the printed logo and verbiage was exactly what we wanted it to be. Extremely satisfied w/customer service and delivery times. Good quality - imprint was Just as guaranteed! It is a great and trendy give-a-way for people of all ages.They were a huge hit at our event!

before I complain I would like to point out that the logo and text actually came out very nicely and Calvin was very helpful thru the ordering process, however the pen is very low quality. the "diamonds" are almost yellow, there is a metal wire that goes that the middle of the pen which is visible thru the crystals, the plastic looks extremally dirty or scratch up ( see images) and the pen does not write well. also there is a weird metal part under the stylus, which the stock photo does not show.
