. Love the Platinum Membership.

Printing is nice and clean. Notebooks are as expected. The material on the cover shows all fingerprints. Not a huge deal but not ideal

Robert was so far above and beyond what I would expect via a company representative from a company I've never purchased from before! I called the general company number because I received a second notice for an order I had already (I thought) approved. He verified I needed to approve still and said he would let Briana know about my call. He then called me back and said he checked the system and it didn't appear I'd approved still--he waited for me to re-access the link and told me where I needed to click to add my initials. He's a godsend for taking such personal care to check the system and personally call me to ensure my order was being processed! I mean--who even cares enough to do that! I would have been very messed up at work if Robert weren't as attentive and thorough in ensuring my order completion. He gets 1M stars from me!

Thank you I received my red journals today and they are good quality. My only issue is that my message isn't centered and that the metallic gold doesn't show up on the red as well as it did on the proof. But I would order this item again. Thank you for prompt processing of my order. This is not my first time using your company and I will continue to do business with you.

The size and the printing of the logo were very nice.Received lots of positive feedback.

Met our anticipation! Great pen. Customers recognize that its made from recycled products and like that. the product has good quality.

this is a nice highlighter, but more importantly, the customer service I recieved was top-knotch! Compact giveaway with high perceived value. Good job!!

We do not have any complaints, everything was great. Thanks

Ease of ordering, good service to offer. High quality.

I just want to say how good Rosa was with working with me. we will order more when we run out of these. the products looked much better in real life. Thanks! It is a product I will recommend if you looking for quality.

The product is an excellent accessory for our marketing materials. They are a large hit with the employees!

I'm very impressed using the pens. Great value for the quality of the product. Good experience. I think it is perfect and I plan to order.

Clients loved the size, color and sturdiness. Greatly writes and we get so many compliments from our customers.

Cheap but not too cheap. Really loved the high quality of the product.

They are GREAT and EXACTLY WHAT WE WANTED!! Will definitely order again next year! It had been great. I made use of them myself and located these to constitute top quality.

We love these - great product and wonderful price. I will definitely use AnyPromo again for purchase orders. Thanks.

Product was exactly what we were looking. Quality was excellent. Happy with this item. Will probably order some more.

Our Corporate Logo design layout look great. I'll certainly just use them again.

Quick, easy transaction and the finished product is just as expected.

For the price I cannot complain! The stickies are nice colors, the booklet is a little flimsy but that coincides with the great price so we are happy with it! Great budget friendly item that still impresses!

Great!

My representative, Jazmin, was very helpful and diligent in helping me secure the right promos for my book event. I appreciate her efforts and will definitely refer the company based on my personal experience

I needed sticky note pads to go along with custom pens for a book conference. I ran out of time and the special expired, but Jazmin worked with ME! I was about to look at competitor prices, but she had my back as if I were her only customer. :) I got what I want and have shipped them to the hotel. As an author, representation matters for book sales. I think this product is a winner.

The product looks really good. I am happy with it.

The products offered are varied and cost-effective. I am happy with all the items I've ordered over the last couple of years. This latest ordering experience was above and beyond, so I wanted to thank Javier for all his service and helping me track multiple items with different timelines. He responded consistently and quickly. I felt confident that it was all being handled appropriately so was able to feel a sense of relief about all these moving parts once I handed them over to AnyPromo! I will continue to first shop here for future needs. Highly recommended!!

These were well made and will be great for new employee gift bags and to give out to clients. We are happy!

AnyPromo is amazing, with good quality products with a quick turnaround. We had an issue with a color discrepancy on a order and Gabby S took control of the situation and found the best resolution. It's good to see a team own the client experience and take solid corrective action. We will definitely be back.

Print was too small and I needed to add the address and phone number but since it was my first time out, I blew it. Learned a lot from this experience.

I ordered 500 customized sticky books, and the first set arrived in terrible condition - all scratched up, as if they’d been in the bottom of someone’s purse for a year! I thought I was stuck because our event was just a few days away by the time the items arrived. Fortunately, Fabiola Zamora was able to get her warehouse to reproduce and sent a new, undamaged set to me within 48 hours, free of additional charge. It was great customer service and I was really grateful to her!! She definitely made me willing to order from this company again, despite the poor first impression of their products!

Our recent experience was great, Yessenia was communicative and able to answer any questions.

I Love how they turned out. The only issues are they are so thin and small. I thought for sure it would be bigger and thicker

I was going to cancel my order due to old incorrect information on the reorder. But thanks to Gerson, who helped me save time by revising the existing order information and sending an updated order confirmation I didn't have to cancel the existing order and start over again.

Fabiola Zamora did a great job on assisting me and my sample should be ready soon. Very quick, fast, and professional.
