I ask a customer service rep if I was able to come pick up my shipment since I didn't want to pay the shipping fee. She never got back to me and still ended up paying for shipping costs

Our patients are absolutely thrilled with these mood-changing pencils; they have so much fun experimenting with the different colors, and it adds a delightful, engaging element to their experience!

The pencils turned out perfect! I was worried the school logo would be blurry because our proofs didn't show the best quality. I was VERY happy when we received them and they look FANTASTIC!!!!!!!! The kids will be so excited about color changing pencils! Thank you so much!!!

Everyone loves these pencils!

Love the color changing!

Very easy process on website, much easier to choose assortments than other websites.

Quick & Easy! Rosa Martin was great to work with, and was able to make the necessary edits to create the perfect product for my company. Will order again next time from AnyPromo.

The pencils turned out perfect. We ordered an assortment and the colors are bright. The promotional information on the pencils are very clear. We will definitely order them again in the future. Thank you.

So when we got these pencils, it was very warm out and I was underwhelmed because the writing was white and it didn't show well on the colors. HOWEVER, as the package cooled down, they returned to black and the logo looked great. The color change is dramatic and kids will LOVE them! Looking forward to handing them out.

Everything came in earlier than expected in and excellent condition!

Perfect - the kids just LOVE them.

Great

Need REALLY warm hands to change these, but its really neat and kids love it!

Third time around and the best this time.

Great!

Printing color athletic gold perfect. Delivery quick and timely

The pencils were a big hit with the kids we gave them to. We will also use them for table favors and other events for our club. Unique. Should add a paper explaining the black may discolor in cold weather as this order went through a cold area on its way here. When cold, black looks purple. when warmed to room temperature, the black returns.

The black doesn't fade as quickly into the blue as the blue mood pencil we purchased.

Fast shippig and great product.

Anypromo has ALWAYS been hands on and helpful. Our latest order was perfect with no issues during the creative process through delivery.

Loved how the pencils changed it colors and how it's personalized with our logo and saying.

These arrived quickly and look AMAZING!! Super pleased to have found a new promo dealer.

Great item as always! Color changing items are always a hit at our events. We love using Anypromo for our marketing needs.

This is such a cool give away! We have everything color changing (except mask) these pencils were a great addition and are so awesome!

These are so cool and our school kids are going to love taking one of these home to show mom and dad, and hopefully teach them a bit about science!

Jose Rodriguez was extremely helpful! I needed to get 2 orders place that I had done samples for a few months ago. I knew I had odd amounts for both orders, and wanted to be sure that they were processed properly. He was quick to help, and was even able to reverse our logo colors to fit with the second item. Thank you for your help!

Love the way these turned out. Perfect design on pencils. Eva Andrade worked with me until I was completely satisfied with the look of the design.

Super easy and simple.

Website was easy to use.

Great website easy to navigate!!!!!+

Great price and website easy to use.

The mood pencils are great, we placed a 2nd order! Kids love them.

Love the rush shipping option.

Perfect! Customer Service all the way to the delivery of the pencils! I will use AnyPromo.com again when in need of similar items.

So far so good!! Really easy to get what I want. And the Chat person was helpful in telling me to look for my email from them with my new customer coupon code!! Thankful.

Talked to Talaysia on the phone. Very polite. Easy to place and order on line. Prices are good with extra discounts LOVE it because ordering something as simple as promotional pencils can become expensive.

Eva Andrade was very helpful. AnyPromo is so quick and helpful when we order our mood pencils for our education program, Stop, Go, & Tell. The pencils are good quality and we would recommend to anyone.

We are very pleased with these pencils! Not only do the kids like them for Public Education Events the adults like them as well. We will order again as soon as we need to!

This is my second order from AnyPromo, and I'm very satisfied. Great prices, speedy delivery, easy, problem-free transactions. Many thanks to Rosa Martin and Eva Badillo!

Good prices, speedy delivery

Easy and simple

Good prices and quick service. Thank you

So far, very easy to use

Prompt and professional. Very helpful and accommodating! They helped me make changes and the pencils were delivered earlier than expected. I will use AnyPromo again!

love working with this company!! Great customer service and product

The pencils are cute and the finished product with our company logo is exactly how we specified and envisioned. The ordering process was quick and efficient and we are satisfied with the final product. Would definitely order from AnyPromo.com again. Their prices and products are great. Can't beat it!

They had all changed colors so I thought they were the wrong pencils. I had to put them in the freezer and then changed color. I have another and it stays the cold color so that when you touch it it goes to the other color. Hopefully they will be color changing without the freezer.

Quick turnaround. They arrived with time to spare for our event. Thank you for the great service!!

Kids love these pencils. I see them using them in school, which is getting our message out!!

The kids LOVE these pencils so much we switched the adult pencils to the same ones

Great quality for a great price. I will be taking these with me to do science experiments and teach about heat transfer :)

Look great.

Love them!!

Great pencils!

Wonderful!!

Love it!

Fun way to advertise

We loved the colors. Hope our students enjoy them as much as we do :)

Customers loved it. Do wish it was easier to get multiple colors.

A fantastic little notebook for folks to carry around, which keeps your information in front of them!

Adorable!! Perfect printing job and quality product. Thank you!

These are cute little notebooks that flew off the table at our trade show. Well made and easy-to-see logo.

I ordered notebooks and my rep Roberto P. was super great! He made the process easy and perfect! Cheers!

The prices are really good. However, I couldn't get the product I was looking for.

Many options and colors.

This was my first order and I could not be happier with how my item turned out. Online ordering was very easy and the follow up from my business development specialist, Alyssa Kleinpell, was superb. She answered any lingering questions I had and kept me informed of my order status. Very fast shipping as well! Very pleased!!

I thought it would be bigger but the help and graphics are good. I will order more when needed. My rep was very helpful and answered any questions i had

We were so pleased with our previous order of these notebooks that we ordered 400 more. They will be perfect for an upcoming tourism and business networking evening.

Any promo is easy to use with simple instructions for ordering and great prices.

The website is easy to navigate and find what I am looking for.

The notebooks are a little smaller that I thought, but otherwise we like them. I also think our graphic/logo could have been just a little bit bigger. Overall, we are satisfied. The ordering process was quick and efficient and our Sales Rep, Akira, was great throughout the whole thing. Thanks!

The mini notebooks were well received by those visiting our booth. Briana Reed was very pleasant to work with, the product received in time as requested.

Fast and accurate

This came back smaller than I expected but that's my own fault. Looks good, feels good. Print was quality on the front.

The notebook is too small.

I have an order in process. All is going well.

Exactly what I was expecting! A great little notepad.

Smaller than I expected. For others who don't read measurments it will fit in the palm of your hand. They are very cute and well made I like them.

The notebook and pen are great. The area for printing is also wonderful. The only issue is the notes are not very sticky. Otherwise, amazing!

Perfect size to keep in purse for meeting notes, car phone calls, etc!

Love the size, not to big and not too small. The first page is my favorite part, lots of great stickies to stay focused and on task! The cover is hard plastic so it won't get bent or wet if you throw it in your backpack! Great item!

The built-in custom labels & sticky notes are neat

Mario did a great job working with me to meet our needs. He was very quick to reply and make necessary changes. The items arrived quickly and as described. Thank you, Mario!

Roberto was amazing! He helped get everything to us in time and our students loved the products!!!!

Gabby S was great resolving an issue that could have gone badly. I appreciate her time, patience and help handling my problem

so far so good.

This company is great to work with. They are so reliable and their products are high quality at a very reasonable price. I highly recommend this company and their merchandise.

Product turned out great and easy to order and quick turn around time.

Great product, happy customer.

Great products...we love the process, very easy and quick delivery.

Perfect size tote bags. Logo is nice and big!

Great, exactly what I was looking for!

The digital ordering process went fairly smoothly. Bags were received in the expected timeframe. Graphics were clear.

The non-woven tote bag - 8" x 10" This bag is the perfect size for our new patient welcome package! We love it

Exactly what we need! Riley Haynie is amazing! He answered every question I had and exceeded my expectations. I also have to thank Alfred from the graphics department for nailing our logo. I would recommend a thousand times! Thank you!

Alyssa was so very helpful and I had plenty of questions

So I called and a representative by the name of John answered..WOW! He was so helpful, I was floored. Walked me through everything and just was willing to guide me. A PLUS -- all that he said they would do, was done and in the time that he said it. This is what customer service looks like and I am so grateful that I called. Thank you again John and keep typing. :)

Great customer service . Excellent product. I love it. Will use them again for sure.

I was very pleased. Every person I dealt with was responsive and helpful. I truly appreciate them. Job well done. Beautiful product. I love it!

These were high quality. Great item. We ordered the turquoise bags and used our logo in all white. It really stood out, and anyone loved them.

Bag met all expectations. Printed graphics are clear and not blurry. Ordering process went smoothly.

Re-ordered this product again. We love it - it is the perfect size for distribution to our patients!

You guys are amazing. We have ordered this more than once and they are the best! I have even referred this item to several friends and they are all pleased.

It was the perfect size! The graphics came out awesome! I will definitely be re-ordering this item so I am glad it came out

Wish I could get them printed in more than one color but other than that they're great!!

We love these bags! Anypromo has been a pleasure to work with!

Great quality product!

Just placed two orders today. great prices and very easy ordering process. Now just waiting for delivery. Happy to review again with orders arrive.

Very please with the notebooks. Logo looks great on them. Perfect for our meeting. Love working with Lorraine (in Sales).

I had some questions and modifications, and Jorge and Johana were responsive and the product came out better than I expected with their recommendation. Second time ordering, and have not been disappointed.

Just what I expected! The rubbery cover is really nice to touch. Order the black ones to go with our logo and it looks so nice. Akira has been very helpful following up with me on my order, thanks Akira!

I wish I could remember his name...from the time he answered the phone he was helpful. I had a rush order he took the time to tell me of other option..didn't make me feel like I was rushing. His assurance and knowledge made me extremely comfortable know that my products where coming on time!

Excellent product for that cost. I couldn't believe the help I received with hardly no effort on my part. Thank you so much.

It is precisely what I needed.

I thought everything that I've gotten from you so far have been GREAT Worked nicely with our logo. Good job! I really like Rosa, she is always very professional and extremely helpful. I will use you guys again in the future. Thank you.

These books are great! Love how soft the cover is and the how professional looking they are. Perfect for new hires to take notes or for our professionals to take notes during the meetings.

These journals are just perfect. Very high quality so they will last through use. Our logo was a little pixilated but they were able to fix it and have the final product looking awesome and professional. Highly recommend.

This item exceeded my exceptions!! This journal is superb quality and it feels nice in your hands. The overall production and design time is super fast. Everyone at the conference loved them!

Great experience overall. Only point of frustration was the images online appeared larger on the items than you had for a "printable area."

Very impressed. Better than I expected. Great customer service and work by the graphics staff. Will definitely order again

This is a third reorder of the same product. Our design is fairly intricate, and there were many flags warning the printing may not be clear. However, we have been satisfied with the overall print quality.

The ordering process was very smooth, and the product specialist, Mario, was very responsive to any questions or concerns.

Very quick responses and shipment. Ricky answered all my questions and helped ensure a seamless experience. Thank you-

Very Pleased!!! The Soft Cover Journal looks great!!

Mario M was a great help on the order for notepads. From the beginning of the order thru the delivery he touched base with me. The notepads turned out great!

The journals we ordered (on a very tight timeline) as favors for my mom’s 70th birthday celebration were perfect! They were exactly as shown on the website, and the materials and printing were very high quality. Our customer care rep, Victoria Alanis, was excellent, very responsive and saw the process through from start to finish. I will start here for personalized bulk items in the future.

Happy with these journals. Logo looks great and I’m happy with the purchase.

easy to find. had exactly what I was looking for. priced very fair

My experience with this company is very complimentary. Jackie my sales agent gets a 5 star for her attention to our needs. I was blown out of the water when my items arrived 6 days ahead of expected delivery time I also would like to recognize Wilson in getting the job done. 5 stars also go out to him. Job well done. Thank you Harold P

So pleased with the quality of this bound journal! It far exceeds my expectations. We will order more for sure.

Johana Burgos is a great customer service rep.

We've ordered these in black and they look so good and sleek! Our journals are a hit with our community. Can't wait to place another order.

This is our second time ordering these journals. We love them and will continue to purchase our personalized promos from this company.

Beyond pleased! The product and customer service was exceptional. I have found my go-to promotional company!

Roberto provided an excellent service through the whole process. Thank you Roberto!

The reorder was simple and quick!

I placed a rush order for journals online. Riley Haynie and Akira worked with me to get all of my details correct and they made sure that we received our order in time. The journals are beautiful and the price was reasonable. We will be using AnyPromo.com in the future!

Exactly what we were looking for. Production and Delivery was very quick. Overall, we're very pleased.

Really great quality, price, customer service from Taylor Cano, our Customer Service Representative, and amazing speed in receiving our order. Definitely will order from AnyPromo again in the future.

GREAT! We have these out for patients to take as they leave - they love them! The logo is VERY small though, maybe they have updated this, but that was the only disappointing part.

They are nice but the logo was not completely centered and a bit crooked otherwise we like them. Super fast shipping.

Your service was as usual great and timely. Easy and straightforward!

The notebooks look great and the price is unbeatable (I know because I shopped around). They're a handy size, too – not too big, not too small.

Would have liked the option to apply the discount coupon on checkout... other than that, the quote and order process is seamless...

bien

Always easy

Some of the codes would say not valid because you order isn't over $125 when I was over $200 ??? Also, wish like other sites you could see your logo on the items right away, would help with choosing color of products.

Super easy ordering process!

thanks

Site was a little challenging to find what I needed but when I called for support was greeted and helped with great customer service!

Very satisfied when I called with questions.

nice easy process...understanding the billing wasn't as straightforward and clear so I didn't give 5 stars but it was good enough so I placed the order.

I don't think the descriptions of what our design needed to include is enough information. I had no idea what the TBD meant or the terms for centering meant.

The notebook has a nice feel and the printed logo is clean. I appreciate the timely fashion they delivered it in!

Great and easy to order. Love it

I received the initial email for proof approval on October 13th. I responded on October 14th to have the logo rotated 90 degrees. I did not receive any further communication stating that it had been fixed and was ready for my second review. Luckily, I happened to go back to the link a couple days later and noticed it had been updated. I then approved the proof online. A simple email to tell me it was ready for my review would have been nice. Additionally, an email saying my order was in production and the expected ship date would also have been nice. When I returned to the link a week later, I was unable to access anything telling me the status of my order.

I wish there was an option for different colored paper (other than white). Other than that very happy with my order.

AnyPromo worked with me through a whole bunch of samples and logo until my customers were completely satisfied.

They are a bit smaller than I anticipated, but look wonderful. Great color, perfectly branded. Another fantastic experience with AnyPromo!

Great item; very pleased with printing on front of journal; service great; shipped quickly

The journal was nice. The wording and logo just were not centered, but it still looked nice. The customer service was nice and the representative did all the she could within the time constraints presented.

Great

This journal is awesome and very affordable. I was slightly disappointed with the limitation of the location for the graphic to be printed on the front. But customer service was very helpful and accommodating, even though the final product was not exactly what I wanted. I would definitely order this again for my customers as I get so many positive comments about this gift.

THE Y WERE THE PERFECT SIZE AND THE IMPRINT WAS PERFECT.

Perfect for holding swag

Very nice product. Next time. I'll step up to the larger one but this is perfect.

Great communication from Mauricio M, easy process, fast shipping, good design feedback!

Nice little bags. They don't have a flat bottom, but they will stand up (sort of). The quality was great and the printing was perfect.

So easy to reorder! Great quality!

I have had the pleasure of working with Gabby Martinez on multiple orders and she has always been helpful, prompt, and follows up with me after each order to ensure everything looks great! I look forward to working with AnyPromo, and specifically Gabby, in the future.

The process was very easy and the product was what I wanted. Thank you for the quick delivery.

Roberto was nothing less than phenomenal! Response time was fast and responses where just what I needed! I will be ordering again.

Taylor was awesome, thank you!

Thank you Erin for your Excellent Customer Service, High 5!!!!!!

Just as described and ordered! Very pleased!! Nice quality and print was perfect! Also was easy to order and received quickly!

I can always count on Any Promo! I've used them several times for personal and business items, and I have never been disappointed. Their quality is great, service is awesome, and turnaround time is fast! Eva Andrade was a great help. She VERY PROMPTLY answered any questions I had, and made sure we got our product before the in-hands date, even with a quick turnaround. I will continue to be a repeat customer

Great product, easy ordering, fast delivery, great comminucation and updates every step of the way! Eva Andrade followed up and helped me through every step, great customer service!

I ordered seven different items and all of them, including the Mini Brochure Tote Bag were of excellent quality and condition. The printing was great. Thank you.

I have ordered several times from AnyPromo and have recommended the company to many of my business acquaintances. I have had the pleasure of working with Juanita Zamora for this order and she has been very helpful, courteous, and prompt in handling any of my concerns or questions. Thank you again, Juanita.

Very easy & great customer support
