The artwork and the screen printing are superb. Great job, AnyPromo. However, that is what bumps this up from 2 stars to 3. "Cotton Canvas" is a term of art, and a certain weight and density is inherent in the term. These bags are cotton, and woven, but they are not canvas. The fabric is so thin, that holding the double-layer of a bag up to the light, you can see right through it. Only order this bag if it is not intended to carry any weight. Once again, great artwork and screen printing, but the description of this bag should be "Lightweight Cotton...Tote"

These bags are thin, but incredibly sturdy. We have ordered large quantities of this product several times. We distribute them free as a library bag. They hold tons of books. We ordered three samples, at first, and because of how thin they seem, I was skeptical if they could hold what we need them to hold. I handed each bag to a different librarian with the instructions to "kill it!" Our staff is very creative! Imagine a librarian putting her foot in the bag and pulling the handles up as hard as she could (she is very tall and strong), because that actually happened! Another librarian put 5 or 6 hardback books in his sample test bag and swung them until he acheived centrifical force! The third bag was filled with as many hardback books as it could hold (about 8-10) and left hanging in the breakroom for a week. None of the bags suffered any damage! We've distributed hundreds of them, and never once heard of one breaking or ripping. Bonus points: they tie-dye like a boss!

I didn't realize the hand sanitizer was clear and the white logo, so it's very hard to see. It would have been nice for someone to maybe mention it to me that it won't show up so I'd recommend advising customers of this so they are aware and can choose something different if they want. I somehow thought I was doing full color of my logo, not white. The product itself is great, but it is just hard to see my logo, which is the sole reason for purchasing this product is to brand myself with my customers.

imprint was too light on the notepads. Part of it was my fault for not paying too much attention to the proof, but part of it was the art staff. Shouldn't have been so light..,you can barely read the logo.

not happy with this product. For starters, the logo printed on to the stickies way darker than what was on the proof-- you can't see what you're writing. Generally the quality is low-- the sticky part leaves a nasty adhesive on the next page when you take a sheet off-- there's hardly any sticky left on the back, so they barely stick. In addition, many of the notepads arrived dirty. The edges are all browned and gross. This was horrible.

Note pads themselves were great, and a good give-a-way. The printing was darker than expected, much darker than when printed in house as an example. Since it is darker, the logos aren't as vibrant as usual, and the background that should have been barely there, showed up more as a grey. They still work, and am happy, but not as thrilled as I was hoping to be.

I was on a tight deadline and Cynthia and Dante both personally help to ensure my products would be produced correctly and arrive on time. Working with anypromo is a nice change from what many companies have become. When you call anypromo, you actually speak to a real person who speaks understandable English, and you do not have to go through a bunch of auto-attendant systems to get to that person. Then for followup, each team member has a real desk phone number and an email in which you may contact them directly. It gets so old with many companies when you call only to find yourself in the queue of the next 'agent' and then to have to tell your story again and again every time you need to call. Not so with anypromo, I was able to remain in constant communication with Cynthia and Dante the entire time. I'll definitely call on anypromo again for our promotional product needs!
