I received the initial email for proof approval on October 13th. I responded on October 14th to have the logo rotated 90 degrees. I did not receive any further communication stating that it had been fixed and was ready for my second review. Luckily, I happened to go back to the link a couple days later and noticed it had been updated. I then approved the proof online. A simple email to tell me it was ready for my review would have been nice. Additionally, an email saying my order was in production and the expected ship date would also have been nice. When I returned to the link a week later, I was unable to access anything telling me the status of my order.

I wish there was an option for different colored paper (other than white). Other than that very happy with my order.

AnyPromo worked with me through a whole bunch of samples and logo until my customers were completely satisfied.

I am happy almost all where good but 4 bags were smired with white paint on the back and 1 have black ink on part of the white logo we managed to fixed them this time.

I didn't realize the hand sanitizer was clear and the white logo, so it's very hard to see. It would have been nice for someone to maybe mention it to me that it won't show up so I'd recommend advising customers of this so they are aware and can choose something different if they want. I somehow thought I was doing full color of my logo, not white. The product itself is great, but it is just hard to see my logo, which is the sole reason for purchasing this product is to brand myself with my customers.

Everything went smooth. The only thing I noticed was when inspecting the virtual proof, the link seemed to link to an older version, and a different time it combined the updated version with an old version ... taking aspects of each and then combining them. Very strange.

About two weeks ago, i ordered insulated bags with an imprint for hotel guests coming to a weekend family affair. I realized i was short some hospitality bags and reached out to my customer service rep, Brenda Cortus. I was delighted with both the service and the product. I am thrilled with this company and its people - everyone i talked with from Anthony in graphics to Brenda in customer service and everyone else in between.

But the quality of the bags themselves are exactly what I was expecting and the graphics look exactly like the proof.

They are too flimsy and will not stand up like the picture shows. Wish they had included an insert to help them stand. If those are available PLEASE send.

Good size and the printing is high quality. Definitely a good choice and we are very pleased with the product.

The fabric was not as durable as expected. However, the cheap price made up for the difference. Would probably order next time with reinforced handles.
