We received these and they got a GREAT response from our team. This will be great for our conference. One problem, I took out a sample of five pens and one of the five was missing a battery so the pen's flashlight and laser didn't work. Short of going through them all (we ordered 750) I hope that there aren't many more with missing batteries. Otherwise - they are great.
