- Kim Y.I am extremely happy with this company. Taylor Cano was amazing at helping me with the products I ordered and checked up to make sure I was highly satisfied. There was a little mishap with the shipping regarding my pens, they appeared to have been lost. So I contacted Taylor and she got a claims rep “Edith” to contact me. They were very fast and efficient. As this was happening my shipment of pens was delivered 2 days later. They were wet and sweaty with a weird brown residue and odor on them. Clearly something very weird happened during shipping. I took pictures and sent them to Taylor and Edith. They apologized and sent me some new pens. I received this order very quickly. They were packaged neatly and clean. No ink leaks and obviously no weird shipping mishap. I am very happy with this company and will continue to buy all my products from them! I also purchased some calendars to give away to my customers and the calendars look great too!

- Joan Jaconette J.It was easy to easy to request what I wanted imprinted as well as to download my logos.
- Joan Jaconette J.Teal color is more of a KELLY green than a teal. Probably should have went with the peacock blue since I was wanting a teal color moreso than green. Pen is lightweight making it feel kind of cheap and there is no real grip part...it's plastic just like the rest of the pen. Glad we didn't order a ton as these seem cheap. At least the imprint is nice and clear!
- Heather N.Color is great, pen works well. The imprint is a little small and difficult to read. I definitely suggest using white type to improve that part of the feature. I chose black type and on the blue pen white definitely would have been easier to read.
- Jennifer E.The owner of the company thought it would be unique to get our logo on it. They look so awesome.

Quick, easy transaction and the finished product is just as expected.
- Morann J.For the price I cannot complain! The stickies are nice colors, the booklet is a little flimsy but that coincides with the great price so we are happy with it! Great budget friendly item that still impresses!
- Jessica O.Great!
- Schanda Tarkowski T.My representative, Jazmin, was very helpful and diligent in helping me secure the right promos for my book event. I appreciate her efforts and will definitely refer the company based on my personal experience
- Pat Simmons, romance S.I needed sticky note pads to go along with custom pens for a book conference. I ran out of time and the special expired, but Jazmin worked with ME! I was about to look at competitor prices, but she had my back as if I were her only customer. :) I got what I want and have shipped them to the hotel. As an author, representation matters for book sales. I think this product is a winner.
- Pat Simmons S.The product looks really good. I am happy with it.
- Cindy K.The products offered are varied and cost-effective. I am happy with all the items I've ordered over the last couple of years. This latest ordering experience was above and beyond, so I wanted to thank Javier for all his service and helping me track multiple items with different timelines. He responded consistently and quickly. I felt confident that it was all being handled appropriately so was able to feel a sense of relief about all these moving parts once I handed them over to AnyPromo! I will continue to first shop here for future needs. Highly recommended!!
- Karen M. M.These were well made and will be great for new employee gift bags and to give out to clients. We are happy!
- Jenna B.AnyPromo is amazing, with good quality products with a quick turnaround. We had an issue with a color discrepancy on a order and Gabby S took control of the situation and found the best resolution. It's good to see a team own the client experience and take solid corrective action. We will definitely be back.
- Online IPS D.Print was too small and I needed to add the address and phone number but since it was my first time out, I blew it. Learned a lot from this experience.
- Marguerite T.I ordered 500 customized sticky books, and the first set arrived in terrible condition - all scratched up, as if they’d been in the bottom of someone’s purse for a year! I thought I was stuck because our event was just a few days away by the time the items arrived. Fortunately, Fabiola Zamora was able to get her warehouse to reproduce and sent a new, undamaged set to me within 48 hours, free of additional charge. It was great customer service and I was really grateful to her!! She definitely made me willing to order from this company again, despite the poor first impression of their products!
- Bronwyn Bruton B.Our recent experience was great, Yessenia was communicative and able to answer any questions.
- Erika G.I Love how they turned out. The only issues are they are so thin and small. I thought for sure it would be bigger and thicker
- APRIL H.I was going to cancel my order due to old incorrect information on the reorder. But thanks to Gerson, who helped me save time by revising the existing order information and sending an updated order confirmation I didn't have to cancel the existing order and start over again.
- Jerri A.Fabiola Zamora did a great job on assisting me and my sample should be ready soon. Very quick, fast, and professional.

- Mary Roberts R.The notebook has a nice feel and the printed logo is clean. I appreciate the timely fashion they delivered it in!
- Marinette K.Great and easy to order. Love it
- Israel Martinez M.I received the initial email for proof approval on October 13th. I responded on October 14th to have the logo rotated 90 degrees. I did not receive any further communication stating that it had been fixed and was ready for my second review. Luckily, I happened to go back to the link a couple days later and noticed it had been updated. I then approved the proof online. A simple email to tell me it was ready for my review would have been nice. Additionally, an email saying my order was in production and the expected ship date would also have been nice. When I returned to the link a week later, I was unable to access anything telling me the status of my order.
- MC C.I wish there was an option for different colored paper (other than white). Other than that very happy with my order.
- Anne B.AnyPromo worked with me through a whole bunch of samples and logo until my customers were completely satisfied.

Albert is super good with his lightning shipping. I received my order in one day and in great condition. Thank you so much to Yessenia and Albert! You made my day. I definitely order again in the future.
- A L L.I am cautiously optimistic as the first book I pulled out, one of the pads fell off completely. I can't get it to re-stick. The second book was fine. The blue is really electric. Looks good with a white logo, but it's really electric blue!
- Susan W.Such a great give-away. I gave it 4 instead of 5 stars because a good number of the back of them have stains (almost like they have dirt on them, but it doesn't come off).
- Casey C.Juanita Zamora is great! She was professional, courteous and timely in responding to my questions. She went above and beyond in giving me support through the delivery of the package. - Justin Liggitt M.Great bags! Great quality! Exactly what we were looking for. We received the order just in time and the customer service here is top notch.
- Fernanda M.We continue to order products from AnyPromo because the have the best variety for the best prices always. Meera made sure we were satisfied with our products and goes above and beyond to communicate with us over any concerns. Thanks AnyPromo! You have a customer for life from us!
- Meegan R.Beautifully printed on a sturdy canvas bag - they even matched our custom brand color perfectly! Will be shopping with AnyPromo again.
- Erin R.At first I was disappointed that we didn’t have enough time for a 3-color print but it looks fabulous in one color (black). It’s a perfect bag for what we wanted. Perfect size and lightweight.
- Susan D.The bag is much thinner than I expected. But they did a great job with the logo and the color is vibrant.
- Heather G.It's cotton, and is in good shape when it arrives. A little smaller and thinner than I thought it would be, but it wasn't a deal-breaker. The customer service people have been very responsive if I've had questions.
- Jennifer K.These were fantastic and worked great as Welcome Bags for the wedding I planned this past weekend! AnyPromo was a great help in designing and getting these shipped out right away!
- Amanda P.The bags look nice but the fabric is very thin. I guess that is to be expected for the price. Overall, satisfied.
- Heather L.The price was affordable for what we needed and the bright royal blue was great! This was so much better than using plastic bags, especially since they are reusable.
- Kathleen C.We always enjoy our promo totes from AnyPromo and the customers love them!
- Lindsey B.These are not canvas, they are a very thin fabric, very cheap. .....
- Tiera G.Turned out great! The bag was medium quality but the logo really did make it overall a lot better.
- Kelsey S.Bag is well constructed, but narrow
- Bellevue C.The material was to weak or flimsy. But the artwork and the service ANYPROMO has provided has been exceptional!!!
- Sandra G.Great Prices, quick shipping, great customer service!
- Anna B.Our bags came in quickly and they look great! We can't wait to fill them for guests to enjoy during our wedding weekend!
- laura S.The artwork and the screen printing are superb. Great job, AnyPromo. However, that is what bumps this up from 2 stars to 3. "Cotton Canvas" is a term of art, and a certain weight and density is inherent in the term. These bags are cotton, and woven, but they are not canvas. The fabric is so thin, that holding the double-layer of a bag up to the light, you can see right through it. Only order this bag if it is not intended to carry any weight. Once again, great artwork and screen printing, but the description of this bag should be "Lightweight Cotton...Tote"
- V B.Looks great! Turned out perfectly.
- John Scott J.material is very thin. bags don't seem durable at all.

The printing and shipping was super quick, and my order came in well before my "need by" date. The item was exactly as described and, honestly, it was a better quality tote than expected. The printing was absolutely perfect! Even after all this, I probably still would not have bothered to leave a review becuase I just do not do reviews much. However, the customer service communication was so great, I couldn't help but to submit a positive review. Laura checked in with me every step of the way to make sure I was informed on order status and was satisfied with the end product. Thanks everyone! You made my vision a reality!
