If you haven't used a Javelin Stylus pen, you dont know what you're missing. The logo came out great. I ordered the black pens and had our logo printed in gold. Looks great, but i just wish the "gold" actually looked more gold and less of a rusty orange. However, I knew before I placed the order that a more genuine gold was not available, and the proofs were an accurate representation of the final product.

They stopped production and service rep sent me an email. I called and chose another color. This all happened around 11:00 am Mon Oct 16. The original delivery date was scheduled for Tue Oct 17. Although I gave OK to have delivered NLT Wed October 18....I received the pens Tue October 17 at 10:00 am as originally promised! And they are beautiful!

They offered a 50% discount, which I reluctantly took. I wish they would have refunded the entire expense, because now I'm stuck with 100 notebooks that I would not have ordered if I'd known what I was getting. It was suggested that I purchase a sample on future orders to ensure that the product matches the online description. Why should I have to police how accurate their description and pictures are? Now, it's too late for me to order what I wanted and guarantee that it will arrive in time for our event.

But, that same cat will eat through a cardboard box, as well. He's just a jerk.

Also, the packaging was a tad flimsy, so there were holes in the box in several places when it arrived and part of bags poking through. We haven't ordered sticky notes in a while so we thought we would try it again. These turned out close to what we imagined. The watermark image is a little darker than we thought it would be but computer screens always make things looks different than real life...right!

In addition, many of the notepads arrived dirty. The edges are all browned and gross. This was horrible.

I did not receive any further communication stating that it had been fixed and was ready for my second review. Luckily, I happened to go back to the link a couple days later and noticed it had been updated. I then approved the proof online. A simple email to tell me it was ready for my review would have been nice. Additionally, an email saying my order was in production and the expected ship date would also have been nice. When I returned to the link a week later, I was unable to access anything telling me the status of my order.

That said, I am a little disappointed with the fact that there was only room for 2" x 1/2" of advertising space when the entire covered booklet measures 3.25" square. I was unable to include my business' logo due to lack of space available and I only included our name, address, phone and website. There is an entire blank space on the back of the "pocket" that I think could be used for advertising (I would have paid a little extra for the added work involved in this option, btw). Other than that, these are really "cute", great quality and I believe they are something that people will keep together (as opposed to discarding the cover with the business info advertised on it). Overall...great experience with customer service and editing, easy ordering and quick corrections made!! That part definitely deserves a 5-STAR rating. I felt I needed to dock a star, however, for the lack of advertising space available. GREAT JOB, though and I highly recommend these. btw, I ordered white covers with purple text and they are beautiful and crisp looking!! VERY pleased overall!! :)
