I did not receive any further communication stating that it had been fixed and was ready for my second review. A simple email to tell me it was ready for my review would have been nice. Additionally, an email saying my order was in production and the expected ship date would also have been nice. When I returned to the link a week later, I was unable to access anything telling me the status of my order.

In addition, many of the notepads arrived dirty. The edges are all browned and gross. This was horrible.

They will stand up to washing, you just have to be careful to cushion anything that might be sort of sharp (The corners of our metal litter pans will slice them open), and I discovered a determined cat can eat through one of them if he can smell food inside. But, that same cat will eat through a cardboard box, as well. He's just a jerk.

There is an entire blank space on the back of the "pocket" that I think could be used for advertising (I would have paid a little extra for the added work involved in this option, btw). Other than that, these are really "cute", great quality and I believe they are something that people will keep together (as opposed to discarding the cover with the business info advertised on it). Overall...great experience with customer service and editing, easy ordering and quick corrections made!! That part definitely deserves a 5-STAR rating. I felt I needed to dock a star, however, for the lack of advertising space available. GREAT JOB, though and I highly recommend these. btw, I ordered white covers with purple text and they are beautiful and crisp looking!! VERY pleased overall!! :)

These bags are thin, but incredibly sturdy. We have ordered large quantities of this product several times. We distribute them free as a library bag. They hold tons of books. We ordered three samples, at first, and because of how thin they seem, I was skeptical if they could hold what we need them to hold. I handed each bag to a different librarian with the instructions to "kill it!" Our staff is very creative! Imagine a librarian putting her foot in the bag and pulling the handles up as hard as she could (she is very tall and strong), because that actually happened! Another librarian put 5 or 6 hardback books in his sample test bag and swung them until he acheived centrifical force! The third bag was filled with as many hardback books as it could hold (about 8-10) and left hanging in the breakroom for a week. None of the bags suffered any damage! We've distributed hundreds of them, and never once heard of one breaking or ripping. Bonus points: they tie-dye like a boss!

We opted to go with the one color print of our logo which also surprisingly turned out great! They even sent us a virtual catalog with items that had our logo on it as a sort of preview of what it would look like. We’ve never been afforded that luxury of being able to see the end product in advance. We also received our totes exactly when we needed them by. Our overall experience with AnyPromo has superseded all of our expectations and we will be using AnyPromo from this point forward.
