Have made multiple orders over the last few years and we always have a good experience. Customer Service reps are super easy to work with (especially Johana and Madelin) and the turnaround is fast. When we've had flaws in the items we receive, they have also been stellar at sending replacements and taking good care of us. If you're planning to make at least 2 orders per year, I recommend getting the membership, it does pay for itself very quickly

The pens look good and have a great weight and feel. The only downside is that a lot of the pens were open in the packaging. As a result, several pens were damaged by ink. Hopefully, we can still clean these.

Nice pen, but is super light. Expected it to be a little heavier, but for the price you can't beat it. Our logo looks great and these will be a great, inexpensive giveaway item.

The pen is very nice and the graphics came out really well, but quite a few of the pens do not seem to be assembled well. The first pen I took out of the box fell apart and a part is now missing in the box. Many of them need to be screwed together.

The pens seem to be of good quality, but when we received them, none of them were screwed together correctly, so as people would grab them out of our bowl, they would fall apart. We spent half our conference down time screwing together pens, because we had ordered 2000 of them.

The pen works but the logo placement did not match the logo placement in the proof. The proof showed the logo at the top of the barrel but the actual pen had the logo much closer to the center. Not what we had anticipated.

I would not order this pen again. The impression looks awful on most all them. We have ordered pens before with no issues, so I think the issue is the metal/aluminum barrel the imprint is on. Lesson learned and we will not order this type of pen for imprinting again.

My only complaint is after the order arrives, when they spam asking for reviews. Everything else -- the order process, the confirmation of the product before the print run, and the communication regarding where in the process they are is excellent.

The pens are great and got them at a great price, the printing had a minor flaw but they are reprinting for me.

The pens are great, but note that the "Royal Blue" is NOT royal blue. It is navy.

These pens are great quality (BIC always is) and AnyPromo made the logo look perfect.
