For what it is, this is a great item. Of course it would be nice if there were more colors but it is a 6-piece set and includes the basics. They lay down color, the natural wood is nice, and the print was high quality. I did black on natural.

I initially missed these alerts, and the concern was not flagged by AnyPromo—one of my colleagues ultimately pointed it out. We ordered samples in two color combinations, as shown in the image below. I did not receive any further communication stating that it had been fixed and was ready for my second review. Luckily, I happened to go back to the link a couple days later and noticed it had been updated. I then approved the proof online. A simple email to tell me it was ready for my review would have been nice. Additionally, an email saying my order was in production and the expected ship date would also have been nice. When I returned to the link a week later, I was unable to access anything telling me the status of my order.

There is an entire blank space on the back of the "pocket" that I think could be used for advertising (I would have paid a little extra for the added work involved in this option, btw). Other than that, these are really "cute", great quality and I believe they are something that people will keep together (as opposed to discarding the cover with the business info advertised on it). Overall...great experience with customer service and editing, easy ordering and quick corrections made!! That part definitely deserves a 5-STAR rating. I felt I needed to dock a star, however, for the lack of advertising space available. My only other concern was that one or two bags (out of 100) had some ink smudging on the reverse side, likely from being packed so tightly with other bags. All in all, quite pleased. Good bag for the price. At this point I believe I will reorder when I run out of my current stock.
